Let's assume for a moment that it's true, professor. What kind of punishment follows for leaking classified information? This is a very significant punishment. You can have, in addition to having multiple counts, you can easily go 10 years in terms of a sentence, if not more, depending on the circumstances and the number of violations. Each of these leaks is an individual violation. Each of these documents would likely be charged as a violation. That type of count-stacking is precisely what Mueller and others did. Remember, these are very similar to the types of claims made against Donald Trump and Mar-a-Lago that he removed material and properly stored them. There were also allegations that he might have revealed them to third parties. This is much more serious in that, in one sense. Trump was accused of negligence in most of these counts. This would be a premeditated criminal act to release classified information to damage one's political opponents.

The administration also lost nearly 300,000 children. Think of that. The Supreme Court of Virginia in a 4-3 decision struck down the congressional redistricting referendum the Democrats ran through last month. The map is dead. Virginia runs its 2026 midterms under the existing districts, and here's what's actually going on because the press is as usual lying and covering it up. After President Trump encouraged Republican-led states like Texas to redraw their maps to reflect the actual electorate, the Democratic Party under the personal direction of Barack Obama, who has run the redistricting operation for years through his all-on-the-line group, decided to retaliate. California redo its maps. Virginia attempted the most aggressive partisan gerrymander in the country, turning a 6-5 Democratic map into a 10-1 Democratic map. Wiping out four Republican seats in a state, Trump nearly lost by 5%. They thought this would win them the house and secure Barack Obama's political future. That's why he was so cocky in the interview we just played. To do it, they bypassed the bipartisan redistricting commission Virginia voters had approved by constitutional amendment in 2020. They rammed a new amendment through the legislature on an illegal fast-track and put it on a special ballot in April, spending over $5 million in taxpayer money with outside groups spending nearly $100 million more. The referendum language was deliberately misleading. Congress called it a temporary measure, restoring fairness, when the rigged maps were supposed to guarantee the House in 2026, secure the presidency in 2028, and secure Democratic majorities through the 2030 midterms. Their map ate or consolidated the districts Trump won, making the whole election Northern Virginia dependent where Trump lost. The Supreme Court of Virginia threw the whole thing out, laying out in painstaking detail how the Democrats violated the Virginia constitution by using that illegal fast-track. The vote, the court said, had been fatally poisoned. But Obama's redistricting fantasies didn't just blow up here. The Supreme Court's April 29th decision in Louisiana versus Kelly's outlawed race-based gerrymandering nationwide, setting off a redistricting scramble throughout the red state South and calling into question California's map, which was explicitly based on race. And the Colette's decision laid out why Texas' redistricting was not a political whim of Donald Trump. The redistricting there eliminated racially gerrymandered districts. In an instant, the midterm map shifted from Democratic certainty to wins for Trump's Republicans. That's why Democrats are engaged this Saturday in what George Washington law professor Jonathan Duterte aptly called a prolonged primal scream. Because of the Iran war, we've missed big parts of the actual dynamic shaping the midterms. We've got momentum on redistricting because the Virginia court had the stones to call theft what it was, pure theft. But what about communicating the policies that will actually destroy Obama's insurrection against the republic, the president's policies? The answer isn't more polished messaging, it's real authenticity, not the fake kind. Two examples this week show you what that looks like. First, watch Vice President JD Vance's red meat speech to Iowa Republicans at a factory that makes steel grills for big trucks. Here's one part just for the flavor. So what happened for 41 years? We all know the story. The factories closed down. My hometown. This is the story of my hometown where I grew up in a community that was proud where people built things, where new homes were being made. And by the time I graduated from high school, the manufacturers were laying people off. Those big, beautiful factories were shuttering their doors. And we never had a political movement that said enough is enough until Donald J. Trump and Zach Nunn came along. There was all sorts of stuff about national prosecutions of the Democrats' entitlement fraud schemes, barring foreign ownership of farmland, and doing more for our nation's farmers. Listen to the whole speech and you'll see that. But when Vance reached for the souls of his audience, he did it the way only authentic people came. He talked about the emotions he would encounter if his six-year-old son later decided to follow him into the military and what it means to give your life for this country. Here's the last part. And it hit me that every time we lose somebody, every time somebody goes overseas and sacrifices their life, every time that a person gives the ultimate sacrifice to the United States of America, we often read about it as a line on a newspaper or online. But there's a father and there's a mother and there's a grandma and aunts and uncles and a whole crew of people who love them the same way that we all love every single member of our family. And you take that love and you set that on one side, and you consider the balance that all of us owe, because on the other side is we have to meet their sacrifice by carrying something forward that they can't carry forward. We have to make this country worthy of that sacrifice. You remember that movie, Saving Private Ryan, it's one of my favorite movies. And at the very end, right before one of the soldiers takes his last breath, he looks up and he says, "earn this." That's what is at stake in these midterms, just like it was at Gettysburg when Abe Lincoln struck a similar theme. You might have also seen this week the AI videos going viral on social media for the outsider candidate Spencer Pratt in the L.A. mayor's race. Pratt lost his home in the Pacific Palisades Fire and has been waging a relentless campaign on the failure of California's democratic leadership ever since. A filmmaker named Charles Curran produced an AI-generated ad supporting Pratt. Here's part of how it goes. Please, I'm begging you. There's homeless drug addicts in front of the schools. My children aren't safe. Look, if you were a transgender migrant, I could get you a free pussy. Let's move the drug addicts closer. Bass already solved a crime. I endorse her. The DSA agents you see in that flick, dragging people into the aristocracy's feast, are democratic socialists of America, the Jacobin Democrats who have taken over that party. The Pratt campaign itself is producing similar short videos, dramatizing the destruction of the once golden state in ways words alone cannot. Recent polling shows Pratt tied with Mayor Karen Bass in second place, and his videos are catching fire all over the country. That's the point. A guy who lost his house in a fire with a filmmaker friend and an AI tool is doing more damage to the LA democratic machine than $100 million of consultants ever could. Because what he's saying is true, and people can feel it. That's the asymmetric power of authentic outsider messaging against a manufactured aristocracy. Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, this guy Pratt, authentic patriotic Americans talking straight to the people in a way manufactured politicians like Obama, Starmer, and the Jacobin Democrats can never do. A newly released FBI file showed President Obama used a pseudonym to exchange emails with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Political advisers worried pay-to-play allegations could overshadow the beginning of her White House bid. And while he downplayed all of this on Sunday, Mook wrote a February 2015 email marked Foundation vulnerability points, which listed out two pages of problems that could hamper the campaign, including donations from foreign governments like Morocco, private jets and pricey hotels. Mr. President, when did you first learn that Hillary Clinton used an email system outside the U.S. government for official business while she was Secretary of State? At the same time, everybody else learned it through news reports. That comment triggered immediate alarm from Clinton's top advisers. Cheryl Mills writing, "We need to clean this up. He has emails from her. They do not say State.gov." White House spokesman Josh Earnest tonight is stressing the president never said he did not trade emails with Clinton. He just didn't know the details about her server. President Obama has a highly secured Blackberry that he uses to get emails, and it has two functions. One is to mask his physical location when he's using it, and the second is to make sure every email, every text message, every phone call has been vetted and preapproved for him to receive. It's called whitelisting. So if you or I had the president's email, if we sent him a message, it would be blocked and it would bounce back. So the question is, did he receive the Clinton emails on the Blackberry? And if so, when did his team direct the White House Communications Office to accept that email and whitelist it? Because it's a very deliberate act, it doesn't happen by accident. Yeah, you've got to get cleared in, right? Correct. Just like you've got to get cleared into the White House, you've got to get it cleared into the president's email list. Now we know that he did exchange emails with her when she was writing emails from her private server. Correct. Now the question, I guess, is whether he received those emails on a computer somewhere or whether he computed on his little Blackberry, which requires the extra step of getting it cleared, right? That's right. And the question here is whether his staff asked for her address to be added to that Blackberry before March of 2015. That's when he said, "I first learned about the server from news reports." That's when the New York Times reported the story. But everything that we see suggests that he was receiving emails from her on the Blackberry prior to that period. Right. And we know, of course, that those emails from her did not say Hillary Clinton at state got gov, right? That's right, exactly. Which would have been the normal internal system. That's right. But it's also understandable to me, however, that if she was in his address book, she would have been there under the name. And if I send you an email on the Fox system, I look up your name and I don't know the particulars of the address. I just know that it goes to you. I looked at it. I could find it. But you might not notice that. That's right. But someone, I was told, either the chief of staff or deputy chief of staff would have to take a directive from the president to add an address. And if you just look at that simple address, even if you're not an IT wizard, you see that it's not a government address. If you know it at state.gov, right? That's right. You see clintonemail.com. And that tells you that there is a registered domain for that address. And it was being used for government business. So either a staffer or the president himself must have done this. It would likely be the chief of staff. If he received them on his black brand, we don't know that, correct? Everything suggests that these emails were received on the black brand. It would make sense that they would be on the black brand. Because they had so many in-person meetings, it wasn't a situation where emails were being received routinely on a desktop computer in the Oval Office. At that particular time, I guess the blackberry was a thing, especially for Mr. Obama, who had gotten accustomed to using one before he took office. That's correct. And she wanted, remember, in the emails we saw released by the State Department, Cheryl Mills, her principal chief of staff at the State Department, wanted to see whether Hillary Clinton could also get one of these sort of Brinks truck type blackberries, like what the president had, so that she could communicate. But again, it goes back to when she was whitelisted. When did that email get approved to be received? And it takes us to the age-old question, what did the president know, and when did he know it?

Tonight about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Chief intelligence correspondent Katherine Herridge tells us in sworn testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders told lawmakers what she was told. The transcript releases show an inherent two-tier system, one in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got where they were actually at first concerned that they were going to charge her and then with Loretta Lynch in charge before she recused herself, made it very clear that that was not going to happen. The tip-off came from a chart drawn up by federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case known as Mid-Year Exam. Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal statutes for prosecution. Most to gross negligence was a notation, quote, DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases are military, cases when accused lost the information. In response to the Page revelations, the president tweeted the transcripts, quote, make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine. We've proved now that there was direct access to the Antrim County Election Management System because we show on November 5th, we can see it in the forensic images, that an anonymous user logged onto the EMS remotely with escalated privileges and made changes to the the database when they were trying to re-tabulate the election. So that's one huge, huge development because now we prove that the machines were remotely accessed and more importantly they were remotely accessed by an anonymous user who had elevated privileges in the system. Everyone's seen ballots before like these ballots here. On the side of the ballot there's these black boxes, there's 59 black boxes on the side of the ballot. We now see within the forensic images that in Antrim County those blocks, blocks 15, 18, 28, 41 and 44 were all intentionally modified. The height and the width, the shape of those blocks were intentionally modified in order to generate errors. What does an error do? In this case by modifying those specific blocks they were able to cause rejections for Republican ballots. Meaning if you voted for Donald Trump and then put your ballot in the machine your ballot was rejected at a rate of 20% more than Joe Biden ballots.

I was a Google engineer for eight and a half years and a whistleblower against Google in 2019, risking my career and livelihood to warn the public about Google's plans to meddle in the 2020 election using a program called Machine Learning Fairness. Grant, we had a unanimous vote. Every Republican and every Democrat authorized me as the chair to issue these subpoenas. If you've used Google Earth or YouTube for game consoles, you're familiar with my work. Let's talk about Google's censorship AI system called Machine Learning Fairness. I discovered this program while searching for information about Project Dragonfly, probably a fake project meant to misdirect the public. Make no mistake, Machine Learning Fairness is and has always been the real censorship program and it is massive. The goal was to "program the public to align with Google's corporate values." Those are their words. But it's wrong for anyone to have this kind of power to manipulate American elections. And he's right. And in Texas, we're not going to stand for it. We're going to shine a light on what they're doing so that everybody can see. Step one, training data are collected and classified. Step two, algorithms are programmed. Step three, media are filtered, ranked, aggregated or generated. And step four, people like us are programmed. That's a direct quote from their slides. It wasn't just in one slide, it was littered throughout the company. This process was repeated in a cycle with step four feeding back into step one. This sounds like something out of a conspiracy theory, but it's real. Google rewrote their news algorithms specifically trained on mainstream media stories targeting Trump, such as his fight with Comey. Systems like Realtime Events, Realtime Boost, and Hive Mind assigned higher amplification scores to stories related to targeting Trump. Google's internal documents revealed their stance on, quote, algorithmic unfairness. They stated that even factually accurate representations could be considered algorithmically unfair and removed. And let me just quote them. For example, imagine a Google image query for CEOs shows predominantly men, even if it were a factually accurate representation of the world, it would be algorithmic unfairness. In some cases, it may be appropriate to take no action if the system accurately reflects current reality. While in other cases, it may be desirable to consider how we might help society reach a more fair and equitable state via either product intervention or broader corporate social responsibility efforts, end quote. Let's talk about news ranking. News sites that supported Democrats were ranked with the highest quality and trustworthiness. Here's a partial list. Wall Street Journal 8.53, CBS News 6.57, CNN 6.0, Fox News 5.2, Russia Today 4.5, Fox News 5.57, The Young Turks 2.53, Alex Jones Network -1.56. At the bottom of the list is Next News Network at -3.35. Let me reiterate. The foreign propaganda outlet Russia Today was scored seven points higher than the Next News Network, one of the top YouTube news networks in America. Since my disclosure, Next News Network has been permanently demonetized and will soon be bankrupted. These sound more like the actions we'd expect from a Russian propaganda complex. But shockingly, it's the actions of Google. At YouTube, I observed 40 different AIs classifying videos under various labels. Influencers like Dave Rubin were labeled as right-wing news outlets with fake news labels. The justification was always "user safety," but in 2020, this system of censorship went so far as to ban mentions of vitamin C, turmeric, and vitamin D during the pandemic. Anything that is medically unsubstantiated to people saying, "Take vitamin C. Take turmeric. Those will cure you." Those are the examples of things that would be a violation of our policy. Anything that would go against World Health Organization recommendations would be a violation of our policy. And so "remove" is another really important part of our policy. So you're not just putting the truth next to the lie. You're taking the lie down. That's a pretty aggressive approach. Despite public statements to Congress, Google has many blacklists. Some literally named "blacklist.txt." For example, the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution of Ireland, shockingly, was blacklisted from YouTube. Public needs to know what's going on. What recommendations would you have for this legislature to take action to address the issues you address? My recommendation is subpoenas would be filed against Google for any documents that have the name "blacklist.txt" related to Google, YouTube, and their news search corpuses. I would also ask the use of PINA, their documents related to rankings of media outlets. Machine learning fairness is so huge, I don't even know how you would even swallow that. That is going to be such a huge bombshell that it just needs to get into the public disclosure. It's those three things, machine learning fairness, blacklists, and their media rankings. Thank you. Specifically for you, what was the impact of your disclosure? One of the major stories of 2019, the biggest disclosure by Project Veritas, the biggest story they've ever had. We had two disclosures, one in June when I was anonymous. In August, I came out publicly after being raided by the FBI, including the bomb squad, First Department, and SFPD with a standoff that ended at gunpoint. It was all due to a wellness check, and I just didn't want to come out, and so it just kept on escalating, and they shut down the streets from 20th and Valencia to 20 seconds. I realized that if I don't come out, they're going to come in, so I came out, the gunpoint surrendered myself. Literally, Pizzagate. If you look at Google Trends, you'll see that fake news trended one day after the Pizzagate released the files.
