Read against the prior week — the "love tap" comment, the "one big glow" threat, the 55-post overnight binge hours before departing for China — this fits a run of self-congratulatory framing around the Iran strikes rather than a new escalation. It's boastful, not threatening: no new target is named, and the only "enemy" here is unspecified past conflicts and (implicitly) the presidents who ran long. The likely referents — Iraq under Bush, Afghanistan's twenty-year arc under three successors — go unnamed, so this reads as a general claim to competence rather than an attack on an individual.
