“The National Trust for Historic Preservation” is a beautiful name, but even their name is fake because when they add the words “in the United States” to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, it makes it sound like a Governmental Agency, which it is not. In fact, the United States refused to continue funding it in 2005 because they strongly disagreed with their mission and objectives. They are very bad for our Country. They stop many projects that are worthy, and hurt many others. In this case, they are trying to stop one that is vital to our National Security, and the Safety of all Presidents of the United States, both current and future, their families, staff, and Cabinet members. They were asked by the United States Military not to bring this suit because of the Top Secret nature of the important facility being built. They were shown detailed plans and specifications of this knitted, unified, and cohesive structure by Top Officers and Leaders in both the Military and Secret Service. But this did not deter them because they suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, commonly referred to as TDS, as noted by Democrat Senator John Fetterman, of Pennsylvania. The lower section does not work without the upper section and, likewise, the upper section does not work without the lower. It is all one highly integrated unit.
The then President of the National Trust, who brought the case, Carol Quillen, had no background in Historic Preservation, and has been replaced, unanimously, effective immediately. This is similar to her departure from Davidson College, where she was, likewise, dismissed, but the people of our Country are forced to live on with her bad decision, especially that of revealing to everyone, including our enemies throughout the World, the Top Secret Military features of the Building that are already built, and/or under construction, such as the DronePort, which occupies the entire roof.
There is absolutely no argument that a woman walking her dog in the vicinity of the White House has STANDING to stop such a desperately needed National Security structure for the people of the United States of America, as it will provide Presidents, current and future, a secure space to do their jobs, especially when she never saw the Building, because it had not risen, and she had no rendering, or pictures of the Building because they, also, were in the formative stages of production. This woman is not a “walker,” she is an activist, or serial plaintiff, who is involved in much other frivolous litigation throughout the City. In fact, whenever the National Trust files a lawsuit, she seems to be involved. So, she walked at the site of the White House, where there was no Building, and it bothered her, but she also walks in front of all of those other places, where she must also be bothered, and hence, additional court cases? She has no Clearances, or expertise whatsoever, in National Security, Defense, or required protections for the President. She has absolutely no standing to be involved in this case and, in fact, her name is not even mentioned as a plaintiff in the case! A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday — Not one, not two, but three very sinister events! First, the escalator going up to the Main Speaking Floor came to a screeching halt. It stopped on a dime. It's amazing that Melania and I didn't fall forward onto the sharp edges of these steel steps, face first. It was only that we were each holding the handrail tightly or, it would have been a disaster. This was absolutely sabotage, as noted by a day's earlier "post" in The London Times that said UN workers "joked about turning off an escalator." The people that did it should be arrested! Then, as I stood before a Television crowd of millions of people all over the World, and important Leaders in the Hall, my teleprompter didn't work. It was stone cold dark. I immediately thought to myself, "Wow, first the escalator event, and now a bad teleprompter. What kind of a place is this?" I then proceeded to make a Speech without a teleprompter, which kicked in about 15 minutes later. The good news is the Speech has gotten fantastic reviews. Maybe they appreciated the fact that very few people could have done what I did. And third, after making the Speech, I was told that the sound was completely off in the Auditorium where the Speech was made, that World Leaders, unless they used the interpreters' earpieces, couldn't hear a thing. The first person I saw at the conclusion of the Speech was Melania, who was sitting right up front. I said, "How did I do?" And she said, "I couldn't hear a word you said." Again, another document was produced by the intelligence community, a president's daily brief that was consistent with every other assessment that was done previously leading up to the election. Russia was not, did not, this is after the election now, did not attempt to affect the outcome of the American election. That was never published. Hours before it would have gone into President Obama's president's daily brief, it was pulled by a senior level intelligence official saying that they had to pull it because they had received new guidance. The very next day, this meeting was called a National Security Council meeting, bringing together all of the senior leaders of President Obama's cabinet. And the topic that was put forward was the sensitive matter. The tasks that came out of that meeting was coming from President Obama directing the intelligence community, then Obama's ODNI director, Clapper, to produce a document, to produce an intelligence assessment that detailed not if, but how Moscow affected the outcome of the election that had already occurred, electing Donald Trump to the presidency. Joining me now is Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law prof, Fox News contributor. Professor Turley, we're going to get your reaction to that in a moment, but first I want to start with the big news of the day that Judge Juan Marshawn has moved Trump's sentencing in his hush money trial to after the election. Watch. The Manhattan D.A. witch hunt against me has been postponed because everyone realizes that there was no case because I did nothing wrong. It's a witch hunt. It's an attack by my political opponents in Washington D.C., Comrade, Kamala Harris, and radical left opponents. For purposes of election interference, that's all that was. Professor, your reaction to the news today, two different outcomes in the court, two different courts. Well, it was very surprising to see Judge Marshawn in this letter suddenly have this epiphany that there's an election going on, because he showed no sensitivity towards the election when he had, in my view, a radically overbroad gag order, and he kept the leading candidate for the presidency in his courtroom, and more importantly, he ruled rather one-sidedly throughout that trial. I was in that courtroom and I was shocked by many of his rulings. He now says, "Well, you know what, I don't want people to get the wrong impression, and so I'm going to sense him after the election. Judge Chutkin in D.C. is going to move the schedule until after the election as well. These are the two perceived most hostile judges to the former president, and the expectation is that if Trump loses the election, both of them are likely to throw him head first into a wood chipper. I mean, we're looking at November and December for these critical dates, and it's very clear that he's going to be called to account by both of these judges in a way that many are likely to have objections to, but that will come after the election. One thing that kept coming up today was that in these hearings, these pretrial hearings in the Chutkin case and the election interference case, new information, Politico described it as a potential October surprise, new affidavits, new information could come into play, could be entered into the record. Well, that in and of itself, the briefing schedule could affect the outcome of the election. It could, and Judge Chutkin has been controversial from the start because in an earlier case before the case against Trump was ever mounted, she suggested that Donald Trump should be in her courtroom answering for the January 6th riots, and that led many to suggest that she really should recuse herself. That's a very odd statement for a judge to make when someone later appears, as you suggested, in your courtroom. So, the controversy is likely to grow with this schedule, but much of the action is likely to occur after voters go to the polls. Karl Rove made a good point when we were on this morning and suggested that if Mershan was really going to send President Trump to jail or impose some draconian measure, he could very well have elected him president because in the past, President Trump has gone up in the polls when people watched what was happening in Manhattan. So for whatever his reason and delaying, the voters now are going to be pretty much the largest jury in history. What they decide on election day is likely to have a huge impact here. It could very well destroy the federal cases of Jack Smith. He would never see the inside of a courtroom, but also Mershan would be hard pressed to impose a jail term if this is the president-elect. So that election is going to be a very significant influence on what occurs in November and December. Well, if Trump wins, and this keeps going after the election, they just want to mock up his transition work. They will not leave this man alone. I'm sorry, but if he's president, then he's going to have to deal with this, at least for some period of time.
