In all the chronicles of the ages, never before has any nation celebrated so magnificent a triumph as this one. We are the freest people on earth. And by the grace of God, the United States of America is the most successful, most accomplished, most exceptional nation ever to exist in human history. Liberty has prevailed here because of the culture and character of the people who declared it, defended it, and preserved it. We reach a milestone like no other and celebrate with joyful hearts and soaring spirits because after two and a half centuries we know that this is not an ending. This is only the beginning of the golden age of America. God bless you all.

Where do I even begin with this? So, let's start here. Nobody has done more to rebuild and save the Republican Party than Donald Trump since Abraham Lincoln himself. President Trump inherited a broken shell, a hollowed-out husk of a political party after the Bush years, after the Ryan years, after the sellout years, and he turned it into the working-class party, the middle-class party. And he took states that had been blue forever. He took the blue wall. He took states like Wisconsin, states like Ohio, states like Pennsylvania. He pulverized that blue wall. How many Senate races have we seen? Were President Trump won a state by eight points, nine points, 10 points, 11 points? And it was just enough to bring along the Republican senator by half a point or a point to build that Senate Republican majority. How many Senate candidates has he dragged along to victory? And how many rhinos has he forced out of the party to elect real, working-class, populist Republicans, people like, for example, Eric Schmidt, who represent the future of the Republican Party, where it is today? President Trump has raised more money for Republican candidates than any human in history. He has more enthusiasm and support from Republican voters than any candidate in history. I could keep going, Laura. The reality is, as he said, President Trump is dead on right here. What this comes down to is the Trump voter needs to show up in the midterm.

- If we don't make the final deal, their nuclear program is still destroyed. They're still much weaker as a country. So my attitude is America wins either way. But I do think that what the president has done is asked us to do something that frankly, nobody in 47 years of dealing with the Iranians has done, which is offer them an opportunity to fundamentally transform how they behave with the West. They've been the largest state sponsor of terrorism basically since they began as a nation, or at least as an Islamic Republic 47 years ago. He's saying, look, if they're willing to change, we're willing to change too. If they're not willing to change, we still fundamentally have all the cards and I think it's a good place for us to be. - But their program isn't destroyed. The nuclear program isn't destroyed. I mean, I don't know any of our objectives. And look, I said I-- - What part is not destroyed? - Well, we didn't get in there. The whole thing was we have to get in there and see. Other us, we wouldn't be doing this. - Well, let me say-- - And we didn't. - First of all, so a nuclear program, and I'm hardly a nuclear scientist, I'm a lowly politician. But the thing that you have to destroy is their ability to enrich uranium, which has been destroyed. You have to destroy their ability. Well, because you need functioning centrifuges that can actually spin and we know they're born. - Well, we gotta get in there and we gotta get the dust. And we didn't get in there, so how do we get the dust? - So that's actually a separate question. So there's the highly enriched stockpile, which by the way was allowed to accumulate over 20 years of previous administrations. That enriched stockpile is something that we wanna get, but Bill, if we never get it, and the president wants it, and we are gonna get it, but if we never got it, it's buried deep underground and they don't have the ability to turn it into a nuclear weapon. So the program is functionally destroyed. We're just talking about can we set them back even further through these negotiations. - Okay.

19 million barrels passed through yesterday, you're probably going to go through 20 million. You were basically almost halfway back of the original shortage of world oil supply, which was about 20% out of 100 billion barrels a day, so 20 billion dollars barrels a day. And look, I just wanted, I guess I have to say it, this memo is non-binding. It's just a political document that opened up a conversation. And whatever the IRGC people may or may not say, they're like Baghdad Bob during the Iraqi war reminds me of that, because there's no bearing in any. They're saying, for example, the Strait of Hormuz is closed, and we're having record transits right now. Women in the streets of Tehran are not wearing their hijab, walking around in short skirts on motorcycles, saying things and singing songs. It's as though they've lost the morality play that they tried to do. Trump has destroyed Iran's military, its industrial base, its economy. They're on their knees, and they're suing for peace. And he's got a diplomatic initiative, and it's going to take a while. I agree with that. It's going to take quite a while, but I take it very, very seriously. And meanwhile, energy prices coming down, gasoline prices coming down, and any money that might go in the next 30 days to Iran, or 60 days, is going to pass through the U.S. Treasury's escrow account. In other words, we will control any money from Iranian oil sales. You're talking about frozen funds. Actually, oil sales first, and the frozen funds may come later, but it will go through a Treasury escrow account which is aimed at purchasing American farm products, various commodities and medical products, to help the people in Iran. So I think, you know, Trump is absolutely in control. There's so much hand-wringing going on here, probably for political reasons, but I think he's on the right track.

Not surprised. I wasn't surprised. I wasn't surprised at all, because the bottom line is this. Donald Trump is the general of the Republican Party, and the Republican primary voters are his soldiers. And if you look at Thomas Massie, you can see it very clearly. You look in 2020, 2022, 2024. He was getting 75%, upwards of 81% of the primary vote in 2020, and today he gets less than 50% of the vote. That's the story. That is incredible, because you look at it so consistent, time after time after time, and then wow. Boom. Look tonight.

Video transcript 3:03

history in the making President Trump has officially now signed the "memorandum of understanding" which seems to be very misunderstood with Iran at the Versailles of all places. Now this multi-point performance is based, it's a base plan that now is in full effect and a formal signing we expect to take place in two days. Now here are the main takeaways. The Strait of Hormuz will be free, it will be clear there will be no tolls. Iran will never ever have a nuclear weapon. If they uphold the terms of this working memorandum, although it's not really relevant to what's been going on, Iran will be rewarded with sanctions relief. The choice ultimately will be theirs. If they break the terms, well, President Trump said it pretty well, very clear, unambiguous, hell will rain down on the IRGC. Take a look. "The only thing that really matters to me is Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. And it says it loud and clear, they're not going to develop it, they're not going to buy it, they're not going to do anything with it. And if they do, they suffer unbelievable consequences. They will not develop, purchase, buy or any other thing, they're not going to acquire a nuclear weapon. If they do, all hell will rain down on them." All hell will rain down on them. Now today, the president reiterated that commitment to blowing up Iran if in fact they do break the terms of this deal. He cannot be any more clear. Take a look. "I let him know. He said, 'Look, if you don't adhere to the agreement, I don't want to do that, but we're going to bomb the hell out of you. And I don't think that they're going to veer from the agreement. What else am I going to do? Am I going to say I'm going to take you to court? Let me take you to court. Let me sue you. No, we're going to bomb the hell out of them if they violate the agreement.'" Now I had a conversation with the president, I've talked to Steve Whitcoff, I've talked to others in the administration. There is so much more under the surface that has already been discussed in deep detail surrounding Iran and this working agreement. I see many people reacting to the memorandum itself that are completely ignoring those words of Donald Trump that he has no problem at all. He said it to me directly, going back and bombing any time he wants. And the guy, by the way, that wrote The Art of the Deal, well, he's been pretty clear where the red lines are. There's no ambiguity here. To me, his words are more impactful than any memorandum if you want to know what is in the president's head and what he's thinking. But anyway, he's a trust but verify guy anyway. So at the end of the day, if Iran doesn't comply, they have been told three times in two days what is to come. And it's not reconstruction. It's not one American taxpayer dollar. It's not sanctions relief that will, you know, that their country desperately needs. And hell will rain down from the sky. Who do you want to believe?

This is a moment the news movement filmed on January 13th in Minneapolis, showing a man who appears to be Alex Preti interacting with federal immigration agents 11 days before Border Patrol shot and killed him. Our footage was analyzed by the BBC, whose facial recognition technology confirmed his identity to a 97% degree of accuracy. On the morning of January 13th, our team received a tip that federal agents were blocking a street at the corner of East 36 and Park Avenue in Minneapolis. We arrived around 10.15 a.m. We saw observers shouting at the agents as they walked back to their vehicles. When they started driving away, the man kicked their tail light. An agent then got out of the vehicle, grabbed him, and pushed him to the ground. During the altercation, agents fired tear gas and pepper balls into the crowd. They continued to hold the man down before they retreat, and he walks away. The man in our footage is wearing a similar outfit to what Preti was wearing on the day he was killed. What appears to be a gun is also visible above his waistband. Here, he continues to stand at the scene. On the day he was killed, the Department of Homeland Security claims Preti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse, approached officers holding a handgun. That claim has been contradicted by analysis of bystander videos from multiple news investigations, which concluded that Preti was holding a phone, not a gun, when he was pinned to the street. [ Shortly after the altercation we filmed here on January 13th, federal agents drove away. Soon after that, we left the scene.
