That last point is what makes the selection legible. Most wordless amplifications in this feed flatter — a supporter, a friendly host, a rally crowd. This one does something narrower: it puts the machinery of federal financial enforcement in front of his audience while he stands outside the frame. The clip asserts; he distributes. The assertions stay attributable to the officials who made them, and the distribution stays attributable to him.

What Minnesota is doing in the sentence

The clip also gives nothing to read defensively. He narrates no grievance here — the audit is presented as already underway rather than as redress for something done to him, which rules out reading this as an injury being answered. Whatever posture organizes the post lives in the choice of material, and a single procedural clip supports only a thin inference about state. Cognitive markers are equally out of reach: with no words of his in evidence, the absence of any production error means nothing either way.

The part worth flagging

The danger signal here is not language. The transcript fragment contains no directive — nobody is asked to do anything, which rules out the stochastic-terrorism pattern of target plus grievance plus implied action. What remains is the shape of the thing: the president circulating, to a partisan audience, the news that auditors and a forthcoming IRS task force are moving against financial institutions tied to one state's money. That places private banks and a specific jurisdiction in front of a mobilized following with the executive's implicit endorsement, and it does so in a form that leaves him nothing to retract. The mechanism is exposure, not incitement — which is why the level is elevated rather than higher.
