Also starting January 1st, California will become the first state in the nation to offer health insurance to undocumented immigrants. Undocumented immigrants will qualify for health insurance in the state. As we speak, large, organized caravans are on the march to the United States. We have just heard that America is committed to ending illegal immigration and putting the ruthless cartels, drug dealers, and human traffickers out of business.
