Yeah, you know, Steve, it's another warped and senseless ruling by Judge Marchand. You know, this gag order was already an unconstitutional prior restraint of speech. Should have been lifted weeks ago, you know, when the trial ended, the jurors are dismissed. The fact that it wasn't underscores, I think, the unfair treatment of Donald Trump. Nothing magically changed yesterday to lift part of the gag order. And equally baffling, I think, is the fact that the New York appellate court seemed utterly unbothered stating, oh, there's no substantial constitutional question. Are you kidding me? Other than that pesky little document called the First Amendment, silencing a presidential candidate not only violates his free speech rights, but the rights of listeners, the American public, they have a protected right to hear political speech. So now he'll be able to talk about Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels. Will he? Stay tuned. Meanwhile, Greg, we are on Supreme Court watch as a possibility this morning. The Supreme Court could actually have a decision on Donald Trump's immunity case. Although I don't know, do you think it would come out before the debate or after the debate? I tend to think Friday, if I were a betting man, and I would say that based on oral arguments, I suspect the Supreme Court will recognize some limited immunity, probably extending the existing civil standard to criminal immunity. And that is you have protection as long as the president's actions fall within the outer perimeter of his official duties. And if so, then the J six case, Steve will get remanded back to the trial court to decide whether Trump's actions qualify. He has a valid argument. If he truly believed there was election fraud, he's duty bound to enforce all laws. He went to court that failed, of course, but challenging electors on January 6th. That's not illegal. It's permitted under the electoral count act. It's exactly what Democrats did in 2017. So many illegal things. There are a lot of them are head scratchers. When I argued if we should freeze federal spending, I meant Social Security as well. And I not only tried it once, I tried it twice, I tried it a third time and I tried it a fourth time. Raising the cap, raising the retirement age for people that are now 30 years old, raising the tax on Social Security, cutting benefits, they're all things that have to be discussed quite frankly. American people know we have to fix Social Security, they know we can't grow our way to a solution, they know we're going to have to make some tough decisions. Would you consider looking at those programs, age of eligibility, cost of living, put it all on the table? The answer is absolutely you have to. We are going to change the retirement age for Social Security. We will always protect Social Security and Medicare for our great seniors, Biden can't do that. As president, I kept that promise and I will keep it once again. I will not under any circumstances allow either of these two precious gems to be even touched under a Trump administration. August 8th, 2022, I remember the moment when I found out the FBI had raided Mar-a-Lago. I felt like the world would never be the same again, and in many ways it actually hasn't been. Not only the disgraceful raid, but proof beyond any doubt that the FBI and vast portions of the federal government are thoroughly corrupt. The FBI, what they did, and it's even worse than I thought originally. The FBI going in there, that was bad enough. Turns out they were planting evidence. Oh yeah, planting evidence. You see this stuff? Half of it is fake. Half of it was brought by the FBI. Now that picture was designed to make us all scared. Oh, how could Donald Trump have done such a thing? Look at all that secret information. Well, in a court filing today, the government admitted that the sensational looking documents, the one that say secret all over the place. As part of the processing of seized documents, Mark classified, ERT photographed evidence retrieval team, okay? The documents with appropriate cover sheets added by FBI personnel next to the box in which they were located. What? Cover sheets added by the FBI, FBI personnel, yeah, they did that in that picture. All the sensational looking stuff, the stuff they want us to get scared over. The red sheets, the yellow sheets, all right. This is a really big deal. People forget, but when this happened, when this all went down, this picture designed to go viral, and that's what it did. Strangers go in and out of this place on a regular basis. Here we are on the screen right now. The image that we're looking at is the photo that the Department of Justice released showing the documents. You can see what they are. If you look closely, you'll see some of the classification markings on there. You'll see the sort of the disorganized way some of these documents that the FBI, when they conducted their search, yeah, the FBI, we used to trust them. We don't anymore. All right. They were trying to fire everybody up. Make everybody freaked out about Donald Trump. First, they sabotaged, tried to his 2016 campaign, then the Russian dossier, more recently fake crime numbers, more talking points for Joe Biden, and never forget, I call this the ultimate moment of hypocrisy. Of course, there was all kinds of secret stuff. Stuff that Joe Biden had no access to, no right to, no claim to, and they busted him, didn't they? He got away with it. This is the ultimate moment of hypocrisy. When you saw the photograph of the top secret documents laid out on the floor at Mar-a-Lago, what did you think to yourself, looking at that image? How that could possibly happen, how it won anyone could be that irresponsible. And I thought, what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods? And by that, I mean names of people who helped her, et cetera. And it's just totally irresponsible. I hope this comes up at the debate. How dare he? And how dare the FBI, again, in court papers, we know the FBI staged that photograph. More than just putting stuff on the ground, they brought stuff with them and put it on the ground. It is incredible. It really is. And meanwhile, back to Biden, remember the stuff in the garage behind his Corvette? I thought, oh, come on, really? Behind his Corvette? Yeah, he even admitted it. He even admitted it, and yet he gets away with it, and yet, I mean, but, yeah. Classified material, next to your Corvette, what were you thinking? Let me, I'm going to get a chance to speak on all this, God willing, soon, but as I said earlier this week, people, and by the way, my Corvette's in a locked garage, okay? So it's not like you're sitting out in the street. But anyway, yes, as well as my Corvette. Wow. I mean, at that point, he really should have been on the verge of resignation or impeachment or whatever, but it just blows over because the New York Times doesn't ratify it as a story. Well, it's all coming out. In that courtroom in Florida before Judge Cannon and she, the government lies to her time and time again, and then, every now and then, they try to kind of squeak something in there. Well, we got to come clean on this. They brought the cover sheets in with them to stage a photograph. They brought the cover sheets, and they were added by FBI personnel. Folks, this should be right up there with the debate. At least here it is because this is out and out corruption. It's the worst thing that the FBI could do, and look at what they're trying to do to Judge Cannon. I mean, she's just challenging the government, which is what a judge is supposed to do. Actually, that's what journalism is supposed to do, right? The way they are talking about this woman. She had two judges come to her asking her to step off the case. Let me tell you something that just doesn't happen, and when it does, when you have two judges coming to you saying you need to step off the case, you step off the case. She makes one outrageous comment after another. She is doing everything she can do to play into her critics view that she is little more than a hack for Donald Trump. The FBI brought in papers to take out President Trump. They brought in scandalous-looking material to try to get Donald Trump in trouble, falsely. This is what they should be upset about. The FBI has no -- there is no doubt it is a thoroughly corrupt organization, cannot be trusted. Sorry. And Jack Smith, my God, where did this guy come from? I mean, this is criminal behavior. This is criminal behavior. They're false -- they're trying to influence an election, to be sure. One more time. That picture. Remember what they did. Never forget. And wow. All right. I do hope it comes up at that debate. Meanwhile, Julian Assange is free. No more questions asked? He got out of jail in the U.K. I don't know too much about this guy, but I do know that he was posting some very sensitive military secrets of the United States online for the whole world to see. And for some reasons I can't quite understand totally. Guys I like, like Tucker Carlson thinks he's an awesome dude. And Joe Rogan, too. And I mean, do they remember Bradley Manning? I know it's a little bit hard to remember Bradley because now he's Chelsea, but Bradley Manning was in Iraq and stole all kinds of documents that probably got a lot of our soldiers killed, and may have lengthened the war. Let's go through it. Documents, cables, you know it. I mean, you name it. He was leaking this stuff, including footage that, well, look, everybody has stuff that they don't want online. Companies do. People do. And yeah, the military does. Folks, war is hell, right? And shooting bad guys is never pretty, but this video was released, and I'm told it fired up a good chunk of the Arab world, and some of them still want revenge on us. All right, we just engaged all eight individuals, and we got two of ours, and we're still firing. We got them. Two ticks, two ticks, we're moving. We got this. All right, we took out the most extreme part where you saw like eight guys getting shot and killed, whatever. But the part, you can put that down now. The troops were laughing a little bit, and you know what, in warfare, yeah, things happen. It's your job, and there are light moments, even in combat, even when you're doing the unthinkable. Even when the unthinkable is your job, and it didn't go over too well on the global scene. So Julian Assange seems that ... He thinks that that is everybody's business. I don't think so. I think this man should be in prison, actually. And the same goes for Eric Snowden. Is that his name? Snowden, remember him? He downloaded like half of the national security administration stuff, and brought it to Russia, and gave it to some guy in South America. That's not right. I mean, I think our government is way too powerful, has gotten way too carried away, but he could have brought it to, say, an elected senator when he liked the intelligence committee. But Joe Rogan and the rest of them ... Snowden is like ... He's like a hipster. It's like cool. He shows up on his podcast. People are like, "How do you live?" And things like that. "Are you taking money from the Russians?" and of course, the answer is no. But I do this for a living. I speak. I don't have a YouTube channel where it's ... I'm Joe Rogan. But I give speeches at universities and things like that. I think he should be learning how to make license plates in prison. Somebody once told me ... Imagine if he had a Southern accent, right? Would he be viewed as such a hip guy and kind of cool? I don't know. I don't know, because this is a strange country. Sometimes, if you're stylish and you appeal to a certain sect, look, the January Sixers. One of the reasons why I'm angry at these guys. These guys right here, the January Sixers are doing real time. August 8th, 2022, I'll never forget where I was when I found out that the FBI and the Department of Justice disgraced itself with that outrageous raid of Donald Trump's summer home Mar-a-Lago. This photo, that kind of shocked everybody when we first saw it. That's what it was designed to do, but it was fake. Yeah, the FBI arranged all this stuff for political effect. These are the documents you see there. The FBI, it looks like, brought them with them into Mar-a-Lago. They weren't there originally. Judge Aileen Cannon seems to be sniffing out government corruption. She's all over this. And for that, she's getting a really hard time from the fake news. Julie Kelly is one of the most important journalists in the country right now. You've got to check her out at Real Clear Investigations and a few other platforms. Julie, welcome back. Wow. All right. You're in the middle of all of this. That photo I showed is essentially a fake. Take us through that if you could. Correct. So that photo, Greg, as you may recall, was distributed a few weeks after the Mar-a-Lago raid. It was actually attached as an exhibit for a DOJ response to Donald Trump's lawsuit seeking a special master, a third party, to vet all of the evidence that had been taken out of Mar-a-Lago. That is what landed on Judge Aileen Cannon's, her desk, almost two years ago. So this not only was just a prop photo, Greg, what's even more egregious is that it is used in a court document by our own government. At the time, the way it was described, Greg, is, oh, certain documents were found with classified cover sheets out of these boxes. That's how DOJ originally described it. As for 18 months later, as the documents cases proceeding in Florida, Judge Cannon is unredacting and unsealing motions and exhibits, all of a sudden, we find out that FBI agents took classified cover sheets to the raid. To use them, we were told in a motion a few months ago that I reported on, to use them as placeholders so that later investigators could find out, oh, here's a classified document. Here was a classified cover sheet to indicate where that document was found. No, no, no, of course, that's not what happened. Then last night, Greg, Special Counsel Jack Smith finally admits that they attached those cover sheets to certain documents and took photos. Now, why did it take them almost two years to disclose that? Well, we know why, because that photo was a stunt. It was those cover sheets were used as props. They mishandled evidence. We don't even know what the documents, the underlying documents were, but their story now has changed at least three different times over the past two years. Just one other corrupt, dirty, sloppy aspect of this entire case, but more importantly, this unprecedented armed raid of Mar-a-Lago in August of 2022. It's so amazing. If I could look at that picture one more time, because the most shocking thing, the thing that was designed to get our attention are the things with secret on them. You see with the red border and the yellow border, and these things may have been brought in by the FBI, totally staged. All right, now this is a complex case. I mean, the case is fake, but there's a lot of stuff going on. Give us a sense of the judge's, and you're in the courtroom, the judge's overall kind of direction, I believe from your reporting and what I'm seeing, she's very skeptical of the government and even angry at the government, and she seems to know that this is what we all know, a political scam designed to take out Trump. Well, Greg, as you know, Judge Cannon did take the extraordinary step in September of 2022 and did appoint a special master, basically telling DOJ at the time, "I don't trust you to handle this unprecedented case in a non-political, above-board professional way." She was overturned by her circuit court, but she was 100% right at the time, and now everything that she expressed concern about back then is now coming to fruition, not just the mishandling of evidence, but of course, this overly broad warrant that it appears the FBI agents violated so they could ransack Melania's private bedroom suite. They could ransack Barron's bedroom suite that came up today in one of the court hearings. What Judge Cannon is doing, though, Greg, she has basically turned the tables, and she has put DOJ and special counsel Jack Smith on a series of mini trials, and just in the past few days, she heard a motion to dismiss based on the unlawful unconstitutional appointment of Jack Smith that took a day and a half. I was in the courtroom yesterday where Jack Smith's proposed gag order was discussed and debated. At one point, she actually had to threaten to remove one of Jack Smith's top prosecutors, David Harbach, for being so disrespectful to her in her courtroom. She said to him, "I don't appreciate your tone. I demand decorum in my courtroom at all times, and if you can't do that, one of your colleagues will." He ended up apologizing to her at the end of yesterday's hearing. Today was more discussion about the Mar-a-Lago raid, but there's more to come here, and what Judge Cannon is doing, Greg, she is a one-woman wrecking crew. She is exposing almost single-handedly and under tremendous fire from the media and Democrats to expose exactly, to your point, how bogus this case is, how dangerous the raid really was, and now evidence mishandled and possibly missing before this case even gets to trial. It's astounding, totally astounding. We're almost out of time, like the attacks on her, especially from MSNBC, they're so vicious, and I feel like they are targeted, maybe at her, maybe at her colleagues, maybe at her supervisor, if there is one, I mean, they really want something to happen to her. Am I right? I think they are treading a very dangerous line. Look, there is also already a woman from Texas who was sentenced to three years in prison in 2022 for making legitimate death threats about Aileen Cannon. Greg, I talked to locals in that town yesterday who say her family can't even order a pizza anymore, because they are so afraid and legitimate fears about her safety and her family's safety. Here she is yesterday having to listen to the gag order proposal by Jackson's team claiming that Donald Trump's criticism about the Mar-a-Lago raid pose a threat to law enforcement officials in that case. It's amazing. So she is staying strong, though, and there are more bombshell motions and hearings to come.
