Analysis: Link-Only Post Sharing Pro-Trump Article (2022-09-17)

This post is one of several link-only shares on the same day, all sharing articles arguing Trump should run again and that Republicans should rally behind him. The URL title reads: "Republicans, Don't Succumb to Weak Knees, Don't Get Rid of Trump."

Context

This post appears during the Special Master proceedings following the Mar-a-Lago search, and amid growing speculation about DeSantis as a potential 2024 rival. The cluster of posts this day—all pro-Trump articles from conservative media—represents a curated narcissistic supply operation.

Pattern

Five posts in rapid succession, all URL-only, all reinforcing Trump's indispensability. This is supply-seeking through third-party validation rather than direct self-praise. The article title frames loyalty to Trump as strength and abandonment as weakness ("weak knees"), a splitting framework.

Authorship

Posted at 10:44 AM ET (Trump likely at Mar-a-Lago or Bedminster in September). Business hours, link-only format with no personal commentary—consistent with aide/Scavino curation. The systematic, batch-posting pattern further suggests staff operation.

Psychological Note

The volume of "don't abandon Trump" articles shared in a single day suggests heightened anxiety about relevance, likely triggered by DeSantis's rising profile (one post explicitly addresses DeSantis not running against Trump). The need for external validation of indispensability is characteristic of narcissistic supply-seeking during perceived threat.
