A Cornell case that isn't his becomes a reason to post a cable attack on Letitia James, twice

The day began with Trump landing in Oklahoma on Thursday evening, local time, and ended with him thanking the state. In between, the mood stayed upbeat and promotional. He posted a near-midnight push for Senate Republicans to end the twice-yearly clock change, a slogan about America belonging "to those who love it," and two morning announcements crediting South Korea and Europe with new oil and diesel commitments. The one turn came late Friday afternoon. He posted a cable news segment attacking New York Attorney General Letitia James over a Cornell sexual-assault case that has nothing to do with him, then posted it again minutes later. The clip calls the case a "lynch mob" turned "malicious prosecution," the language he uses for his own legal fights, but it asks no one to act and the grievance didn't carry into anything else he posted.

Why would the Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, appoint a Corrupt Prosecutor, Letitia “Peekaboo" James, to represent the State in the highly controversial Cornell University rape case?

an online lynch mob has morphed into a Democrat talking point and now a malicious prosecution in New York. New York Governor Kathy Hochul is taking the Cornell case away from the local district attorney and handing it to a familiar face to determine whether anyone should face criminal charges. You just heard it mentioned there to President Trump. Now taking center stage New York Attorney General Letitia James. In what world would the police learn from a victim that she'd been literally gang raped while intoxicated by five men in a fraternity house and not elevate those allegations to the district attorney. I'm invoking the power conferred to me as the governor of the state of New York to enlist Attorney General James as an independent special prosecutor in this case. She'll follow the facts. She'll examine the evidence and go wherever it leads. Follow the facts, examine the evidence. That's the job. Can she do the job? Will she do the job? Can she be fair? Here's how James described as a reminder the Trump administration just a few years back. Stand up to the federal government. We've got to stand up to bullies. We've got to stand up to an administration which is two male, two pale, and two stale. Two male, two pale, two stale. Now this time facts matter. Details matter. Slogans would not, should not get the job done. So here's how she's framing her role as prosecutor. We will review the facts, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and if warranted, pursue prosecutions. I know that you want answers. I do too. This is now an active criminal investigation led by the office of the Attorney General. Sounds absolutely serious and prosecutorial. Doesn't sound sloganeering like two male, two pale, two stale. But just days before her appointment, we saw that old familiar voice. Here was Latisha James on social media. What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable. I'm holding her in my heart and my prayers to her and to all survivors. You're not alone. We stand with you. It doesn't appear to be a prosecutor neutral to the facts, ready to examine the evidence. And because of that, she and the governor on that were pressed today. Why did you affirm her allegations as fact without doing your own fact finding investigation into the governor? Why did you appoint an official who made a public statement affirming those allegations as fact as someone who's supposed to be doing an investigation? I will answer that. I have every confidence in our Attorney General to do what she has always done. Look at the facts, examine the record, and draw the proper conclusions. That's exactly what's going to happen in this case. I will not comment on a Facebook post. I will not comment on a Facebook post. The presumption there is some anonymous poster on Facebook doesn't dignify the response of the Attorney General, but it's her post on Facebook that demands answers. Also demanding answers is the litany of politicians lining up Democrats to stake a claim on the so-called Cornell seven Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed. He put out a statement taking the word of Jane Doe, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, she not only took the word of Jane Doe, she made up words and facts for Jane Doe. Seven men drugged and gang-raped a 20 year old woman. They lured her in to a fraternity house. They drugged her with ketamine. They then posted to a group chat that she was incapacitated, and seven men took turns gang-raping her for seven hours. Seven men took turns gang-raping her. They lured her to a fraternity house. They drugged her, and again seven men took turns gang-raping her. That's not even in the civil complaint alleged by Jane Doe. Yes, seven men are named in the lawsuit, but Jane Doe doesn't out alleged that seven men gang-raped her. What each man did is alleged to be different, some doing absolutely nothing. She doesn't allege they took turns raping her. She doesn't allege she was lured to the fraternity house. She doesn't allege that she was involuntarily drugged. That's pure defamation, and the only thing saving Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the pin she wears on her lapel that she sits in Congress, because we all know if congressional representatives were held to the truth, our jails would be full of politicians. The men themselves though have now given their account of the night. The New York Times has obtained documents from Cornell's Title IX investigation. Here's what they say. One said that he in fact was the victim of sexual misconduct because the woman had given him oral sex when he was too incapacitated to consent. Another saying he snorted a line of ketamine off her body and she then tried to initiate sex. And yet another said he asked Jane Doe for consent before engaging and gave her a chance to stop. Here's the quote. You recall telling Jane Doe that if you're uncomfortable with any of this or you won't want to do this, that's perfectly fine. We can call it a night. To that, he says Jane Doe replied, "We're all consenting adults here." Another male says, "I remember the girl in specific saying something along the lines of this was normal in medieval times." This was normal in medieval times. Jane Doe is telling a story, a very different story than what you just heard from the men. A transcript of her interview with campus police that came out when that happened in the weeks that followed that event says that she relayed with 100% confidence that she was raped. Of course, that's in contradiction to the statement she gave under the penalty of perjury to the prosecutor or to the police that she edited over 20 times. Leaving you with a question, what and who do you trust? Which version of Jane Doe? In the law when you are confronted with a witness, a witness with contradictory statements, that witness is impeached on the stand. They are often deemed uncredible. And what you're left with is turned to evidence outside the words, the contradictory words of the accuser. In this case, you have the text messages, you have the testimony of friends and roommates, you have the sorority big sister, all of which do undercut the testimony of Jane Doe. And then there's the law. Back to Governor Kathy Hoku. She says the law is at fault in New York. She describes it as a loophole that when someone voluntarily becomes intoxicated, that person can retain the capability of consent. She wants it changed. If someone is too intoxicated to consent, it should not matter whether they chose to use drugs or alcohol. Voluntary intoxication is not a license for sexual assault or gang rape, period. I support closing this loophole and will work with the New York State Legislature to accomplish this. Suggesting is a loophole that two people, consenting adults who get intoxicated, can't then have consensual sex, suggests be careful this weekend. Anyone who would have a drink is incapable of consent. You could all be guilty if this law were changed this weekend in New York.

And there were some people that were on television tonight. I wish I could find this guy. He got up. Is there any way? If they could put a clip, you know, there were some people that were so nice to me. They were standing online and they said, why are you here? One reason, very simple, big, strong, good-looking guys. There were three of them. They were almost like twins. They were all big, strong, and good-looking. I think they were from Oklahoma. (audience cheers) But they said, why are you here? Only one reason why, Donald Trump. Where is that guy? Here's one of them right there. There were three of them. - Why is the president coming here to Oklahoma today? Why does he need to be here? - Here. - He needs here to just help all the Republican candidates that are running for state office and Senate. And we just want to make sure it stays red. - Juvenatorial candidate Mike Mazie running and he's a help to, Trump is a help to Mazie, you said. - Absolutely. - Okay, thank you very much. President Guys will be in Texas, just north of Dallas, before he makes his way to Oklahoma tonight. And we actually, with that gentleman here, Tony, you work at that truck manufacturing plant where the president's gonna be this afternoon. Why are you here in Oklahoma? When you should be down in Texas. - Well, I retired six months ago, eight months ago now, so. - Is Trump a help to folks like Ken Paxton in Texas? It was leaked audio that came out yesterday from the New York Times saying, Ken Paxton is unsure that the numbers after that midterm convention helped him and maybe hurt him. Are they still on board? Republicans at large, on board with President Trump and his political influence. - Yes sir, 100%. - What do you say to those Republicans who have any doubt about Trump's influence? - Get on the Trump train. We're going to the front. The only way Trump can lose is if he gets cheated. That's my opinion. - All right, and then when you look towards November, still confident that the president's gonna be able to maintain his majorities in the House and the Senate. - Taking it all. We're taking it all. - What gives you that confidence? - Just what he's been doing overseas as a blake. - You're happy with how things are going in Iran. - I'm happy. I'm happy with that. I'm happy the way things are going in the country right now with him. I just wish he could get a third turn. (crowd cheering) - Where is he? Where are those guys? Where is he? Where is he? Hey, where are those guys? They're big, strong. I hope they're not stuck outside. They might be stuck. Where are they? They were so great. I watched it. I said, what great people. Where are they? Where? We gotta get them. Where are they? You can't miss a big, strong, handsome Oklahoma studs. Where are you? Come up here. Come up here. Come up here. I love these guys. Come on. Wow. I love those guys. (crowd cheering) Man, oh man. How about, isn't that cool? I watched it coming in and I said, I love the, oh, there they are. Oh, there they are. Look at these three guys. These are studs. Come on up here, fellas. Come here. Wow. Thank you, President Trump, for all you do every day. If you work harder than any American, I know. (crowd cheering) Absolute honor of a life. Time to move the greatest president this country has ever had. (crowd cheering) Oh boy, oh boy. That's the real deal. That's the real deal. Thank you. No, I saw them on the, what do you think of Trump? It's like, those are real, those are real people. Those are real people. You can't get better. They're the people that built the country. Just so you know, with all the bullshit here from all these others, they always, those are the people that built our country. And you are those people. You are those people. (crowd cheers)

Republicans in the Senate have to get moving on what I call the “No More Changing of Clocks Act,” officially known as The Sunshine Protection Act, a ridiculous Clock changing process that takes place twice a year, costs our Country a fortune, is bad for Crime, stress on people, Sports, and just about everything else you can imagine. Even the highly respected PGA Commissioner, Brian Rolapp, needs it for the completion of Golf Tournaments in the Winter, when they just plain run out of sunlight. People don’t want to go around changing their Clocks anymore and, besides, far and away, most people like having an hour of extra sunlight in the evening, rather than in the morning. The House has passed this Bill, 308-117, on July 14, 2026, with Great Bipartisan support. Both Democrats and Republicans want it to happen. It’s now up to the U.S. Senate where it would be another Great Bipartisan Victory. Unfortunately, it’s being held up by Senator Tom Cotton, of Arkansas, for reasons unknown. People are sick and tired of having to change their Clocks twice a year. Even most farmers would rather have additional time in the evening to harvest their crops. It is foolish, inconvenient and, in some cases, very costly. For Cities and States with Watchtowers, and hard to reach places, it costs Millions of Dollars. A recent case was made that it is also bad for your health in the anxiety it creates. Leading Medical, Crime, and Economic Studies have shown, conclusively, that ceasing the biannual time change, giving us one extra hour of natural sunlight in the evenings, will help Decrease Robbery and Murder Rates, Reduce Car Accidents (especially those involving Pedestrians!), Lower Risk for Cardiac Issues, Stroke, and Seasonal Depression, Make It Safer for Children to Walk Home from School, Increase Time with your Family, Strongly Support Extracurricular Activities, Boost the Sports, Fitness, Tourism, Retail, and Restaurant Industries (and more!), and Save Money on Energy Bills, because everyone will be enjoying an EXTRA HOUR OF DAYLIGHT. In other words, leave it as it is now, and never change it again. But importantly, with a 100% approval rating, is that NOBODY wants to change their Clocks twice a year. This is an issue that Republicans, Democrats, and Independents can unite behind! President DONALD J. TRUMP
