A four-word thank-you to a state, carried by an image

The text is "Thank you Oklahoma!" followed by the signature block "President DONALD J. TRUMP." Everything specific (what Oklahoma did, who is pictured, which event is meant) is in the attached JPG, which I did not view. The text names no occasion, so the reading here depends on the form of the post. Likely occasions include a state-level endorsement, a poll, a delegation visit, or a policy action by Oklahoma officials. None of the pre-researched events from the prior seven days involves Oklahoma, and I did not search for one, because the post makes no factual claim to check.

Authorship. The post went up at 22:06 UTC, which is 6:06 PM Eastern. That is the end of a working day if he was in Washington, and nothing in the event record puts him elsewhere on October 2. The structure looks like staff work: a one-line caption on an image, correct punctuation, and the standardized signature.
