I am pleased to announce the nomination of Brian Meyers to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina! Currently a Magistrate Judge on that same Court, Brian previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for more than a decade in the Eastern District of North Carolina and, as an attorney in the U.S. Marine Corps. Brian graduated from Davidson College (where he starred at Varsity Baseball!), and the University of Richmond School of Law. Before earning his Law Degree, Brian worked for the late Senator Jesse Helms. With the strong support of both of North Carolina’s Senators, Ted Budd and Thom Tillis, and Republican Candidate for United States Senate, and former Head of the Republican Party, Michael Whatley, Brian will continue to strongly protect and defend the Constitution on the Federal Bench. Congratulations Brian! President DONALD J. TRUMP

I am pleased to announce the nomination of Todd Butler to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit! A proud graduate of Mississippi State University and Mississippi College of Law (Graduating summa cum laude from both!), Todd is currently a Partner at Phelps Dunbar in Jackson, Mississippi. He has argued numerous times before the Fifth Circuit, previously clerked for highly respected Judge, Leslie Southwick, and has been a strong defender of Law Enforcement throughout his career. Todd has the unwavering support of Senators Roger Wicker and Cindy Hyde-Smith. The wonderful people of the Great State of Mississippi (one of my favorites!), and the rest of the Fifth Circuit, can count on Todd to protect the Constitution and the Rule of Law. Congratulations Todd! President DONALD J. TRUMP
