I have done nothing wrong!What Mark Pomerantz did, according to the highly respected J. Anthony Jordan, President of the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York:“By writing and releasing a book in the midst of an ongoing case, the author is upending the norms and ethics of prosecutorial conduct and is potentially in violation of New York criminal law.”

THE CASE HAD MAJOR ISSUES AND WAS CERTAINLY NOT A “SLAM DUNK!” MARK POMERANTZ. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THEY HAD WITH THE “CASE” IS THAT I DID NOTHING WRONG!
