Tonight about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Chief intelligence correspondent Katherine Herridge tells us in sworn testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders told lawmakers what she was told. During closed door testimony last summer, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI not to pursue the gross negligence statute for Hillary Clinton in the mishandling of classified information. Former U.S. Attorney and House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about the statute, known as 18 U.S.C. 793. Radcliffe, you're making it sound like it was the department that told you you're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors. Page interrupted. That is correct. Page's testimony appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation in July 2016 against criminal charges for Clinton. What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done honestly, competently and independently. No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear. The Republican-led House oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January. With Democrats now in control, the committee's new ranking Republican made the Page transcript public. The transcript releases show an inherent two-tier system, one in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got where they were actually at first concerned that they were going to charge her and then with Loretta Lynch in charge before she recused herself, made it very clear that that was not going to happen. The tip-off came from a chart drawn up by federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case known as Mid-Year Exam. Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal statutes for prosecution. Most to gross negligence was a notation, quote, DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases are military, cases when accused lost the information. In response to the Page revelations, the president tweeted the transcripts, quote, make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine. The Page transcript also confirms Fox's earlier reporting. The Page testified Russia collusion was still unproven when Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed. Brett?

We've proved now that there was direct access to the Antrim County Election Management System because we show on November 5th, we can see it in the forensic images, that an anonymous user logged onto the EMS remotely with escalated privileges and made changes to the the database when they were trying to re-tabulate the election. So that's one huge, huge development because now we prove that the machines were remotely accessed and more importantly they were remotely accessed by an anonymous user who had elevated privileges in the system. That is pretty damning for the the non forensic reviewers out there, people who do not want a forensic audit. And the other thing probably is equally explosive. Everyone's seen ballots before like these ballots here. On the side of the ballot there's these black boxes, there's 59 black boxes on the side of the ballot. We now see within the forensic images that in Antrim County those blocks, blocks 15, 18, 28, 41 and 44 were all intentionally modified. The height and the width, the shape of those blocks were intentionally modified in order to generate errors. What does an error do? In this case by modifying those specific blocks they were able to cause rejections for Republican ballots. Meaning if you voted for Donald Trump and then put your ballot in the machine your ballot was rejected at a rate of 20% more than Joe Biden ballots.

>> There are 42 million people in this country that need food stamps on a weekly basis. And we're saying people deliberately instead of Americans, because most of the people that are on food stamps aren't even from this country. >> Rob Finnerty, he's gonna explain to us who in America is getting these food stamps? >> 45% of Afghanistan immigrants are on food stamps, 42% of Somali immigrants, 34% of every immigrant from Iraq, 23% of Haitians, 59% of all illegal aliens are collecting food stamps. >> There you go. >> Meaning that most of the people getting food stamps from the US government and the US taxpayer are not even Americans. And we didn't know about any of this before the government shutdown started, but thanks to Democrats, we can confirm tonight that millions of Joe Biden illegal aliens, people who crossed the border when Joe was president are now collecting food stamps from a program funded by hardworking American taxpayers. >> Is that a problem for anybody? >> And I've seen many videos making the rounds on the socials, saying that even if they don't get their snap money, their food stamps, they would just go in and take it. >> This bitch like Jack, I'm gonna be stealing like it ain't no tomorrow. >> From where? >> The store. >> They're gonna get prosecuted in places like California. >> Let's go in and they're gonna take it, they are promoting, just go in and take it. >> My gosh. >> Wow. >> So. >> Well, you want the Afghans and the Iraqis to have their food every month. >> I know. >> Don't you?
