Joining me now is Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law prof, Fox News contributor. Professor Turley, we're going to get your reaction to that in a moment, but first I want to start with the big news of the day that Judge Juan Marshawn has moved Trump's sentencing in his hush money trial to after the election. Watch. The Manhattan D.A. witch hunt against me has been postponed because everyone realizes that there was no case because I did nothing wrong. It's a witch hunt. It's an attack by my political opponents in Washington D.C., Comrade, Kamala Harris, and radical left opponents. For purposes of election interference, that's all that was. Professor, your reaction to the news today, two different outcomes in the court, two different courts. Well, it was very surprising to see Judge Marshawn in this letter suddenly have this epiphany that there's an election going on, because he showed no sensitivity towards the election when he had, in my view, a radically overbroad gag order, and he kept the leading candidate for the presidency in his courtroom, and more importantly, he ruled rather one-sidedly throughout that trial. I was in that courtroom and I was shocked by many of his rulings. He now says, "Well, you know what, I don't want people to get the wrong impression, and so I'm going to sense him after the election. Judge Chutkin in D.C. is going to move the schedule until after the election as well. These are the two perceived most hostile judges to the former president, and the expectation is that if Trump loses the election, both of them are likely to throw him head first into a wood chipper. I mean, we're looking at November and December for these critical dates, and it's very clear that he's going to be called to account by both of these judges in a way that many are likely to have objections to, but that will come after the election. One thing that kept coming up today was that in these hearings, these pretrial hearings in the Chutkin case and the election interference case, new information, Politico described it as a potential October surprise, new affidavits, new information could come into play, could be entered into the record. Well, that in and of itself, the briefing schedule could affect the outcome of the election. It could, and Judge Chutkin has been controversial from the start because in an earlier case before the case against Trump was ever mounted, she suggested that Donald Trump should be in her courtroom answering for the January 6th riots, and that led many to suggest that she really should recuse herself. That's a very odd statement for a judge to make when someone later appears, as you suggested, in your courtroom. So, the controversy is likely to grow with this schedule, but much of the action is likely to occur after voters go to the polls. Karl Rove made a good point when we were on this morning and suggested that if Mershan was really going to send President Trump to jail or impose some draconian measure, he could very well have elected him president because in the past, President Trump has gone up in the polls when people watched what was happening in Manhattan. So for whatever his reason and delaying, the voters now are going to be pretty much the largest jury in history. What they decide on election day is likely to have a huge impact here. It could very well destroy the federal cases of Jack Smith. He would never see the inside of a courtroom, but also Mershan would be hard pressed to impose a jail term if this is the president-elect. So that election is going to be a very significant influence on what occurs in November and December. Well, if Trump wins, and this keeps going after the election, they just want to mock up his transition work. They will not leave this man alone. I'm sorry, but if he's president, then he's going to have to deal with this, at least for some period of time. One week after Trump was convicted on all 34 bogus felony counts in New York's kangaroo court, the former president has now emerged more resolute than ever before. Take a look. I say it and it sounds beautiful, right? You know, my revenge will be success and I mean that. But it's awfully hard when you see what they've done. These people are so evil. And at the same time, the country can come together. People also say, can you bring the country together? And the answer is, yes, success will bring the country together because I had it together. Now, the momentum is certainly building for Donald Trump. Americans on both sides of the aisle, including commentators, even on fake news, CNN, they're speaking out against what was a gross abuse of power from both Alvin Bragg and Juan Mershon, everyone else involved in this political witch hunt. And now Trump's very own fundraising numbers are through the roof. In May, the Trump campaign and the RNC hauled in a whopping one hundred and forty one million dollars, nearly double April's numbers. The campaign says 53 million was collected in the first 24 hours after Trump's conviction. Twenty five percent of those donors, first time contributors. And while Biden only leaves home for tiny, barely attended, short, heavily scripted events, his twenty twenty four opponent, Donald Trump, just attended a UFC fight in New Jersey. He was warmly greeted. The place was jamming, packed, having fun, clapping. Very happy he was there. Anyway, this is in the Prudential Center. By the way, anybody want to see Joe Biden go to a major sporting event? Probably get booed right out of the stadium. Few Americans actually even really like Joe Biden. They know he's been a complete failure as your president. And that's why Democrats are now resorting to law fair weaponized in the DOJ. That's why they're in a full fledged panic. Trump is now calling on the Supreme Court to act before his sentencing. Otherwise, Albin Braggs political con job. All that will need to slowly work its way through a variety of liberal New York courts filled with partisan judges who ate Donald Trump. This law fair deserves to be rectified before the election. These questions must be answered. Did Alvin Bragg withhold exculpatory evidence from the indicting grand jury? Was Biden donor Judge Mershawn obligated to recuse himself? What about the family conflicts? Were Donald Trump's Sixth Amendment rights violated by not telling him the crime that he was even being charged with? We didn't know to the end of the trial if we even know at this point. Did the judge allow prejudicial information during the trial? Did New York even have jurisdiction on a federal election law? Did the judge violate not one but two Supreme Court decisions, the latest in 2020, Ramos versus Louisiana in his jury instructions that very clearly mandated unanimity of the jury on all issues. You can't have four, four and four, as we have described. This law fair blatant abuse of power, it cannot stand. And meanwhile, we are monitoring yet another legal case. This one out of Delaware, Joe Biden loves to say nobody's above the law, but he might be soon singing a very different tune now that his very own son is facing the possibility of real prison time. Now this morning, Hunter Biden's felony gun trial finally got underway. He's accused of lying on a gun application. Why? In order to purchase a firearm, despite his ongoing drug abuse, now this very same firearm in question was ultimately recovered in a dumpster near a school. It was put there by his brother's former wife, his girlfriend at the time. And unlike the law fair in New York, well, there are no cooked up charges or aggressive prosecutors campaigning on we're going to get Hunter Biden. No, to the contrary, just the opposite of what you saw in New York. This trial features actual evidence, numerous credible witnesses. And if I'd argue anything, I'd probably say the deck is stacked in his favor. He's a Biden in Delaware. Take a look. The witnesses is brutal for Hunter Biden. It includes his ex-wife. It includes the wife of the late Beau Biden with whom Hunter had a relationship after Beau's death. It includes, I believe, another even woman that has an issue with Hunter Biden here. I mean, that's tough stuff for Hunter here. Why would you want to go through that? I don't think he would. And I think everything here that's going to be presented is very damaging. All right. Despite the evidence for a while, Hunter Biden appeared above the law. This is a trial that was never supposed to happen. Remember, according to the New York Times, the DOJ's original plan was to charge Hunter with nothing, sweep all of these misdeeds under the rug. And for a while, it was all going along. According to plan, federal prosecutor David Weiss dragged on what appeared to be a fake investigation for years. Remember, he allowed the statute of limitations to run out on several serious tax crimes. Conveniently, we call them the Burisma years. He then reportedly seemed content to wrap up the probe without any charges. Then a little problem happened. Whistleblowers at the IRS, they sounded the alarm. Weiss, the DOJ, had to move to plan B. What was plan B? That was the sweetheart Weiss deal masquerading as justice. Never before in the history of the country has a deal ever been that sweet. Even the defense being asked by the judge in the courtroom, did you ever see anything like a deal like this ever before? And they had to admit, no, no felony tax charges, no jail time, a deferred meaningless gun charge and nothing else. But unfortunately for Hunter, the plea deal collapsed after the federal judge starting actually started to actually ask real questions in a statement Biden referred to his son as inspiring. By the way, I'm glad that he did get off drugs. I hope he stays off them. You don't want that for anybody. But of course we want Hunter to get a fair trial and we trust that, well, Delaware might lean his way. No American, whether your name is Biden or Trump, should have to face a partisan witch hunt. And of course no one in the Biden White House has the decency to call out the law fair against Trump. Quite the contrary. We hear they were celebrating in Biden headquarters and the White House. And by the way, why did the third highest ranking person at Joe Biden's DOJ, why would they ever leave that prestigious position to prosecute a local case against Donald Trump in New York? Clearly with a deeply involved and incompetent unpopular president, well, the Democrats, they need all the political help they can get. And this appears to be their number one strategy here with reaction. Fox News contributor, Jonathan Turley, well, I labeled a few of the areas that I've I'd identified that president Trump should appeal. I think because of the circumstances and the circumstances that I've identified, I think because of the circumstances that I've identified that president Trump should appeal, I think because of the circumstances and the circumstances that I've identified that president Trump should appeal. I think because of the circumstances and the severity of the conflicts in this case and constitutional issues that are at hand here, it should be expedited. I think the American people have a right to know if it's going to be overturned before the election. I would urge Trump's attorneys to pursue every avenue to get there. What would you advise them? Well, I think they are going to pursue every avenue. I must say I do not hold out much hope that the Supreme Court will allow them to go directly to the highest court for review. The reason is that the Supreme Court previously turned down Jack Smith, who wanted to expedite his own prosecution of Trump. And I think that some of the justices are going to want to stay within that same lane. Now that means it goes through the New York criminal system. And many of us don't have a lot of faith after this trial in that system. I think that initially, at least, he may have some tough going. But I have to tell you, I think that these errors are rather glaring and obvious. I can't imagine this verdict being sustained on review. It just may take a while. It may occur later. In fact, it may not occur until they get to the Supreme Court. But I think the Trump campaign has to assume that it will not get a final review before the election. Yeah. All right. So we have July 11 sentencing, somebody, it's a class, what, Evie felony. We had the upcharge, of course, the novel legal theory, the theory that we spoke so often about. You have somebody that's never been convicted before. Usually, I would think that somebody would be released on their own recognizance pending appeal. I suspect anything's possible with Judge Mershawn. Will he try to put him in jail and have him miss his own Republican convention? Is he going to have home confinement as part of this? How far does he go? Well, before I said in that courtroom, I would have said that all of these options were almost fanciful. I was really surprised in what I saw in that courtroom. I felt that the judge was dead wrong on a number of his decisions. He ruled very heavily towards the prosecution. Even liberal legal analysts have admitted to that. First of all, to sentence him to jail ultimately as an elderly first offender in a nonviolent crime would be just such a huge departure from the norm in Manhattan and other courts that I think that even many liberals would object, that they would say that you're adding to this notion of a special criminal system just for Trump. It's bad enough that they effectively created a crime for him, zapping a dead misdemeanor into life and coming up with this rather novel theory. In terms of any sentence being imposed before appeal, I would hope that Judge Mershawn would suspend it or allow the appeal to go forward. There are a lot of options here. If he doesn't go with a jail sentence, which I think would be absurd, there's community service, there's home confinement. In most of these cases, I think you would have a conditional dismissal, the type of go out and sin no more. You're on probation or parole and you're under court review. I think that's what most judges would view a case of this kind, but nothing that has happened in this case is how things are usually done in the criminal justice system in my view. >> Yeah. I said on the show, I've said it on others, no one believes that $130,000 from eight years ago for a perfectly legal NDA booked a legal expense to a personal longtime lawyer booked as a legal expense is a crime where a former president in the front runner for Republican Party is charged with 34 felony counts. No one believes it. The entire city of New York is shut down. You have half of the NYPD guarding the lower half of Manhattan around this trial. They're shutting down the FDR drive every single day. No one believes it. And then you have this judge and I've watched the conduct and Sean, you have to watch it from from the front row, from front and center. So many of the Fox reporters have when you're in there and he is literally sustaining every single one of their objections. He will not give us a single thing. He's disqualifying our witnesses. He's not letting the head of the FEC testify that there is no crime here. The thing is stacked, Sean, you've never seen anything like it. It wasn't until this morning did they actually outline six months later what the actual crime reportedly was. And that's what this is. This is corruption. This is a judge just somehow gets every single anti-Trump case. Is that really interesting? But that's, of course, not stopping Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the socialist from the Bronx, from openly fantasizing about keeping Trump in a box. Watch. Not to make a point, like most communists, AOC loves the thought of turning the justice system against her political opponents, of course. Not making a point, he's got an ankle bracelet. AOC is now particularly unnerved because Trump is set to host a massive political event in her district. Tomorrow, the former president will hit the campaign trail where? In the Bronx. No Republican since Ronald Reagan has won New York. But according to polls, Donald Trump now has a real chance. Biden is up by just single digits in New York in a new CNN college poll. Needless to say, Americans with Trump derangement syndrome, they are panicking. This includes the disgraced former FBI director Jim Comey, who is begging Americans to vote for Joe Biden. Watch. Now he's flying back to hold a fundraiser, excuse me, a rally in the Bronx, a rally. I was in New York yesterday, people everywhere, all they're talking about is going to the rally tomorrow night to support President Trump. I can't wait to see how crowded it is. We have a judge who I believe is a crooked judge and a crooked attorney general, absolutely crooked. We did nothing wrong at all, 100%, and that was proven and everybody there said it was proven. All you have to do is read the legal scholars and you see there was proven, but we will continue with that, but we appreciate very much the decision of the appellate division. Thank you very much. By the way, this was a case about valuations, the worst valuation or the biggest abuse of evaluation that came from the judge in this case and Goron, who till this day sticks to and maintains that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million, not even close, as we have pointed out many times on this program. The attorney general's dream of seizing Trump Tower and other Trump properties to cover his bond before an appeal, that is now dead and the far left zealots over at MSDNC, they are not taking it well. I don't even know if I care what the process is that these judges are arriving at, whatever it is, it's flawed, I can tell you that much. David put it well, this is a different process for this person. We have decided that he gets his own private court of justice. For him, he gets his own set of rules. Donald Trump is facing dozens of criminal and civil charges, including some that have never been tried in a court of law. Many of these charges levied by his political opponents, DOJ, that is the weaponization of Joe Biden's DOJ. And during the height of a presidential campaign, wow, these are unprecedented times. Now, the state of New York was attempting to seize his business before he could even file an appeal. And according to MSDNC, he's receiving preferential treatment. Really? Okay. Yeah, it's preferential from their point of view. Meanwhile, over the weekend on fake news, CNN, radical leftist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that America would be put at risk if the state of New York did not seize Donald Trump's assets. Take a look. I think that what we are dealing with politically is the much larger and much more grave and serious pressure of having this judgment against Donald Trump and him being in this degree of debt and the financial pressures that he is under and what he is subject to do in order to obtain those assets. I actually think that whether, I actually think that there is risk in not seizing these assets and the open window that exists in him trying to secure these funds through other means. Now, so far, the radicalist plan to derail Trump through lawfare, as we call it, is not going as expected. In the state of Georgia, anti-Trump DA Fonny Willis was strongly rebuked by a superior court judge as a potential liar who exhibited unprofessional behavior in and out of court. Now, Fonny Willis says she has done nothing wrong and is now vowing to fight on against Donald Trump. Quote, "The train is coming." Watch out. Take a look. I don't feel like my reputation needs to be reclaimed. Let's say it for the record. I'm not embarrassed by anything I've done. You know, I guess my greatest crime is I had a relationship with a man, but that's not something that I find embarrassing in any way. And I know that I have not done anything that's illegal. All while that was going on, we were writing responsive briefs. We were still doing the case in the way that it needed to be done. I don't feel like we've been slowed down at all. I do think that there are efforts to slow down this train, but the train is coming. Vengeance is mine, say Fonny Willis. Now, amid all the chaos, the first criminal trial against Donald Trump, it now has a start date. That would be April the 15th. This is a highly unusual case out of New York. You might remember, recall that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg used what was a bizarre, unprecedented legal mechanism, never really fully explained it. He did it to override the statute of limitations and upcharge certain misdemeanors as felonies, all related to how certain Trump organization documents were labeled. It sounds convoluted because it is now. The case is so far fetched that even federal prosecutors under Biden, they declined to bring charges and their lead witness not exactly have much credibility when it comes to the issue of truth. But that's where we are as a country, anti-Trump prosecutors. They want to cook up their charges and far left radical districts, venues where Donald Trump likely can't get a fair trial and they want to use our system of justice as a political weapon, in this case against the Republican presidential candidate. And despite tremendous abuse of power, Donald Trump is the Republican nominee. He's now leading in the polls.

Apparently, the three-letter agencies of our federal government saved all of their scrutiny for Donald Trump. Trump now faces dozens of charges, including an unprecedented and bizarre case out of New York, the case brought by the New York Attorney General, who proudly campaigned on getting Trump, as Professor Dershowitz says. Once elected, she accused the former president of fraud, charged him with inflating the value of his real estate portfolio in order to obtain loans and better insurance rates. Now, of course, a far left judge agreed and has now ordered President Trump to pay what is an unprecedented half a billion dollar bond just for the right to appeal the case. Keep in mind, no bank lost any money on these loans. Nobody even complained. The payments were all made in full. Now, the banks and insurance companies, they all had a fiduciary responsibility to do their own valuations. And to top that off, the Trump organization had in every single deal, they made a disclaimer that was given to all banks and all insurance companies not to use the Trump organization's valuations. And as it turns out, the only person who took exception to these valuations was the far left judge, the guy without any real estate experience, who actually valued Mar-a-Lago at a mere 18 million dollars when you have small lots, that's 22 plus acres there. It's on the ocean and on the inner coastal. You have, you know, oceanfront lots, two acres selling for one, two hundred million dollars. In one case, I don't know if they sold it yet, another one, an acre and a half or 150 million. And that's not even right on the ocean. You extrapolate out just the 22 acres of Mar-a-Lago and it would be worth not the 18 million, the judge claimed, but closer to a billion, but the New York attorney general, the judge, they didn't care. They don't care. Remember, the AG promised to get Trump. And now she is reportedly planning to seize Trump Tower if the 45th president fails to produce the 500 million dollars in cash by Monday for the right to appeal as this verdict. Joining us now with reaction, Fox News contributor, former speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich. I don't know what to say about this. But there's a part of this that is extremely chilling to me. And I would imagine you have the same reaction when you just look at the basic facts here. Look, I mean, I think you have to back up a minute and take a long view. You have a totally corrupt New York system. It's corrupt from the governor to the state legislature, to the judges, to the prosecutors. It is—basically, it's the Sopranos running the government. It's totally corrupt. We were first really given a brilliant insight in this by Tom Wolf in a novel called Bonfire of the Vanities 40 years ago, where he outlined the depth of corruption between the prosecutor and the judge. Nothing has changed. It's just got worse. So let's start with this notion. New York now is a corrupt state, New York City is a corrupt city. Any business that does business in New York is stupid because you are at risk of a corrupt prosecutor and a corrupt attorney general ripping you off. Now Trump's a unique case because he is the most powerful anti-establishment politician since Andrew Jackson. So he is an enormous threat to every corrupt politician in the country from Joe and Hunter Biden down through New York and on to California. And that's what we're witnessing. But we've got to look at the larger historical picture. This is a deeply corrupted state, which has—driving people out of the state—I think the latest number is 600,000. Tax-paying New Yorkers have left. And you'll see it in the size of the state government's budget deficit. Same thing's happening in California. The corruption of Sacramento is driving people out of the state. And their budget deficit, I believe this year, will be $51 billion. These states are totally out of control. Donald Trump happens to be the example, but he's an example of a deeply, deeply corrupt system.

Do you believe that's true if one of these four criminal cases did come back in time with a guilty verdict for Donald Trump and he was somehow convicted, set aside the likelihood. But if that did happen, would it flip the polling Kellyanne? >> It wouldn't flip the polling well and thanks for having a Merry Christmas to you and yours and your co-host. It wouldn't flip the polling. You see the Reuters poll when asked what a conviction on any of the criminal counts make you vote for against Donald Trump. A slim majority say they'd vote against him. But when you add Biden to the equation as the Wall Street Journal poll did, Trump's actually beating Biden 46 to 45 if he were to be convicted. Then they asked if Joe Biden were to be impeached, would you vote for Trump or Biden? And the Wall Street Journal poll found that Trump is beating Biden by 5 points 46 to 41. So we can't forget, none of this is in a vacuum. You don't go into the ballot box and it says Trump or not Trump. It says Trump versus Joe Biden. And just as we knew in 2016, and I said many times then I'll say again, you have to set aside everything you think about that individual. And in this case, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' manmade crisis of an administration that has created nothing but hurt and pain domestically at our border, in our communities, our big cities, in your grocery cart, at the gas pump, you name it, and abroad now. We can potentially, people know this, it's a binary choice. It is not a referendum just on Biden. It is a choice between your life with Donald Trump and your life with Joe Biden. Look, this guy, Joe Biden, was vice president for eight years, Will. He was the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee. I would think a half a century in Washington would at least buy us a little grace and respect around the globe. Instead, we may have one foreign policy entanglement in national security disaster per year of the Biden administration, Afghanistan 2021, Ukraine 2022, Israel 2023. And it could be Taiwan 2020, 2024. President Xi Jinping has the guts to say to Joe Biden's face, P.S., I'm going to reunify. The sin in them for that is invade Taiwan. Just telling you, Joe. So but the other thing is the Biden people have put way too much into the judicial system to try to keep Joe Biden there for a second term. I have a better idea. Why not just pass better policies? If you have a really good record as president, chances are you'll be reelected and they're just not. They can't beat him on policy. It's too late for that, though. Through the judicial system. To your point, though, it's too late. It's too late to change your policy. That's why Trump's ahead. That's why Trump's ahead. So here's what I want to ask you. So that's why. OK, if the legal if law fair doesn't work, that's that that seems to be plan number one law fair. And again, the goal is not to elect Joe Biden. It is to stop Donald Trump. I think they've made that clear. So if law fair isn't going to work in time and then the polling is, as you've laid out and we've seen that Joe Biden can't beat Donald Trump again, if the plan is to stop Donald Trump, when do they move to the option, remove Joe Biden, like find someone else who can beat Donald Trump? Well, speaking of running out of time, I think that's too little too late. They should have done that. If I were a Democrat, I would have gotten rid of Biden and Harris, rolled the dice well and said, we'll probably lose in 2024, but we'll save the party and we'll restore the party that was once known for youth and energy and the future. They had JFK and Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, even Jimmy Carter was in his fifties when he in his early fifties when he was elected to the White House. Now they turn around and they get these establishment Loch Ness monster creatures of the Steve C. Swamp like Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden to lead the party and look where we are. But I think it's too little too late. I think some Democrats like Gavin Newsom would rather this ticket just bleed out. Well, we'll see. I think Joe Biden's bigger play is to have all these third party candidates to help him the way Ross Perot helped Bill Clinton say in 1992. So Perot got zero electoral votes, but he got 19% of the popular vote. Bill Clinton got 68.8% of the electoral votes and only 45% of the popular vote. That would be his play. The problem is he's not the challenger here. He's the incumbent and Perot really helped Bill Clinton and hurt the incumbent. And right now it looks like third party's pulled from Biden, not Trump. So they'd have to find the candidate that would pull from Trump. There you go. There you go. They need to and they haven't yet, but there are lots of billionaires out there, 1100 or so in this country. Will I read that? I mean, if somebody can say I'm worth 7 billion, why not spend one seventh without having fun in the presidential race and the consultants, you know, I call it staff infection. They'll go and take their half a billion and embarrass that person the way Bloomberg's people did. But look, I think if you're Joe Biden, you stick to plan A. Plan A is what you just said. Get Trump through the legal system, and they believe that in the 91 counts, if he's convicted on one game over, if they can send the president to jail, God forbid, for one night, that's enough for them. But it's not going to work, and it's not going to work for another reason. Joe Biden probably won't want to debate Donald Trump. We don't even know if Joe Biden can stand still at a podium for 90 minutes. We have no evidence of that, let alone being able to defend this horrible record. So I think that it's Donald Trump who's saying, look, I want to debate him. Here's what I would do to Iran. Here's what I would do with China. Here's what I would do in the Middle East. I think Joe Biden, they're counting on one of these cases being accelerated, being able to convict the president and saying to people, you don't want a president that's being convicted of a criminal charge. We've never had that in history. I just don't think it's going to be enough. People feel so desperate. Last point. We as voters, we talk about and even complain about what offends us. We vote according to what affects us, and that's really the difference here. People are going to be very self-interested, as well they should be, as voters. That's why Trump's ahead in every swing state.

If you read the headlines, you'd believe that Judge Tanya Chutkin came out and ruled in Trump's favor on the state's proposed gag order, which would have completely barred him from discussing his case, documents, evidence, witnesses, the whole thing. Chutkin ruled that Trump is only barred from discussing sensitive information. Okay. Well, what constitutes sensitive information? Oh, nothing, just every single person interviewed by prosecutors because they could be witnesses. Well, that's going to be a problem because Trump happens to be running a presidential campaign against Mike Pence. Now, is Trump going to debate Mike Pence if he can't talk about Mike Pence? Chutkin doesn't care. During the hearings today, she told Trump's attorneys this. The fact that he is running a political campaign currently has to yield to the administration of justice. And if that means he can't say exactly what he wants to say in a political speech, that is just going to how it's going to be half to, adding that she'll be scrutinizing his statements very carefully. Do you really expect Trump to abide by these rules? The case is a ridiculous case. It's a first amendment case, but we don't want Trump to speak. So they want me, they take away your rights on first amendment. Now they sue because, so now I have one of these lunatic reporters back there saying, sir, we'd like to talk to you about your case or I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to talk about it. Somehow that's not good for votes. Do you agree? When we say I can't talk, I'd love to, I will talk about it. I will. They're not taking away my first amendment. Trump's at his best when he's riffing off the cuff, obviously, and this order is just another attempt to keep him from speaking freely. Biden's Justice Department's already trying to lock him up in a courtroom from January until May, and anytime he steps out onto the trail, there's going to be a whole bunch of booby traps out there waiting for him. So Will, what do you think the chances are that he busts through this gag order the first night on the trail 100% sure bet, Jesse, take it to the bank and this will be a problem. This will be something for the judge to decide. Will I continue or will I be a participant in what's become lawfare? You know, it's true that you can restrict the defendant's speech. Jesse, you can say, look, a criminal trial takes precedent and normal circumstances you would say, well, that shows the lack of wisdom in the original prosecutor, the DOJ in going after Trump, you'd say, well, what evidence of humility shows some wisdom. You've compromised a political process by your pursuit of these weak charges. But I want to say this is not a normal situation. So what we're seeing play out is exactly as intended. It's not a lack of wisdom. It is purpose and intention. This is lawfare. This is using the justice system, the DOJ, the court system to influence an election. If you could control and good luck with actually implementing the control, but if you can control a candidate and what he says, then you can control the outcome of an election. So Barr is also off limits. If you think about it, I'm sure he was interviewed by the January 6th investigators. And so Trump can never bring up the fact that Barr knocked out the Mueller situation. He can never bring up this fact. He can't even tout his record as attorney general in his administration while running for office. Yeah. You know, when it comes to, for example, Mike Pence, I'm not worried. I don't think anybody should be worried about the interaction between Donald Trump and Mike Pence on a stage. And I say I'm not worried because I'm someone who would be worried about interference in the political process, not rooting for a particular outcome. I don't think there's going to be anything that influences the chasm between Mike Pence and Donald Trump. But what happens is Mike Pence can lodge all types of accusations. He can tell a story that Donald Trump can't rebut. And that can affect him then in turn in his general against Joe Biden. You know, and same thing as you point out with Barr, he just can't address any of the other allegations that people make. But the real question will be in the gray area. To your point earlier, he's not going to abide by this. So then the judge is going to have to decide how much am I going to get into the muck? How much am I going to sort out exactly all these statements and play referee in a political election, a presidential election? That's unbelievable. I mean, January 6th, prosecutors probably interviewed Nancy Pelosi. So I guess Trump can't talk about Nancy Pelosi either. Shots fired one way. This is going to be a fun one. Right. Exactly.
