What the image shows
A news photograph of a man with blond/orange combed-back hair, wearing a dark navy suit with a red tie and an American flag lapel pin, hugging and kissing/puckering his lips against a large American flag that he holds bundled close to his face and chest with both hands (one hand bears a ring/cufflink visible at the wrist). The background is dark with a blurred red, white, and blue striped design on the right side, suggesting a stage or rally backdrop.
