Two Obama and Biden Appellate Court Judges just voted against the desperately needed Military Center, required for the National Security of Washington, D.C., and our Country, itself. Highly Respected Judge, Neomi Rao, stated the following key points, among others, in a strongly worded dissent:
“This was a blatant abuse of discretion…To begin with, the district court had no jurisdiction because the Trust has no standing to stop construction at the White House…[T]he balance of equities overwhelmingly favors the government. The district court elevated the aesthetic displeasure of a single passerby over the government’s security interests in the ballroom and the security risks of leaving an open construction site at the President’s home and office…These errors in equitable judgment require vacating the injunction…The district court seized supervision of construction at the White House, and my colleagues affirm this judicial overreach…Because the injunction is beyond the proper province of the federal courts, construction should be allowed to continue.”
The decision has been stayed, and does not take effect for a period of time. We will be immediately appealing to the United States Supreme Court. Durham looked at this extensively. He was the special prosecutor they named. He explored it. There were two prosecutions I believe both ended in acquittals. What's different now? What do you know now that Durham didn't know? I think it's classified annex is the difference maker and the fact that it has been reviewed and declassified so then now we get a look at it. These are things that we knew on the intel committee but really couldn't talk about obviously because it was classified and so you know we can you know in our world we can our job is to oversee the intelligence community and we can do investigations but we can't prosecute. Sure so the classified annex basically had all that information that he couldn't go public with that was you know classified so it was prepared in an annex to the report that is the you know appended to the report that essentially it was never released to the public so most everybody didn't realize the extent of of that investigation so if all you did was look at the unclassified material what they deemed was appropriate to share you would probably come to the same conclusion but when you look at the classified material that was since been released you have a completely different picture a more fulsome picture exactly what happened.
