The brevity, ALL CAPS, and early morning timing (6:43 AM after arriving back in NYC in the early hours) suggest authentic Trump. However, this is also a quintessential campaign slogan — the kind of post an aide could easily schedule. The simplicity makes definitive attribution difficult.
