Who wrote it

The evidence points to staff, and strongly. The post went up at 13:52 UTC, which is 8:52 a.m. Eastern (daylight saving ended November 1). Wherever he spent the morning, Palm Beach or Washington, that is the business-hours window. The construction belongs to a template. District codes in parentheses, typographic em-dashes, and a URL path that matches the state ("/arkansas/") are database fields filled in, not composition. The sign-off "President DONALD J. TRUMP" is a third-person signature added at the bottom, a mark of staff copy. His house style survives on purpose: "Complete and Total Endorsement" and "Great Patriots" carry his capitalization habits. But they are frozen phrases, repeated word for word across states, so they can't serve as evidence that he drafted this one. Nothing in it drifts, interrupts itself or contains an error. The content carries his approval, and the words were assembled by someone else.

What the card asserts on his behalf
