Trump had closed the campaign with tele-rallies from Mar-a-Lago, so Palm Beach is the likely location. It is one of at least six congressional endorsements published that morning, and they share their sentences word for word. Clay Higgins is "fighting tirelessly to Grow our Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations... Keep our Border SECURE, Stop Migrant Crime... and Defend our always under siege Second Amendment," almost exactly the list the Abe Hamadeh post gave a few minutes earlier ("Protect our always under siege Second Amendment"). "Knows the Wisdom and Courage it takes to Ensure LAW AND ORDER" uses the same frame as the David Flippo post ("knows the Wisdom and Courage required to Defend our Country"). Only the biography slot changes from one post to the next: here it is "A tough Law Enforcement Officer, and brave U.S. Army Veteran."

That modular construction is the main evidence on authorship. The post is grammatically clean, uses parallel infinitives, and signs off with "President DONALD J. TRUMP." It also carries a get-out-the-vote link to an RNC-style landing page. Nothing in it drifts off topic, interrupts itself, or contains a spontaneous error. The capitalization ("MAGA Warrior," "Energy DOMINANCE," "GET OUT AND VOTE") is the house style of Trump-branded endorsements and doesn't point to him typing. He likely approved the endorsement itself. The text came from a template.

What the template says about the persona

Because the post is staff-produced, it shows the brand Trump's operation projects more than his mental state in the moment. Two motifs carry the meaning. The first is loyalty as a credential. He served in the Army National Guard and Army Reserve, so "U.S. Army Veteran" is accurate in a broad sense. "With us from the very beginning" fits loosely: Higgins won his seat in the same 2016 election that first elected Trump and has been a consistent ally. The policy list is aspiration, with nothing in it to check.
