A Texas endorsement, one of a batch

This is one of at least six Texas congressional endorsements posted on the afternoon of November 1, two days before the midterm vote. The batch runs in district order (TX-13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21) and every post uses the same template. Each opens with "[Name] is doing a wonderful/fantastic/incredible job representing Texas' Nth Congressional District!", moves to a biography paragraph, then gives a near-identical list of agenda items ("Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., Champion American Energy DOMINANCE, Keep our Border SECURE"), and closes with "Complete and Total Endorsement" plus the swampthevoteusa.com get-out-the-vote link. The Jackson and Pete Sessions posts both use the phrase "fighting tirelessly." The phrase "loaded up with accolades and WINS" also turns up across the set. Interchangeable wording like this reads as a staff template filled in candidate by candidate.

Who wrote it

The post went up at 19:24 UTC. Daylight saving time ended that morning, so that is 2:24 PM Eastern whether he was in Washington or at Mar-a-Lago. The capitalization is regular title case ("Wisdom and Courage," "Brave Military/Veterans"). The sentences are complete. The post is signed in the third person, "President DONALD J. TRUMP," and the list of policy items matches its sibling posts word for word. All of that points to an aide. One line breaks from the template: "HE IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES!" It sounds like Trump's own voice and could have been dictated or added at his request. Even so, it is an all-caps closing flourish, and the template has room for one. The post shows none of his organic markers: no homophone errors, no drift into grievance, no reaction to something on television.

What the endorsement values

The biography is about Jackson's proximity to Trump more than his record in Congress. Jackson's value is measured by his service to the endorser: "During my First Term, 'Doc' Ronny served as one of my Senior Advisors and, as my personal Physician." Loyalty is a qualification here: "a good friend, 100% MAGA." Jackson is the physician whose January 2018 press briefing praised Trump's "incredible genes," so "my personal Physician" also points back to a public act of vouching for the endorser. At the trait level, this is the usual transactional reading of agreeableness: warmth goes to people who have shown allegiance. The language is superlative throughout ("one of the most talented Medical Doctors and Politicians in our Country," "WINNER," "HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"). This is standard idealization of an in-group member, and nothing in the post devalues a counterpart.

The post names no opponent. The De La Cruz post in the same batch attacks "Bobby Pulido, … a Radical Left Democrat" and uses "Dumocrats." Jackson's seat is safe, which likely explains why this one has no attack line. The only threat language is "our always under siege Second Amendment," a stock fear appeal that names no aggressor. This post is maintenance and mobilization, with no injury behind it and no anger.

Claims

"Respected Admiral" is the one claim that runs into the record. A 2024 Pentagon inspector general report found that Jackson belittled and bullied subordinates and drank on duty. Reporting in 2024 said the Navy had reduced his retirement grade from rear admiral to captain in 2022. Calling him "Admiral" therefore uses a rank the Navy reportedly no longer recognizes, and "respected" leaves out an adverse official finding. He did serve as White House Physician and later as Chief Medical Advisor to the President, and he does represent TX-13, so the biography's main facts are accurate.
