A monument boast that turns into a joke about France

The motive is agentic and status-based. The capital, and through it the man building its monument, is measured against "the World" and found to lack something that 59 others have. The arch matters because of what it commemorates. A Roman triumphal arch, here modeled on the Arch of Titus, marks a returning ruler's victory, and Trump has proposed one at 250 feet, which would make it the largest in the world. The King/builder archetype carries the post: monumental architecture as proof of greatness, set against a capital he describes elsewhere as neglected. This is splitting across nations. Under his rule America gains a monument, and under the "Radical Left" France loses one. No reporting found for October 2026 describes the Arc de Triomphe under siege, and France's presidency is still held by the centrist Macron, whose term runs to 2027. The post presents a left-wing "takeover" of France as fact, and the record does not support it.
