A photograph of a damaged concrete ceiling and beam, captioned by a white banner above it. A section of concrete has broken away and shows crumbled material and rusted rebar. Pipes run diagonally across the frame: gray and blue-gray ones, a rusty brown one, a red-orange one at lower left and a thin red one at lower right. A yellow object is at the bottom left corner. The photo has no visible logo, building sign or other marking that identifies where it was taken. The banner caption says it shows the Kennedy Center, so the image asserts that the building is in a state of decay.
