A third book plug in one sitting

This is the third endorsement in a run that also covered Charles Payne's "Undeniable Windfalls" and Newt Gingrich's "America's Golden Age," all posted on the night of October 2 (Eastern). The three share one template: the author's name, an adjective for the book ("beautiful," "fantastic," "incredible"), a sentence on its theme, and a sales close ("Preorder your copy today!"). The run reads as a patronage ritual. Allied media figures get the presidential feed as a sales channel, and they owe loyalty in return. Siegel is a Fox News senior medical analyst who has interviewed Trump and publicly vouched for his health, so the plug sits inside a network of reciprocal endorsement.

What sets this one apart

The other two plugs fold the book back onto Trump: Gingrich's title carries "Trumpism," and Payne's book is framed around "the American Dream" that Trump's program "unleashes." This one has no self-reference at all. Its content is devotional: Siegel "puts 'coincidences' into the proper perspective, and reminds us that there is a Higher Power behind the scenes, working all things together for GOOD." The last clause paraphrases Romans 8:28 ("all things work together for good"), a verse familiar to evangelical readers. That points to a drafter fluent in that register and to a religious-conservative audience, not to Trump's own idiom, which rarely uses scriptural phrasing unprompted.

The only trace of his habits is "GOOD" in capitals. One capitalized word at the end of a clause is a tic aides imitate easily, and it carries no anger here. The tone is uniformly warm (positive affect, mild extraversion). No adversary appears anywhere in the text. For a subject whose posts usually define themselves against an enemy, that absence marks this as transactional promotion with no grievance behind it.

Who likely wrote it

At 02:55 UTC the time was 10:55 PM in Washington and 9:55 PM Central if he was still near the Oklahoma event he thanked earlier that day. Late-evening timing usually favors authenticity, and Trump does post book plugs in late-night batches. But the text is clean: correct curly quotes around the full subtitle, an exact subtitle ("How God's Messengers Play a Role in Healing"), a short Amazon link, and a theological paraphrase outside his normal vocabulary. The batch template points to drafted copy, possibly approved or posted by Trump himself in a session. Best estimate is aide-drafted text posted during a Trump-directed posting session, with low confidence either way.

Defenses, rhetoric, danger

Little defensive material shows. The one candidate is idealization: "beautiful new book" and the framing of Siegel as a conveyor of providential truth. Even that is generic promotional praise, not the compensatory idealization seen when Trump praises an ally against a named enemy. The rhetoric is advertising: superlative adjective, appeal to religious sentiment ("Higher Power," "God's Messengers"), and a call to buy. The religious appeal works as in-group signaling to faith voters, but it makes no exclusionary claim about who lacks faith. There is no violent, dehumanizing or mobilizing language.

Cognition

The post is short, grammatical and coherent, with no word substitutions, tangents or repetition. Since it is likely drafted copy, it says almost nothing about the 80-year-old subject's spontaneous language production, and it shouldn't be counted as evidence of either decline or preservation.
