A drone airfield on the White House roof, posted without a word

The post is a single composited graphic and nothing else. Beneath a White House seal and the banner "DronePort", about nine fixed-wing military drones sit on red-white-blue lit pads on what looks like the White House roof. Camouflaged soldiers guard each one, and fireworks go off behind the Washington Monument. He wrote no caption, so the only behavior to analyze is the decision to put this image on his account.

What the image says for him. The picture joins three things: the executive residence, military hardware, and celebration. The White House appears as a military installation, and the fireworks make that look festive rather than alarming. The official seal presents the fantasy as if it were an announcement. If "DronePort" refers to a real drone initiative or a proposed build at the residence, the historian's event list doesn't show it, so this analysis can't say whether the image mocks, promotes or previews a policy.
