The image does not stand alone. An hour-scale cluster of posts the same day includes The Triumphal Arch, prior to affixing the magnificent Statues and Artwork! alongside three other wordless media posts. Read against that caption, this is almost certainly one of the "Statues and Artwork" — a preview render of what the arch project is meant to hold. He is not posting a photograph of a memorial that exists; he is posting a picture of something he intends to build.

Monument-building as self-presentation
