The post is a single campaign graphic with no words of his own. It announces that "CODY SIMPSON WINS!" the Republican nomination for South Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture, stamps "ENDORSED BY PRESIDENT TRUMP!" underneath, and sets a stern photo of Trump beside a smiling photo of the candidate above a "TRUMP VANCE / MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!" logo. South Carolina held primary runoffs on June 23, and the 23:50 UTC timestamp falls on that evening, so the graphic most likely marks a result that had just been called. What he did was publish it, and the graphic has one job: to attach a winner's result to his endorsement. The candidate's name appears once. The endorser's name appears twice, as "PRESIDENT TRUMP" in the text and again in the logo, and his face gets equal space. A state agriculture commissioner is a very low-profile office for a sitting president to claim credit in. That fits his long-running practice of treating endorsement records as a personal scorecard, where the achievement striving and the need for status run through other people's wins. If the "Thank you, Scotland" post means he was in the UK, the local time was about 12:50 am, which would lean toward him posting it himself. His location that day is not established, so the timing does not settle the question.
