Late-night (~12:35 AM ET) authentic Trump post boasting a "perfect" 30/30 score on a cognitive test administered during his May 26 Walter Reed physical, framed as proof of "extreme intelligence." Functions as a preemptive grandiose counter-display following the May 25 accidental-private-message incident that publicly renewed concerns about his cognitive status at age 79. Stylometric markers are unambiguous: "Dumocrats" coinage, ALL-CAPS emphasis, idiosyncratic noun capitalization, scare-quoted "extreme intelligence," full-name sign-off. Defenses operate at pathological-to-immature levels: distortion (recasting the MoCA — a dementia screen where 30/30 indicates absence of impairment, not exceptional intelligence — as a measure of genius), denial of the underlying narcissistic wound, devaluation of prior presidents and Democrats. Grandiose narcissistic state is marked; entitlement extends to demanding political opponents be "forced" to undergo the same testing. Mathematical embellishment ("120 correct out of 120") and framing of repetition as exceptional are characteristic narcissistic supply maneuvers. No danger indicators. Clinically significant primarily as a textbook example of narcissistic injury → grandiose compensatory display, and as a marker of ongoing sensitivity to cognitive-decline discourse. Longitudinal pattern: Trump has cited MoCA results since 2018 whenever cognitive concerns surface, suggesting a stable defensive script rather than novel deterioration.

The results of my Physical Examination, taken at Walter Reed Military Medical Center, and just released, were extremely good. Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered “extreme intelligence.” Are the Dumocrats really surprised? In fact, this is my fourth such test, all PERFECT or, 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked! It is very rare that anyone gets a Perfect Score, especially when achieved four times in a row. All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests. Congress, and the Dumocrats, should demand it! President DONALD J. TRUMP
