This is a meme-style image combining bold caption text over an aerial news photograph. The photo shows the South Lawn of the White House during a large-scale construction/staging project: a tall arched metal truss structure (painted with red, white, and blue panels in a design resembling bunting/flag motifs) is being erected, flanked by large yellow mobile cranes on either side. The White House mansion is visible in the background, surrounded by trees. In the foreground, the lawn has been covered with tan/beige flooring or matting, and numerous construction crew members, additional cranes, and staging/scaffolding equipment (metal trussing, black cases, and support structures) are scattered across the area, indicating a major event stage or structure is being built.
