A political comparison meme titled "COLUMBUS CIRCLE" showing two side-by-side photos of the Columbus Fountain/Memorial (a marble monument with sculpted figures) outside Union Station in Washington, D.C. The left photo, labeled "Biden," shows the fountain basin empty, drained, and dirty/stained, with weeds and litter, and no water in it. The right photo, labeled "Trump," shows the same fountain clean, with bright white marble, an American flag visible, and appears well-maintained under a clear blue sky. The image implies a contrast in upkeep of the monument between the two presidential administrations.
