A four-panel meme using the "Disaster Girl"-style "Reject/Approve" format with Barack Obama. Top-left panel shows Obama in a dark suit and red tie, grimacing with his eyes closed and one hand raised dismissively as if refusing something, with a small "X @PlanetOfMemes" watermark near his hand. Top-right panel shows a red-and-tan political/electoral map of the southeastern United States (states resembling the Deep South region, including Louisiana's coastline), with red covering most of the area and labeled "JIM CROW 2.0" in bold white text with a black outline. Bottom-left panel shows Obama again, this time smiling with eyes closed, pointing forward approvingly with his index finger. Bottom-right panel shows a blue-and-red map of the northeastern United States (New England states labeled ME, VT, NH, MA), mostly blue with a small red sliver on the west side, labeled "DEMOCRACY" in bold white text with a black outline. The meme implies a contrast between how Republican-leaning southern voting/redistricting maps are characterized versus Democratic-leaning northeastern ones.
