A meme/mock graphic. At the top is a banner reading "Iran's Navy" flanked by two Iranian flags (green-white-red horizontal stripes with the red emblem in the center of the white stripe). Below the banner is a digitally rendered/CGI underwater scene showing a seabed strewn with multiple sunken, wrecked naval ships in various states of destruction and rust, scattered debris, and murky water with light rays filtering down from the surface. The image asserts, via its joke framing, that Iran's entire navy consists of sunken/destroyed ships resting on the ocean floor, mocking the state of the Iranian navy as wiped out or nonexistent.
