A political meme with a side-by-side comparison of two nearly identical photos of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool facing the Washington Monument, taken from the same angle. The left photo, labeled "Hussein Obama," shows the reflecting pool water looking greenish, murky/algae-covered, with visible dark spots (likely birds or debris) on the surface. The right photo, labeled "Trump," shows the same pool with clearly blue, clean-looking water and a crisp reflection of the sky and monument. The meme implies the National Mall reflecting pool was dirty/neglected under Obama and clean under Trump.
