Those examples need to be amplified and replicated all across the entire country where more of these data centers are being built. And I would say right now what I'm witnessing is a very disproportionate amount of the investment being made in states, not coincidentally, where the state government is working with these investors to help break down barriers and to make sure that it costs as little as possible and that there is as little red tape as possible. And we at EPA want to help that process, working with the hyperscaler, working with the investor, working with the state, working with the local community on air permits, on water permits to make sure that these are getting over the finish line. And the coolest part about how much progress has been made in the last year is that now when I get to travel across the country, I'm seeing ground breakings all over the place. This is not a conversation where in theory, there might, we might start to see some ground breaking in a few years. You know, like while we're here having this conversation, ground is now already being broken and all across the country, we need to continue to scale that up, right?
