- Get all Senate Judiciary Republicans to commit to voting for nominees without the support of both home-state senators. (It won’t happen.)
- Get 50 Senate Republicans to do the same on the floor. (Ditto.)
So instead of destroying political capital on results we’ll never achieve, let’s refocus our efforts on what we can achieve.
