Unverifiable

Cannot confirm precise tenure from available knowledge; the figure is plausible given career trajectory described.

"Trump nominated Serralta in his First Term to serve as U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Florida"
Unverifiable

No contradicting evidence; consistent with Trump administration appointment patterns for South Florida figures. Cannot independently confirm.

Unverifiable

Plausible career path but not independently confirmable from available knowledge.

Mostly True

Referenced in prior post in thread; NCAA did announce policy change under Executive Order pressure. The causal attribution is contested — the EO created compliance pressure rather than directly mandating NCAA action — but the policy outcome is accurate.

No contradictions with other posts detected yet.
