-I'm proud to be the most pro-farmer president that you've ever had in the White House. We did more for American agriculture than any administration in history by far, and that's been pretty much acknowledged. It's been -- nobody disputing it. Under my leadership, our Department of Agriculture cut seven old regulations for every one new regulation, saving farmers and taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars a year. We cut, as you know, regulations at a level that nobody's ever seen before. Cut more regulations, generally speaking, beyond the farms. Cut more than any president in history by about five times.
