Post from Truth Social

REVIEW: I really like The Five on FoxNews, especially the hosts, with the exception of wacky Jessica Tarlov, who is absolutely terrible. Her facts are knowingly wrong, her jittery presentation is horrendous and, forgive me, her VOICE is grating and unendurable. Juan Williams was terrible, but better than her. I know the show is doing well, but no thanks to Jessica. I find her impossible to take in large doses, & put out this “REVIEW” because it is important to expose Fake News, & Fake People!

This late-night post targeting Fox News panelist Jessica Tarlov reveals characteristic narcissistic devaluation patterns. Trump frames a sustained personal attack as a "REVIEW" — a rationalization device that repackages cruelty as civic commentary. The attack vectors are notably personal and gendered: her voice is "grating and unendurable," her presentation "jittery," her facts "knowingly wrong" (without specifics). The "forgive me" functions as parasocial intimacy, inviting his audience into complicity while signaling he knows the attack is transgressive. The comparison to Juan Williams — previously his target in the same panelist role — reveals a perseverative pattern of attacking whoever occupies the liberal seat on shows he watches. The closing rationalization ("important to expose Fake News, & Fake People") transforms personal grievance into mission. The post is rated elevated danger not for eliminationist language but for the stochastic targeting pattern: naming a specific individual, articulating grievances, and directing audience hostility. The ego-syntonic sadism component — the obvious pleasure taken in the exercise — is clinically notable. Contextually, this post appeared amid significant national events (Tyre Nichols video release, Ukraine tank decisions) that received no comment, while a TV panelist's voice quality warranted a multi-paragraph "REVIEW."
