It has just been learned that China has taken an extraordinarily aggressive position on Trade in sending an extremely hostile letter to the World, stating that they were going to, effective November 1st, 2025, impose large scale Export Controls on virtually every product they make, and some not even made by them. This affects ALL Countries, without exception, and was obviously a plan devised by them years ago. It is absolutely unheard of in International Trade, and a moral disgrace in dealing with other Nations.Based on the fact that China has taken this unprecedented position, and speaking only for the U.S.A., and not other Nations who were similarly threatened, starting November 1st, 2025 (or sooner, depending on any further actions or changes taken by China), the United States of America will impose a Tariff of 100% on China, over and above any Tariff that they are currently paying. Also on November 1st, we will impose Export Controls on any and all critical software. It is impossible to believe that China would have taken such an action, but they have, and the rest is History. Thank you for your attention to this matter!DONALD J. TRUMPPRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Video transcript 6:31

-It does feel like Christmas in October, does it not? Celebrations continue to cross the Middle East over the historic peace agreement between Israel and Hamas. And at the White House, Team Trump took a much-deserved victory lap. -You settled seven wars, or major conflicts, but wars. And this is number eight. I think it's gonna be a lasting peace, hopefully an everlasting peace. Peace in the Middle East. -Let's face it, only Donald Trump, with his relentless pursuit of peace and his teams outside-the-box thinking, could have gotten it done. -Remember, a month ago, I never thought this was possible. You convened a historic meeting, not simply of Arab countries, but of Muslim-majority countries from around the world, including Indonesia was there, Pakistan was there, and created this coalition behind this plan. The president had some extraordinary phone calls and meetings that required a high degree of intensity and commitment and made this happen. -This was a team effort, and the president, as any great coach would do, spread the credit around. -We did, as a group, with Steve and Jared and Marco and me and all of us, we got the hostages back. We got many of them back. JD, you were fantastic, and Pete, you were great. Susie, I want to thank you very much. CIA, John Ratliff, he's done an incredible job. So I want to thank you all, and if I'm missing anybody, I apologize, but you've been amazing. -I want to thank the Academy. Well, since he was sworn into office, Trump never lost sight of the human cost of this conflict, the suffering on both sides, especially of the families of the hostages. -Our first thing we're doing is getting our hostages back, okay? And that's what people wanted more than anything else. They wanted these hostages back that have lived in hell like nobody has ever even dreamt possible. -Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick was with some of the families last night. -President Trump, you have the best crowd in the world. What do you guys have to say to President Trump? -Thank you! -Thank you. -Thank you very much, everybody. -You did it! -You did it! -You did it! -Thank you! -Thank you! -This is amazing. -Mr. President, we believe in you, and we trust you, fulfill the mission. Until every hostage, every 48 of the hostages are home. Thank you so much. Let it be the peacemakers. -The hostages will come back. They're coming -- all coming back on Monday. -All of them? [ Cheers and applause ] -And typical Trump, he's already focused on phase two. -What is phase two? When does it begin? -Well, I'm not going to talk about that because you sort of know what phase two is, but we will -- there will be disarming. There will be pullbacks. There will be a lot of things that are happening. We can't live right now in Gaza. I mean, you know, the place is a horrible situation. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. So, yeah, we're going to create better conditions for people. -That's an ambitious goal, and the President says, "Don't worry. He's not getting us into the Bush-era nation-building business. This is about securing a lasting peace, which will be better for America in the long run." Look, let's face it. Trump keeps winning. By getting this deal done, he proved not just the skeptics abroad wrong, but the chorus of naysayers here, as well. -The two-state solution is the only way to achieve a just and lasting peace. -Joe Biden is fighting for a peace in the Middle East, is fighting to end the hostilities between Israel and Gaza. It's Joe Biden that's standing for peace and a lasting peace at that, and it's the Republicans that, frankly, would stoke the flames of war in the Middle East. -We're going through that kind of crisis, I think, now in the Middle East. There are a lot of decisions that have to be made. I don't think Trump is capable of making the decisions. -Oh, I was hoping my staff found that sound bite. I love it, John Bolton. Eat your words. Now, all of those seasoned pros in diplomacy and foreign affairs, they spent decades bungling things in the Middle East. But Trump assembled a group of really smart people who figured it out. Now, what they might have lacked in foreign policy experience, they made up for in drive and common sense. I kept thinking this all day long. Isn't it a relief, after four long years of Anthony Blinken and the auto pen, to have a president capable of great things, with the dream team hammering out all the deal points? -Obviously, the President of the United States, a New York real estate billionaire, one of the most famous New Yorkers in the world, has a lot of interaction with a lot of people who are very pro-Israel. I think that was an important set of experiences and life experiences that he brought to the table. He also, of course, knew one of the most famous Palestinians in the world, Chuck Schumer. And I think without that amount of knowledge, it would have been impossible to get us to this. -Okay, I love that moment, 'cause it's nice to see a cabinet laughing with the President, not at him. So, this was just such a monumental accomplishment that even the President's most vicious, venal critics had to admit, yeah, this deal was big. -Joe Biden could never do that. And Donald Trump was able to do it. Did it at the decisive moment when he said, essentially, this war must end, and Israel cannot annex the West Bank, which many right-wing Israelis wanted. -It is a remarkable achievement. He has done this through diplomacy, pressure, and the sheer force of his personality and persistence. -Even if someone with whom you disagree about 99 things does the 100 really well, you can say so. And so, all credit to President Trump. -Hell has frozen over. Now, as for the few die-hard Trump haters claiming that he did this just to get the Nobel Peace Prize, just stop. You're so embarrassing yourself. With so many lives on the line for so long, Trump has bragging rights, period. -Nobody in history has solved eight wars in a period of nine months, and I've stopped eight wars, so that's never happened before. But they'll have to do what they do. Whatever they do is fine. I know this. I didn't do it for that. I did it because I saved a lot of lives.

I love it. She's busted and oh boy does she deserve it the attorney general of the state of New York who made a total disgrace out of her office out of herself by Waging those phony cases against President Trump. This is you can call it retribution now people are horrified retribution How can you say retribution President Trump should have been carrying out retribution? Retribution if you look up the definition is punishment for bad behavior All right. I mean they did bad things not only did you do bad things against President Trump? But she did really bad things when it comes to real estate Buildings where she claimed she lived how is it that the New York State Attorney General? Claims as her official residence Virginia well, that's what happened now first off. Let me see that I love the way this looks okay number one It's the United States of America Versus Latisha James defended the USA that is you me and 300 million people Versus this thoroughly corrupt woman. That's what I believe and actually I think that is what the evidence will show I do know she is depraved. I'll get to that in a moment all right, what are the charges one count of bank fraud one count of false statements and It gets to well a lot of Trickery she pulled when she was getting a loan for her house, and it was somehow more advantageous for her to say that she lived in Virginia when she's obviously in New York now a guy who helped make this case happen one of the key Investigators is our friend Joe Gilbert the great filmmaker and investigative journalist. He's been doing stuff for Gateway Pundit his own website and just great great content President has been re-truthing and all that stuff based on his articles The daily caller we went to her house in Virginia again. This is the Attorney General of New York State and she checked on a form a key form you know not just some questionnaire at the pool She checked on the Fannie Mae application. You know this is gonna be my primary Reverend residence, so she'd get a sweet deal Anyway the camera showed up from the daily caller there and watch what happened I Understand we mean no we mean no trouble. We're just curious who the occupants of the home are because there's Well there are connections there are connections to the New York Attorney General Letitia James Are you related to Letitia James? Do you know her? Do you know Letitia James? Okay, no comment. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you, ma'am. You have a good one You will Be well Wow not acting at all guilty whatsoever. No not whatsoever. All right. There's something shady going on She came out today like Maya Angelou You know I will fight these and I am innocent and how dare Donald Trump I find this interview a little bit more revealing. It's back when we found out she was under federal investigation earlier this year She goes on the fake news and gets some very gentle questions I don't know there's something about her indignation that is Fake and deceptive take a look They're saying that your house in Brooklyn is a legal five-family and the mortgage on it is for a four-family house. Is that true? So let me just say that Errol, you know as any good attorney. I will not litigate this case on an in a camera It's important that we will respond to these allegations at the appropriate time And in the an appropriate way But I will not go back and forth with respect to these baseless allegations Baseless baseless regular people don't say baseless a lawyer tells you to say baseless It's a pretty simple question and that was in April and she hasn't gotten around to answering it. All right, there's more My office was successful in securing a four hundred and fifty four million dollar judgment against Donald Trump and others for exaggerating the value of his assets Yeah, no, that's a scam case and she's losing it on appeal it was a desperate measure to take Trump out before the election and they found a corrupt fool to Wage that fake case her and now she's paying a big price, isn't she? Alright, keep going. I Was under the impression by all of this that what they were really looking for is what they got which is a headline Saying you know tish james is under a criminal investigation. Is that pretty much what's going on here? Yeah, that's what they got. That's what they got and it's unfortunate that you have some of these right wing Conservative individuals who are camped out in front of my home and in front of the homes of my relatives in Virginia Harassing them each and every day Well, actually I just saw those two guys they dropped by they were very polite and that was it All right, the news doesn't really do that anymore camp out No, no one's looking for a headline. They're actually looking for you to go to jail All right, and it looks like you're guilty. Hey, if she were innocent, she did nothing wrong fine No jail, but she did all kinds of things wrong. She is a low level punk Politician right who made it big and did something very very stupid and you can see it right there gloating Stalking almost president Trump as he was put through the harassment trial. Remember this there She is in the front row just staring at him something rather Unhealthy about that and something rather. I don't know chip on her shoulder Something she's not a regular normal person My message is simple no matter how powerful you are no matter how much money you think you may have No one is above the law And it is my responsibility and my duty and my job to enforce it The law is both powerful and fragile and today in court. We will prove our case I thank you all for being here. And again justice will prevail and then she usually runs away because answering questions is She doesn't do that that well, but there was a case from Six or seven years ago that she waged against Trump that really really bothers me to this day President Trump had a charity a foundation. He gave all the money to the foundation and they ruined it and they did it under the guise of an investigation and pretending that it was for the consumer and it wasn't and Too many people in the press either fell for it or just went along with it when they knew better including the seemingly reasonable Craig Melvin on the today show Here in the state of New York the president His foundation has agreed According to court some documents here agreed to dissolve itself. This is just coming in This is from the New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood Announcing that the Trump Foundation is dissolving it is going to be distributing its remaining funds as that office Pursues a lawsuit against the charity the president and his three eldest children who oversaw the foundation All right, so This is such It just bothers the hell out of me. Now. I want to show you what the Attorney General did I think it's 2019 or so President Trump is in his first term. They announced this saying Donald Trump Pays court ordered two million dollars for illegally using Trump Foundation funds Now break this out. This is all This is all a lie and people know better. Give me the pull out if you don't mind Board members fail to exercise their fiduciary duty to provide oversight and control of the organization The board has not meant met since 1999 Okay, the Trump Foundation Board has not met since 1999 they meet every day the board consists of The family Donald Trump Donald Trump Jr. Eric Trump Ivanka Trump. They saw each other every single day at work I'm told they spent Thanksgiving together to say that they did not have board meetings as required by law is Ludicrous right, but pump the brakes here. This isn't right They're nowhere to be found. They're not here. All right, and there's a little bit more I think Yeah, this is also infuriating you know when you go to a charity banquet you've ever been to one and sometimes you bid on something like that Chef is gonna come over and make you a meal and the money you put forward goes to the charity Everybody understands that but they play dumb when it's president Trump and they can make it make people think That it's some sort of stunt for himself watch Trump's foundation paid $10,000 at a charity auction in 2014 for a portrait painted of Trump It was the second time Trump used foundation funds for a portrait of him There is a number of instances where Trump spent money from his charity to benefit himself he used it to buy two very large Portraits of himself including one that is now hanging his art and one of his sports bars There are also these two portraits of Trump himself, which he paid a combined thirty thousand dollars for Using all of you only charity money uses charities money to buy portraits of himself One of them he hung up on the wall at Doral is golf club outside of Miami the other one. We don't know where it went That's how charities and foundations work You have a charity right and you give money to causes that you believe in. It's not about the painting, right? the artist donates his services or There's an arrangement made it happens all the time, right? This is this is what makes the world go round in the 501 c3 charity circuit and by the way That missing portrait. I have it. I have that portrait. It's mine It made its way to the New York Republican Club and they gave it to me once when I made a speech All right. I think it's the same portrait Such a scam what they pulled on them and nobody in the fake news would stick up and even in the conservative media They didn't bother they were writing checks for good causes and the money in the Trump Foundation Came from President Trump Alright, this is how it works. Everybody's supposed to have fun fun actually at these charities, right? You have a charity rights for an important cause all that stuff But when you have the benefit, you know, you get people to spend money. It's all supposed to be and is usually fun Current bid right now You're 25 Gail King I saw Gail King right like That's how it works The money still gets goes to the people who need it and everybody played dumb that President Trump was somehow playing by different rules He wasn't in a beautiful foundation and all the work of Eric and Ivanka and the rest just besmirched and so unfairly Anyway, that bothers me. I know what probably bothers him more the fake lawsuit against his company and all that stuff It's all falling apart their case Everybody at this time probably knows or should know What an amazing moment. I find it all very very amazing and very very satisfying Alright, I hope you do too, but there's more stuff going on Blessed are the peacemakers. This is real and it's wonderful to see He's finally getting some credit right and just like get a Nobel Peace Prize peace between Israel and Gaza Hamas Marco Rubio sitting next to the president kind of spelled it all out and The delicate and sometimes very forceful touch of the president to make all of this stuff happen. I Don't know the one day perhaps the entire story will be told about the events of yesterday But I suffice it to say it's not an exaggeration that none of it wouldn't be possible without the president of the United States being involved Really began with your trip to the Middle East where these relationships were forged with partners in the region personal relationships close relationships that created Foundation where all this was possible where I think this really took a turn remember a month ago I never thought this was possible We're really took a turn about a month ago Less than a couple weeks ago is when we were at the United Nations and you convened an historic meeting not simply of Arab countries But a Muslim majority countries from around the world including Indonesia was there Pakistan was there and created this coalition behind this plan Then on that following Monday you met with the prime minister of Israel here and that plan was presented And then of course our great negotiating team followed up on it in the interim Again, perhaps the stories will be told perhaps it will never be told the president had some extraordinary phone calls and meetings That required a high degree of intensity and Made this happen High degree of intensity and they're kind of knowingly you're right. It must have been a wild wild process But the formation the foundation goes all the way back to the first term My sense what I'm hearing the Abraham Accords very very important in making today

But we begin with peace in the Middle East all thanks to a groundbreaking peace deal from the White House now This deal is so major so historic that even the left-wing legacy media mob They are even praising President Trump tonight according to MSD and see Democrats Well, they could not have even dreamed of accomplishing this under Joe Biden. Take a look The deal that President Trump is announcing Play the key part in negotiating it is a significant change. This war was blocked for two years President Biden who proceeded and was unable to find a way to stop it President Trump found that found that way by being tough on on both sides And you'll take a victory lap for sure over the next few days, but it's it's it's deserved There's no way that I can see that this would have been done without Trump's pressure in the final hours Now think of that that was on MSD and see a network dedicated to smearing slandering shirt Trump for an entire decade peddling lies and Conspiracy theories one after another that's not all so-called journalist Journalists Martha Raddatz who literally wept on air when Donald Trump won even now She is singing his praises on ABC Disney. Take a look There's no question that if this goes as planned if we see those remaining hostages freed in Israel begin its withdrawal It is a remarkable achievement and president Trump most certainly deserves credit for his role He has done this through diplomacy pressure and the sheer force of his personality and persistence He dispatched diplomats again and again made threats just in the last few days to Hamas say again If they did not sign the deal all hell would break loose and they had the bombing of Iran as an example of that But perhaps most importantly he pushed Benjamin Netanyahu in ways his predecessor and others have not All right, let's be very clear tonight. We're not cherry-picking clips on every single network There was wall to wall praise for president Trump. Take a look Yeah, I just need to underscore what an enormous moment This is for so many people in this region for the people of Gaza who have endured two years of war for the families of these 48 remaining hostages who have endured two years of absolute agony This is a watershed moment President Trump announcing that the first phase of this plan will indeed move forward Anderson momentous day. There's not much good news in the world This is great news. I am trying to hold it together. Honestly made no mistake. It looks like president Trump Has actually pulled off something here that many presidents before him have failed to do We've heard it again and again from a number of people today really giving credit to president trump for getting this deal over the finish line What are you hearing from your sources? With regard to president trump's role in getting both parties to sign off on at least the first phase of this peace plan Well, certainly this is an enormous moment for the world, but also for this administration. I think this is news to celebrate This is a huge accomplishment by the trump administration This is a major breakthrough and a huge accomplishment for the president after months of deadlock the hostages set to finally come home Let's see how long it takes for them to get back to let's see racist fascist nazi Oh democracy in peril now at the beginning of his second term president trump vowed that success Would be his greatest revenge. He was telling the truth Now the peace deal will go down in history as a turning point in the entire middle east and it was president trump He did make it happen through the sheer force of his will and now take a look at your screen He's bringing them home. All the hostages will be returned and meanwhile u.s Personnel already stationed at central command will monitor the peace agreement in coordination with other international forces that are on the ground It's amazing news that even well fake news cnn forced trump hating congressman dan goldman to actually credit the president Nice to see take a look Why do you think that this was not uh doable when when president biden was in office? I I think the the biggest problem um that the president biden had is There was no pressure from katar from turkey from egypt. They were actually facilitating in many ways What was going on? And that is really ultimately how it all came together. I mean, but but I think by saying that it's sort of an acknowledgement Trump has changed that dynamic. Yeah, absolutely Yeah, no, I I think that I mean he's clearly I don't know how he changed, you know, and I think there's a lot that Remains to learn about what prompted that change, but I do agree. Yes Somehow some way that that changed I don't think biden can have a conversation longer than five seconds Anyway, unfortunately most democrats still don't have the courage to give trump any credit obama schumer others released Disjointed statements praising the peace uh and the deal without mentioning president trump as if what it appeared out of thin air Also shocking silence from so many squad members who have been loudly screaming of late the war needed to stop You would think they'd be happy today and tonight on another front congressional democrats They are continuing to play petty politics with no end in sight Shutting down our government to appease their radical base schumer declaring that during the shutdown quote every day gets better for us Well, I wonder if americans and our military not getting their paychecks feel the exact same way chuk Now, of course, no one is buying the democrats terrible messaging this warning minority leader Hakeem jeffries called out to his face on cmbc. Take a look There was an election And the republicans were put in a position where they were able to pass the big beautiful bill or you call it the big ugly bill To then say we don't like any of that So we're going to shut down the government until you take back all the things that you duly pass through legislation if republicans had tried to do that to the uh, the inflation reduction act or the um out of any of the acts that that biden In that administration of peasants if they said we're going to shut down the government because we don't like any of those things you did We're going to not pay our military. We're going to you know Not allow the government to reopen until you do what we want after an election where the american people put them in put Democrats in power you'd be going crazy Take a look at the contrast democrats. They are busy blocking a clean continuing resolution That would simply fund the government at current levels in order what uh to fight for free health care for illegals And refund pbs npr at the same time Donald trump has been very busy putting together an unprecedented middle piece peace deal that will save countless lives And hopefully alter the course of human history in that region and around the world This is a moment of indication for the president. But more importantly it will make the entire world a better a safer place

Remember the whisper that changed the world? Bush heard war. Trump heard peace. And the world's celebrating. Trump decided to get it on the party too. He gave Israel a ring and said, "Your families are coming home." Mr. President, we believe in you. We know you've done so much for us over the past. Since you became a president, God bless you, Mr. President, God bless America. Thank you very much. You just secure yourselves. The hostages will come back. They're coming, all coming back on Monday. All of them. Donald Trump spent all night in the Oval Office putting the finishing touches on the Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. He walked into his quarterly cabinet meeting and it was all love. I don't know if the one day perhaps the entire story will be told about the events of yesterday, but I suffice it to say it's not an exaggeration that none of it would have been possible without the president of the United States being involved. [applause] Next week, the last remaining hostages will return to Israel and be reunited with their families. At some point very soon we are going to see 20 living human beings emerge from the darkness into the light for the first time in two years. I think it will go down as a historic moment in the history of our country and something our country should be very proud of. That we have a president that's committed to not just peace but to the human aspect of reuniting these families. The front page of the Jerusalem Post, he's bringing them home. Lives will always be more important than land. You can get land back, but you can't get lives back. And guess what day tomorrow is? Nobel Peace Prize Day. And Trump hasn't been thinking about it at all. I know this, that nobody in history has solved eight wars in a period of nine months. And I've stopped eight wars, so that's never happened before. But they'll have to do what they do. Whatever they do is fine. I know this, I didn't do it for that, I did it because I saved a lot of lives. Trump's not being selfish. If he can't get the Nobel, he'll settle for a one-way ticket to heaven. But that Nobel would look nice next to his multiple club championships at Mar-a-Lago. Or in the Oval, the gold matches the trim. Trump's not the only one who thinks he deserves it. Israel says, "Stop the count!" A grateful nation thanks President Trump for the return of the hostages, for the peace he has brought to the region. I call on the Nobel Committee to award President Trump the Nobel Peace Prize. The Jewish farmers like that idea too. In the fields, they carved Nobel for Trump. Even Democrats are saying it's too big to rig. I think the whole point of having a Nobel Peace Prize is for ending wars and promoting peace. And if he brings the Ukrainian war to its end, I'll be the Democrat leading the committee. Every Democrat should be celebrating, right? Rashida Tlaib used to spend weekends banging pots and pans outside of the Capitol, screaming, "Free Gaza!" Trump just freed Gaza. And what did Tlaib say? Nothing. Not a tweet, not a press release. Nothing. Makes you wonder if she really wanted to free Gaza at all. Maybe she was more into the intifada. Even the media is saying Trump pulled off the deal of the century. Make no mistake, it looks like President Trump has actually pulled off something here that many presidents before him have failed to do. It is a remarkable achievement and President Trump most certainly deserves credit for his role. He has done this through diplomacy, pressure, and the sheer force of his personality and persistence. There's no way that I can see that this would have been done without Trump's pressure in the final hours. Biden couldn't pull this off because he had a nasty relationship with the Saudi prince. And after October 7th, didn't give Netanyahu enough room for revenge. Trump's first visit this term was to the Arab states, announcing a bonanza of billion dollar deals. Then Trump joined Israel's attack on Iran, bunker busters. And then he said, "Alright, you two, knock it off. But still let Bibi have a free hand in Gaza." And then the Prime Minister miscalculated. He launched airstrikes against Hamas negotiators in Qatar. Qatar is an ally, a business partner. We have bases there. The Arab world was humiliated and Trump was shocked. He summoned Netanyahu into the oval, handed him a phone, and made him call Qatar and apologize in front of the cameras. Some said it looked like a hostage video. Afterwards, Trump put out a 20-point peace plan and told Bibi, "Sign it or American support for Israel is done." When the Israelis were still trying to nitpick parts of the deal, Trump said, "Stop looking for loopholes." Netanyahu countered, "How do we know Hamas isn't just bluffing?" Trump said, "Why are you being so effing negative?" And he told Hamas, "Sign it or I'm letting Netanyahu off the leash." That means 72 virgins by New Year's. Historians are saying Bush, the elder, thought this was impossible. I said, the man who spent decades dealing with this, I said, "Mr. President, do you think this ever gets resolved?" And he said, "God, I don't know." That's one of the most experienced diplomatic presidents in America. That it was an unknowable thing. Why couldn't career diplomats get this done? Kerry, Hillary, Blinken. We were told Biden was a foreign policy savant. And now Democrats are asking, "What happened?" Why do you think that this was not doable when President Biden was in office? I think the biggest problem that President Biden had is there was no pressure from Qatar, from Turkey, from Egypt. But I think by saying that, it's sort of an acknowledgement Trump has changed that dynamic. The Middle East didn't respect Biden. It's never a good idea to tell the Arabs, "You're swearing off oil and going green." And then come calling back to the kingdom, begging for more oil, from a guy you called a killer. Leaving Afghanistan didn't help very much either. Trump was a lot different. Obviously, the President of the United States, a New York real estate billionaire, one of the most famous New Yorkers in the world, has a lot of interaction with a lot of people who are very pro-Israel. I think that was an important set of experiences and life experiences that he brought to the table. He also, of course, knew one of the most famous Palestinians in the world, Chuck Schumer. And I think without that background... With the help of Marco Rubio, Steve Whitcoff, Jared Kushner, and, of course, Donald Trump, all New York real estate developers put pressure on both sides and got them to sign on the dotted line. Personal diplomacy, business investments, and deterrence, aka Operation Midnight Hammer, convinced all the parties to listen and follow 47's lead, because they trusted him, and most importantly, they respected him. When Biden said don't, everyone did. But with Donald Trump, when he says don't, then you don't. And now that's the rule even for Israel. The world was used to the Obama-Biden way of doing things. They just throw money at the problem. And when they didn't get results, they just throw more money. Trump's always been about making money, not giving it away. Gaza's going to be slowly redone. You have tremendous wealth in that part of the world by certain countries. And just a small part of that, what they make will do wonders for Gaza. With the hostages freed, and when the fighting stops, fingers crossed, an alliance between Israel and Saudi Arabia can finally gel, and the Abraham Accords can spread. The crippling of the Iranian nuclear program made that possible. That means we can pivot to the Pacific and back into the Western Hemisphere if the Middle East can make money, not war. We spend our money on America, not lighted on fire policing a troubled desert. And who knows? Maybe we'll build a Trump Tower in Gaza overlooking the Mediterranean. The views are astonishing. Not a bad place to hang the Nobel. I wish I'd give it to him so we could stop talking about it because it is so obnoxious that he thinks he should get it. Why can't we talk about the Nobel? Obama got one. That was a DEI prize. Even he admitted he didn't earn it. Obama got a prize. He didn't even know what he got. He got elected. And they gave it to Obama for doing absolutely nothing but destroying our country. Now, he was not a good president. The worst president was sleepy Joe Biden. But Obama was not a good president. Trump stopped eight wars since January. Eight. A guy who stops wars? Do you call him Hitler? How do Democrats feel now? Trying to arrest the man who made peace in the Middle East? With all this success, maybe we should let him run for a third term.

Some very strange things are happening in China! They are becoming very hostile, and sending letters to Countries throughout the World, that they want to impose Export Controls on each and every element of production having to do with Rare Earths, and virtually anything else they can think of, even if it's not manufactured in China. Nobody has ever seen anything like this but, essentially, it would "clog" the Markets, and make life difficult for virtually every Country in the World, especially for China. We have been contacted by other Countries who are extremely angry at this great Trade hostility, which came out of nowhere. Our relationship with China over the past six months has been a very good one, thereby making this move on Trade an even more surprising one. I have always felt that they've been lying in wait, and now, as usual, I have been proven right! There is no way that China should be allowed to hold the World "captive," but that seems to have been their plan for quite some time, starting with the "Magnets" and, other Elements that they have quietly amassed into somewhat of a Monopoly position, a rather sinister and hostile move, to say the least. But the U.S. has Monopoly positions also, much stronger and more far reaching than China's. I have just not chosen to use them, there was never a reason for me to do so — UNTIL NOW! The letter they sent is many pages long, and details, with great specificity, each and every Element that they want to withhold from other Nations. Things that were routine are no longer routine at all. I have not spoken to President Xi because there was no reason to do so. This was a real surprise, not only to me, but to all the Leaders of the Free World. I was to meet President Xi in two weeks, at APEC, in South Korea, but now there seems to be no reason to do so. The Chinese letters were especially inappropriate in that this was the Day that, after three thousand years of bedlam and fighting, there is PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST. I wonder if that timing was coincidental? Dependent on what China says about the hostile "order" that they have just put out, I will be forced, as President of the United States of America, to financially counter their move. For every Element that they have been able to monopolize, we have two. I never thought it would come to this but perhaps, as with all things, the time has come. Ultimately, though potentially painful, it will be a very good thing, in the end, for the U.S.A. One of the Policies that we are calculating at this moment is a massive increase of Tariffs on Chinese products coming into the United States of America. There are many other countermeasures that are, likewise, under serious consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

I love it, she's busted, and oh boy does she deserve it. The attorney general of the state of New York who made a total disgrace out of her office, out of herself by waging those phony cases against President Trump, this is, you can call it retribution. Now people are horrified, retribution. How can you say retribution? President Trump shouldn't be carrying out retribution. Retribution if you look up the definition is punishment for bad behavior, all right? I mean, they did bad things. Not only did she do bad things against President Trump, but she did really bad things when it comes to real estate, buildings, where she claimed she lived. How is it that the New York state attorney general claims as her official residence at Virginia? Well, that's what happened. Now first off, let me see that. I love the way this looks, okay? Number one, it's the United States of America versus Latisha James defended. The USA, that is you, me, and 300 million people versus this thoroughly corrupt woman. That's what I believe, and actually I think that is what the evidence will show. I do know she is depraved. I'll get to that in a moment. All right, what are the charges? One count of bank fraud, one count of false statements, and it gets to, well, a lot of trickery she pulled when she was getting a loan for her house, and it was somehow more advantageous for her to say that she lived in Virginia when she's obviously in New York.

I think President Trump is now moving into being a world figure in the sense that President Franklin Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston Churchill were. He is achieving an orchestration of all of the major Arab states in order to support a peace agreement, and he is bringing enough pressure to bear on Benjamin Netanyahu that the Israelis are going to go along whether they wanted to or not, and as a result he is creating sort of a forge of peace out of the sheer pressure of his personality and his ability to create friendships, friendships in Saudi Arabia, friendships in the UAE, friendships in Qatar, friendships in Egypt. This is an amazing orchestration by Donald Trump, if it works, and I suspect it will, you're going to see a moment of history that literally puts him in the same league as Franklin Roosevelt and Winston Churchill.

Video transcript 4:48

The media's coverage of this story has already proven to be very predictable. Every single report that we've been able to find immediately tells the reader, even in the headline, that this is political retribution, that the only reason this is happening is because she went after Trump. Remember that the media never force fed its audience that narrative, anything like that, when Trump himself was hit with 91 felony charges as he ran for president after an entire lifetime of having no legal trouble at all. He never saw a Donald Trump number one enemy of the deep state hit with multiple felony charges as he runs for president. That was never a headline in Reuters or anywhere else. And Carrie Lake joins us now to talk about this. What a moment to see that federal charge against one of the worst out there. I think like a lot of Americans, I started to think, well, maybe it won't happen, even though I've heard the news about all of the problems with her mortgage documents. I mean, that's real basic stuff. She's a top law enforcement officer. She should be thrilled that this administration is following the law, the letter of the law to a T. And the good news is I actually think that Tish is going to look really good in orange. I think it might be her color. Hey, nobody's above the law, Carrie, as we learned so many times from Tish James. They're calling this retribution, and sure, why not? Let's call it retribution. But there has to be this for what they did. And that's the point. You remember how much time Trump spent sitting in court, how hard they tried to humiliate him? And again, he goes 78 years. He never has any legal trouble. And all of a sudden, he has 91 felonies at 79 years old. And you're telling me that's not political. This is necessary. The people that did this, this needs to happen to them. Otherwise, they'll just do it again. If a lesson isn't learned here, then these people will just get worse and they'll do it again. Well, I don't think it's retribution at all. I think it is law and order. It's justice. There was a wrongdoing here. It sounds like it's a solid case. We're going to get more information as the days unfold. And I think it's going to be an open and shut case, a real easy one. It's all there in the documents, and nobody forced anybody to sign a document. And so when you fill out these documents, it's really hard to prove otherwise that you are innocent when, in fact, the evidence is right there in front of you. You know, and we think of what happened to President Trump and the fact that he was dragged through all of this nonsense. Meanwhile, New York City devolved into just a crime haven where criminals were running the streets, killing people, maiming people, hurting people and not being prosecuted. Maybe the good news is that when Tish does go to prison, there's going to be no criminals there because she didn't help lock any of them up. But I know that we are going to start locking people up who are doing wrongdoing in places like New York, in places like Chicago, L.A., and other crime-ridden cities. And it's about time that we have law and order and that the people who pay their taxes, work hard, can walk on the streets and not have to be surrounded by criminals, including potentially someone like Tish. - It really is just a reminder of just how dirty the inner workings of these big blue cities are, I mean, how corrupt the people that get in, I mean, people like, how in the hell is Tish James, the Attorney General of New York, how did that even happen? And you see it, I mean, it's the same reason we're about to have Mamadani as the mayor of this city. It's just, the Republicans don't vote, the Democrats know they have it, so you get the worst of the Democrat Party, the primary is the election, and you end up with these horrific people that are running the most important city in the world. - Well, this is why we need to, another thing that President Trump talks about, get back to real honest elections, where we vote on election day, we don't have election month, we don't have mail-in ballots, because I think a lot of common sense voters have just given up in some of these blue states and blue cities, they say, why should I even vote? It's just rigged, it's just a mess, there's no chance, and so I hope we get to that point, because I think when we do have really true elections, one legal vote per legal voter, we don't end up with the tissues of the world, we don't end up with the mandamis, we don't end up with the Gavin Newsoms, we end up with common sense people in office, and I think that's what we're gonna start seeing. - That's well said. - I pray. - Yeah, same here. Carrie Lee, good to see you, thanks so much. - Thank you. - You know, everybody's reporting the same stories, the same spin, you turn the channel, it's always the same, but not us, we're different, we report the real news, no spin, just the facts, turn to us, and you won't turn back.

We want to show you a moment, the moment that Secretary of State Marco Rubio came into the room and interrupted the president, which would never happen unless something very big had just happened, but he walked into the room and he whispered in the presidency ear, it was either going to be really good news or really bad news. Criminal conspiracy. OK. I'm just given... Yeah, I was just given a note by the Secretary of State saying that we're very close to a deal in the Middle East and they're going to need me pretty quickly. We haven't seen that in 25 years. You might remember this when President Bush was reading a book, My Pet Goat to a Classroom of Second Graders in Florida, and White House Chief of Staff Andy Card walked over to the president in a very similar scene, but whispered a very different message in the president's ear. The message was, quote, "A second plane hit the second tower, America is under attack." For George Bush in America, that was very bad news. But for Donald Trump yesterday and for America and for the world, it was very good news. Donald Trump ends wars. Other people start them, Donald Trump ends them. And at this moment in time, tonight, that is an objective fact. George Bush was reading a book about a goat. Tonight, Donald Trump is the goat.

Video transcript 6:16

Criminal defense attorney David Shown is with me now. David, welcome. As you have heard and undoubtedly seen and anticipated, James and her defenders say that the charges are motivated by politics and Trump's pledge of retribution. Is that all it is? Do you buy it? - I don't buy it. I mean, first of all, that ought to sort of fall on deaf ears given that she campaigned on a promise of getting Trump that sort of thing. So I don't think that's going to go very far. And nor did the selective prosecution-- - Will that fall on legal deaf ears or just the court of public opinion? Like, would a judge see it that way? - I think because, I think so. I think that, first of all, I think it's relevant. But secondly, I think that the vindictive prosecution and selective prosecution claims that were brought in the cases that she brought didn't go any place either despite the, you know, campaign promises and, you know, threats to get down to Trump. But listen, nobody likes a weaponized justice system, but this indictment speaks for itself. I think, I know you mentioned, you know, the government's credibility will be an issue, but I think the government will just rely on the documents in this case. And I think, very interesting point you raised about the line in the indictment about what she represented to the IRS. That is that she told the IRS it was an investment property, no days, personal days in the property and so on. I think that's relevant to proving that she allegedly knowingly lied in the documents to the mortgage company in which she said she was going to live in the house and wouldn't rent it out. So they can't have it coming and going. And if she's right on the other, she may well face tax fraud charges because she got an advantage from treating it like an investment property for tax purposes. I'd add one more thing. I wouldn't be surprised, first of all, most important thing is presumption of innocence. - Of course. - She's presumed to be innocent with any defendant and she has a fine lawyer who will make that case for her. But I also have to say, I think the prosecutor in this case was very impressive to put this together because it's a case that clearly is based on documents. And I also would say the media got it wrong beforehand. The media and her lawyer were all talking about a property on which she allegedly lied on a power of attorney, said it was a primary residence, but that that was undercut by other documents she filed. This looks like a completely different property. That's not what this case is about, according to this. And what I would ask is if she, as alleged, lied on the mortgage documents, what about other things? Did she put in an insurance policy on the property? What did she represent to the insurance company? Did she put in any claim? She could well face insurance fraud charges, but we don't know. We have to see the evidence. - You do describe this at the, where we are, procedurally, the infancy of an indictment. And we know you can't have a superseding indictment. It's a fancy way of saying, I'm gonna add stuff to it. You could also, though, have the potential for dismissals based on a number of factors. We don't know where things stand right now. - That's right. - I am intrigued by you saying you are impressed by the prosecution of this, particularly given the fact that we know that Ms. Halligan, who is an attorney, and we're all presumed generalists, you know that, but she wasn't a prosecutor, but she's heading the EDVA, and the person that she took over the job from was ousted because he thought there wasn't sufficient evidence to bring any indictment against, I guess, Comey or Letitia James. Why do you think this should be viewed without skepticism given two weeks ago, they thought they had insufficient evidence? - Well, first of all, I don't know that we really know what happened on the scene. Remember, Mr. Comey had a relative working in that office. Did that influence a decision in the office? - A different division. - Was that designed for the office? - National Security Division, I understand. It was, I think there was a son-in-law who's not there. I'm not talking about him. I'm talking about the person who was the head of the office, who was the U.S. attorney here. - No, no, no. I understand, but that may well have influenced the decision. I don't know Mr. Seabird, and I really don't know why he was ousted. If he was ousted, from media reports, it appears, he was ousted. What I would say about Ms. Halligan is, though, this isn't just her indictment. She came on the scene and quickly, I'm sure, got together with agents. This wasn't put together by herself. She had to have worked with agents to put this case together, and a grand jury issued the indictment. Now, we all know it may not be so difficult to get a grand jury to indict. It's a one-sided process, but she put it together, and the grand jurors heard the evidence, not just what she had to say, one would think. I wasn't there. Nobody else was there, obviously. But we'll see how it plays out. But again, it doesn't rely on her credibility. It will rely on the documents in this case, and it's a serious case. These are 30-year charges. - It is very serious. No, I don't, I'm not dismissive of it at all. I mean, no one wants their name on the other side of a federal indictment, least of where somebody who is a prosecutor, like a New York attorney general. But I do wonder and have questions, knowing that this is, it's, we don't have all the information about how they will ultimately present their case at trial when there's a different burden of proof. But I am skeptical about how a potential juror might see all of this in the political context, because try as we might, that will come in. What do you think? - I'm not sure that evidence will come in. It didn't come in in a number of other cases that the idea of political prosecution-- - No, no, not the evidence. I mean, I don't want to cut you off, but I don't mean the evidence when I say that. I'm talking about the optics will be contemplated by jurors. - Could be, but on the other hand, maybe the optics will be if the chief law enforcement officer of the state of New York knowingly, as you pointed out, lied on documents that she filed to get advantage. And the difference here is, by the way, the bank did suffer a loss according to the indictment. They suffered a loss in the interest payments that they would have gotten at $18,000, as you pointed out over the course of a loan. That's also why there's a forfeiture process. But if the chief law enforcement officer of the state of New York knowingly lied on documents, then I think that should outrage people, and especially on the backdrop of someone who campaigned on I'm gonna get Donald Trump and this theme of no one is above the law. I don't think you've seen the end of this thing. I wouldn't be surprised to see more evidence and maybe a superseding indictment, but we just don't know. - We have seen far from the end of this, but it's the end of our conversation for now. We'll talk again. David Schoen, thank you. - Thank you very much.
