Everybody's dancing like Trump, 'cause we got America back, we got a second chance, we've repented to our Lord and Savior, he's healing the land, he's healing the people, and we're back, Jack. - Well, I think impulse before was to kind of keep it hidden, and I'm not a big fan of sports and politics and entertainment, I like kind of keeping them separate, but if you're gonna embrace Kaepernick and the end racism and the end zone, I think a lot of these football players are like, if anyone can end racism, or at least make progress to it, it's probably Trump. - Well, it's kind of funny, you know, everything they speak, it comes from the heart, and when it comes out of their tongue, where they're speaking from is who they really are. If you listen to everything they say, misogynist, racist, all that stuff, that's who they really are, but at the end of the day, I was one of the biggest cowards around. I voted for Trump before, I was afraid to wear the hat, I was afraid of the bumper sticker, but when they tried to kill him, I said, that's it, enough is enough, and guess what? The whole United States of America feels that way now. We're proud to be Trumpites, we're proud of Trumpomania, we're proud of our new president, and everybody is singing it to the heavens, and it's about time we finally get our country back. - Wait, wait, I have to get, you lost me when you said, Hulk Hogan was afraid of anything? I mean, I've seen you clothesline people, I've seen you do it all, how could you possibly be afraid, have been afraid of anything? - Well, as a businessman, the Hulkamaniacs that have been following me for 40 years, the millions and millions of Hulkamaniacs, I have Democrats and Republicans that love Hulk Hogan and buy my merchandise and stuff. I didn't want to split my audience as a businessman, plus I didn't want people throwing rocks through my business, coming to my home and doing what they did to Kavanaugh, so at the end of the day, I was afraid, I was sitting on the couch being a coward, and finally I decided to step up and be a man. That's what I meant, I was hiding like everybody else. Even though I voted for Donald Trump back in the day, I wouldn't tell anybody, it's completely different now, because we took America back, we're on the right path, God in our homes, God in our country, God in our schools, one nation under God. - I think that Madison Square Garden rally, the Butler rally, those were all inflection points, don't you think? I mean, you felt it that night in the garden, for sure. - You know, I've worked that building for 40 years, and at the end of the day, I've sold that place out to the rafters, but that night in Madison Square Garden, for the Trump rally, the energy was so electric, it's like we jumped on a lightning bolt and we're going on another ride to the moon, and that Butler situation is what got me off the couch. When they tried to kill him, that was it, enough is enough. And when I went to the RNC, it was kind of quiet in there at first, and I just couldn't take it anymore. I just ramped myself up, said exactly what was on my heart, never read the teleprompter, and I just said it like it was, and this place came alive. - That was awesome. - And I feel the momentum getting bigger and bigger every day. - Yeah, that was so much fun. - It was amazing, I'll never forget it. - Yeah, the RNC was super, super fun, and you're such an icon for so many of us for so many years, but there was a moment at the UFC fight last night that didn't get as much publicity, but it speaks to what you were talking about earlier about God, and watch this. - While everybody's cheering and so happy, I want to acknowledge Jesus Christ. I cannot take credit for a gift like this, man. I really owe it all to him, and I know that there's millions of people around the world watching right now, and I just want to let you guys know that Jesus loves you so much. That's all I'll say about that. There's something about the gentle giant, like he's a gentle soul who's also a fighter, and who's trying to proselytize. I mean, look, if you're a Christian, that's what you're supposed to do. I mean, we're all supposed to do that. - Well, at the end of the day, Trump's my hero. He's our leader, he's a man of God, and all these superstar athletes coming out, that's how they got to where they are. They believed, they followed, asking you shall receive. I'm telling you, when you walk in the light, not when you're getting close to God, when you're one with God, miracles happen, and Donald Trump, I've known him for over 40 years, he hasn't changed a bit, he is a man of God, and that's why our country has a second chance. - Do you think, Hulk, that as he moves forward in this administration, he wants his own cabinet, he has his ideas about who he wants in the cabinet, he's just not gonna be denied. I mean, I don't know if the Senate's gonna, what they're gonna do, they have their own role, obviously in the process, constitutional role, but Trump wants his people in place, and by golly, he did win a mandate here. - Well, at the end of the day, everybody that is moaning and is complaining and whining and crying, look who Trump picked, look who he's put ahead of defense, or the interior. Everybody that's whining and crying, those are the people that got us in this mess anyway. My God, are you kidding me? You're gonna listen to them when they've been lying and they've been wrong about everything, from Russia all the way down the line to trying to impeach him, bankrupt him, put him out of business. I mean, give me trying to kill him, give me a break. Don't even listen to that stuff. - Can you do the Trump dance for us, please? NFL, but those celebrations, eh, they sure lived. There are new concerns that the league could be cracking down on them. A USA Today reporter says that right after he talked to Raiders tight end Brock Bowers about his Trump touchdown dance, the team abruptly ended his post game availability. I can't believe the NFL players are doing the little dance. What's going on there? Uh, yeah, I think people have had enough and, uh, they're, you know, they're coming out of the woodworks right and left. And when I woke up election day and saw the, the landslide victory, it really put put where I think everyone's perspective is on this country, uh, right to the forefront. I mean, we, we were in desperate need of president Trump to take back over and get this country back where it needs to be. I mean, we were, we were definitely going in the wrong direction. And I think our youth, um, and I say youth NFL players, college players, high school players, um, see it. You know, when I was 22, 25, 30 years old, I never thought about politics. It was never an issue. There was never a, a focus on politics like it was this year. And I think people just saw it for what it was that we were in desperate need of help. And that, that helped us president Trump. Brad, don't you also think that some of this is almost an athlete's competitive spirit? Like when you're counted out, you're injured. No one thinks you can come back again and you, and you throw the perfect pass or you go for the perfect pattern and you catch the perfect ball. And again, no one thought you could do it, but you do it that, that is someone who played some college sports. Just to me, what I see that connection between the athlete and him, maybe that's overblown. Well, Laura, you're, you're right. Um, I don't think a lot of people gave president Trump a chance of winning. Um, I know I did. I was very hopeful that he would, that he would win, uh, like, like most of us, which you just didn't really know based on what's happened in the past. You really didn't know. And so again, when I woke up that morning and I'm sure a lot of people felt the same way, it was like, you have got to be kidding. Um, not only did he win, he just dominated and I, I just, I just think that, uh, we, you know, as I said, we were in desperate need of, do you think Brett, sorry to interrupt, but do you think the NFL should be cracking down on players doing the little Trump dance in the end zone? Because some believe they are. Well, I think back to back in the, just over the years, I mean, the icky shuffle. I don't know if you remember that, uh, if he would split the Cincinnati Bengals had the shuffle and I could go on and on. I don't remember anyone being fined or threatened for doing that or, or some of the other, the sack dance. So, uh, you name it. I don't remember that being an issue other than, Oh, look, that's sticky shuffle. That's pretty cool. Uh, so I, I find it hard to believe that the NFL would crack down, uh, on, on this Trump dance. I really do. Well, I would hope it looks like people are just having some fun and I think why not have a little fun, you know, like there's been all there's, you can take a knee, Colin Kaepernick took the knee and everyone had to support that or a lot of people did. And that was all celebrated, but you know, doing a little dance, somehow you cancel his post game availability, how threatening to us and that little dance, uh, some may say, but I think like with John Jones, that was a very just powerful moment with he and president Trump, the baddest man, arguably on the planet who came over and showed the respect, uh, to president Trump. It's party time at the Winter White House and everybody wants to get on the guest list. When you were growing up, your perception of politics was that Democrats were the cool party and Republicans were the party of lame, upright scolds. I had the same perception. I think we're around the same age and my perception was reinforced by my time working for Barack Obama. You argue that somewhere along the line, the perception of the parties switched. Secret Trump voters are even throwing coming out parties. In blue counties, neighbors are putting up Trump yard signs after the election. And in blue cities, people are rocking MAGA hats, not afraid of getting sucker punched. Like I told my mom after the election, like the Stone song. You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you need. You're getting what you get. That's who the guy is. And I like him. I've grown to like him. I had a much more negative opinion of him back in the day. But as time went on, I was like, oh, you need a guy that is completely crazy to expose how corrupt the whole system is. Trump's like an acquired taste and he's suddenly catching on everywhere. They called him Hitler, but when he won, they wanted to be at his party and the media has FOMO. First is congratulations. You not only won one big one big that's everybody should get props just for success. Despite the, you know, the vulgarities and the, you know, maybe because maybe because. But also my mantra losers look in the mirror. Well, I think I think that's what everybody has to do. Other members of the media are making pilgrimages to Mar-a-Lago. Joe and I went to Mar-a-Lago to meet personally with President-elect Trump. It was the first time we have seen him in seven years. Now, we talked about a lot of issues and it's going to come as no surprise to anybody who watches this show, has watched it over the past year or over the past decade that we didn't see eye to eye on a lot of issues. And we told him so. What we did agree on was to restart communications. Joe and I realize it's time to do something different. And that starts with not only talking about Donald Trump, but also talking with him. Morning Joe went to Mar-a-Lago to mend fences. Let that sink in before they had key lime pie with them Friday. This is what they were saying about the guy. He is running to end American democracy as we know it. He's an authoritarian, assassinate generals that weren't sufficiently politically loyal to him. That's sort of straight out of the Nazi playbook. This is not a reach. I could go back and talk about Nazi Germany and I'd do it without any concerns whatsoever. And if people can't start drawing the parallels, well, you're just stupid or you have your head in the sand or you're one of them. So that was all a lie. Their ratings are down, their network's for sale and they're irrelevant. So they just want to rehab the relationship. On again, off again, on again, off again. It's like high school. Trump could have easily pushed them into the pool and made them walk back to their Uber wet. But Trump was the bigger man. He says the meeting with Morning Joe was extremely cordial and they congratulated me on running a great and flawless campaign. One for the history books. The Ladies of the View saw right through it. A lot of people who are probably looking at what Joe and Mika did and find it opportunistic. There are people who change their stripes or maybe their spots, I should say today, depending on who is in power and what benefits them. I don't know that that's what they are doing. There's no way legacy media is going to stop Trump if the views beefing with Morning Joe. No way. The resistance media is being divided and conquered. And common sense is even making a comeback in Canada. Trudeau sounds like Stephen Miller. Immigration. Let's talk about it. In the last two years, our populations grow really fast, like baby boom fast. Increasingly, bad actors like fake colleges and big chain corporations have been exploiting our immigration system for their own interests. So we're doing something major. We're reducing the numbers of immigrants that will come to Canada for the next three years. Disney just announced it's removing trans characters and Berkeley's cracking down on homeless encampments. The whole world's changing. The Deep State starting the lawyer up and K Street is scrambling. Lobbyists are freaking out because they don't know any of Trump's cabinet picks. Are you going to be closing down departments? We expect mass reductions. We expect certain agencies to be deleted outright. We expect mass reductions in force in areas of the federal government that are bloated. We expect massive cuts among federal contractors and others who are overbilling the federal government. So yes, we expect all of the above. Trump's the candidate of hope and change now. Sorry, Barack. There's a mandate and he's picking the right people to execute it. He's not just draining the swamp, he's destroying it. Each cabinet pick has a stick of dynamite. But this wrecking crew can't even start the job unless the Senate can sense. That's the first big battle. Trump's uniting the country and he's not even president yet. He's creating the unity that Biden promised but never delivered. We're at the beginning of a cultural renaissance. It would be a shame if something as pitiful as politics stood in the way.
