And we do have major breaking news special counsel Jack Smith has just filed a superseding indictment in the federal election interference case against the former president, Donald Trump. Let's go straight to CNN's Caitlin Poland. Caitlin, this is just happening right now. What more do we know? That's right. This is the special counsel's effort to get this case back on the road toward trial. This is the January 6th federal election case in court in Washington, D.C. against Donald Trump. The charges, the four charges that Donald Trump has been facing for quite some time now, they're the same in this what's called a superseding indictment. So a rewritten version of the criminal charges against the former president for conspiracy and other counts related to what he did after the 2020 election. But what the special counsel's office is saying they're doing here is they needed to go back to the grand jury, Phil, and rewrite those charges so that they would incorporate what they need to say that's in line with what the Supreme Court told them they must do. Remember, the Supreme Court just in June made that decision on presidential immunity saying that some of the things in this case had to be cut out, such as things that were allegations that may be part of Donald Trump's official duties as president, especially his interactions with others below him in the administration. So I'm still going through the superseding indictment documents that we have. It's a 36 page document. And so what we have here now in this filing is that there are co-conspirators listed. But one of those people that we had before that would have been heard by many people on the jury if it had gone to trial, there would have been a lot of information about that official Jeffrey Clark. He's not one of the co-conspirators anymore. He was Justice Department official. Now it is six different private people, five private attorneys plus a private political consultant. Those are the people that are called co-conspirators here before the grand jury and now in this indictment against Donald Trump.

It is insane, but at some point this week we're told Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are planning to finally sit down for a joint interview, I'm sure, with one of our adoring contributors and fans and the mob and the state-run media. Don't expect any tough questions, don't expect them to have to answer to their own words. Just lots of phony joy and laughing and a lot of giggling and lying platitudes. They're the party of joy and the party of freedom from two people that would take away more freedom than any administration in history, which I will explain. But also tonight, Kamala isn't just dodging tough interviews or any interviews. She is also evidently afraid to debate Donald Trump. Now less, of course, her strict new conditions are now met. And the reason they're now giving is there's not quite enough time to come up with policy positions and beliefs before election day. Not enough time. Kamala has been in office nearly four years. She's already run for president one time and detailed a tremendous amount of proposals, you know, Medicare for all, universal health care, abolishing freedom and your right to private health insurance. Oh, that's right. Defunding ice, defunding, dismantling, no bail laws as it concerns police. She wants the to decriminalize illegal immigration and of course offer free health care, housing education or running mate wants free college education for the unvetted illegals they allow into the country. She very clearly said she wants to ban fracking and drilling and get rid of the filibuster to pass the Marxist ninety three trillion dollar green new deal and raise taxes on everyone and everything. These are her stated policy positions and her own words that the media refuses to show the country unless she tells us something different, but she doesn't she doesn't get off teleprompter. Of course, we know all about our leadership failures as vice president. We know she's a failed borders are and as the person in charge of the National Space Council. By the way, those poor astronauts, we're going to get them in twenty twenty five. Wow. They also played a vital role in the Afghan withdrawal disaster member Afghanistan, the disaster. Well, tonight marks the three year anniversary of the terror attack at Kabul International Airport. Remember, 13 US service members and more than one hundred and fifty others lost their lives. Americans abandoned behind enemy lines and our allies that we promised we'd never do this to. They were abandoned behind enemy lines. Many of them, by the way, we left the list of what the who their names are. Many of them ripped out of their homes, never seen or heard from again. Thanks to Joe and Kamala. And while mass chaos was unfolding at Kabul's airport, it was one of the most devastating, humiliating moments in American history. And it was all caused by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who brags about playing a critical role in that decision to begin the deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan. Might remember Kamala in her own words. Take a listen. But Biden always said that he wants you to be the last person in the room, particularly for big decisions, just as he was for President Obama. He just made a really big decision. Afghanistan. Yes. Were you the last person in the room? Yes. And you feel comfortable. I do. And I and I'm going to add to that. This is a president who has an extraordinary amount of courage. No, that was encouraged as the country of Afghanistan was rapidly collapsing and horrific scenes of carnage and chaos unfolded in real time. Kamala was all smiles just days before service members were killed. Take a look. I'm going to hold on, hold on, everybody. I want to talk about two things. First, Afghanistan. We couldn't have a higher priority right now, and in particular, our priority is making sure that we safely evacuate American citizens, Afghans who work with us, Afghans at risk, including women and children, and that is one of our highest, if not the highest priority right now. What's so funny, 13 Americans are dead, and we had hundreds of Americans abandoned behind enemy lines, our allies abandoned, and many of them ended up dead. And by the way, today, Trump, not Kamala, not Joe. They went to Arlington National Cemetery, President Trump did, to honor the service members who were murdered during that terror attack at Kabul's airport. Joe Biden, he couldn't be bothered. He's now on his second consecutive beach vacation without a care in the world, and we have no idea what Kamala Harris was doing today, earlier, while President Trump had this to say as it relates to this very solemn, sad anniversary. Take a look. Caused by Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, the humiliation in Afghanistan set off the collapse of American credibility and respect all around the world. Our country will never be safe again until we have fired those responsible for this disaster. When I take office, we'll ask for the resignations of every single official. We'll get the resignations of every single senior official who touched the Afghanistan calamity to be on my desk at noon on inauguration day. Where's Kamala Harris? Why didn't she give a speech taking responsibility for the tremendous failures in Afghanistan? But they want to take away your guns, they want a mandatory gun buyback. They want you and your family to pay for the unvetted illegal immigrants that they're allowing into their country. They want you to pay for their housing, their healthcare, education, even college education in Minnesota. They want to force you to pay more for energy. And by banning fracking and banning drilling, the Freedom Party, the Joy Party, they want to take away your gas powered vehicles. They want to force an EV into your driveway, whether you want one or not. The Freedom and Joy Party wants to take away your private healthcare system. The Freedom and Joy Party wants to force feminine hygiene products into boys' bathrooms. And in Minnesota, they want to give your children gender affirming care and take away your knowledge and your consent. In other words, you're right as a parent, what joy, what freedom. But in 70 days, well, frankly, it is less than that because three weeks from tomorrow, early voting begins in Pennsylvania. “TRUMP SHOOTER HAD FOREIGN ENCRYPTED ACCOUNTS”
Fox News alert. The Congressional Task Force just surveyed the site where Trump was almost assassinated. At the same time, another group of congressmen in DC held a separate forum investigating the shooting. Other than a few congressmen, everyone's given up on the story. A former president's head was almost blown up on live TV and we still don't know anything about the shooter. The media should be knocking on doors every day, but it's just Fox and the New York Post doing the legwork. The Post talked to a neighbor who said the shooter's family is an enigma. Quote, "Everybody around here knows each other, but no one knows them. You can ask anybody on the street. They barely know these people. I didn't even know their names." And the police aren't even stationed in the shooter's neighborhood anymore. It's been weeks since police were here. There's nothing happening. No police activity. That same neighbor who wants to remain anonymous says she doesn't think the shooter acted alone. What went on in that house? Why didn't they know their son was going through whatever he was going through or did their son thought the way that he thought? I don't think he acted alone. That would be my best guess. Today we're finding out the shooter's father hired a powerhouse criminal lawyer. Mr. Crooks hired John Quinn and Matthew Loge out of the Pittsburgh firm, Quinn Loge. These two guys are ranked as some of the top 50 lawyers in the country. They're super lawyers. How does the assassin's dad have the money to hire lawyers like this? And why did you have to hire defense lawyers if you had no idea what your son was up to? And who recommended the dad hire these lawyers? And did you know that Thomas Matthew Crooks, the assassin, was cremated just days after July 13th? The FBI didn't want to hold on to the body? Why not? And why are the authorities not cooperating with the investigators? All I can really tell you is the Secret Service, the FBI are basically dragging their feet. They're stowalling us. And we've gotten some transcribed interviews, but the documents we request are heavily redacted. They're delivered, you know, the day of the interview, so we really can't use the documents to conduct the interviews effectively. So we're not getting squat from my standpoint from the Secret Service or the FBI. We have to rely on leaks to hear the truth. One whistleblower told Senator Josh Hawley that the top brass at Secret Service headquarters told agents to not request extra manpower for the rally where Trump was shot. Why would he do that? Why not just deny the request? Why make a point of telling them not to ask? Was it because they didn't want the denial of extra manpower for Trump in writing? The allegation contradicts the Secret Service director's testimony. He said Trump wasn't denied resources for that rally. We're also finding out that at least five Secret Service agents were placed on leave after the shooting, including the head of the Pittsburgh field office who was in charge of the security at the Trump rally and the site agent who was in charge of devising the security plan. That agent was actually on Trump's detail. We don't know if they were placed on leave for disciplinary reasons or something else, but it's also been reported that the day before Trump was shot, local police set aside radios for the Secret Service, but the Secret Service never picked them up. So when local police were radioing that there was a man on the roof, the Secret Service never heard it. They apparently didn't know Crooks was up there until he fired shots. This story isn't adding up. How could the Secret Service be that incompetent? Was Crooks working alone? Congressman Mike Wald says this. I find that hard to believe and I want to see where's the proof? How did he learn to build those IEDs? How did he learn to install remote detonators? How did he conduct those searches and not get popped? Crooks was using three foreign encrypted apps to send messages. The FBI cracked into two of the three, they say, but they won't tell us what's in them. They also found 700 messages sent on social media, but a source says to the Post that it's possible they weren't written by Crooks, maybe by an older family member. Quote, "Some of the comments were years old. They didn't think the language matched what would be expected from a 15 or 16 year old. So there was some discussion over whether it could have been his dad or a shared account. Just like with the JFK assassination, the intel agencies are going to try to hide the full story from us. But a lot of people inside those agencies aren't happy. We expect to see a lot more leaks from whistleblowers, which gives us hope that we might one day find out what really happened in Butler. Well look, we had our very first hearing today, if you will, our forum where we had Ben Schafer, who is one of the actual counter snipers that was on the ground there. He confirmed not only what type of a sophisticated explosive device that Thomas Crooks had, as well as for the multi-channel detonator. But he also confirmed two key things. One, that the Secret Service refused the offer of communication platforms to be able to ensure that everyone has a comms channel that they can utilize. And two, that they were offered a surveillance drawn by local law enforcement and once again the Secret Service refused to utilize it. So now we have three things, Jesse. We have no comms plan and no communications, which is refused. We have no increase in presence by the Secret Service as they claimed. They didn't want to make the offer. That was refused. We had no surveillance drawn capability or way to be able to get views onto the AGR building because it was refused. The question now becomes why was the Secret Service setting this up for failure by not going forward and utilizing all the available assets and resources to ensure the safety and security of former President Donald J. Trump. What could their possible explanation be for refusing all of this stuff? Well again I think that they're gonna try and run this whole idea of negligence or the fact that they're gonna try and say that it was the fault of three or four the officers. The bottom line stops at the director themselves and I can tell you we asked Dan Bongino today, former Secret Service officer, whether or not he feels safer with Ronald Rowe at the seat and he said absolutely not. Look this is a culture of a foster DEI society whereby they are not trying to send their best. I went through a plethora of lists since 2023 to 2024 of all the failed and missteps that has been taken by the Secret Service. So I can tell you it is a culture issue, it is DEI at heart, but this is either criminal gross negligence or purposeful intent and that's where set out to actually find. “DEMOCRATS HIDE UNSCRIPTED KAMALA”

It's where they get the ratings, it's where people participated in the democratic process, but they don't care. What does that tell you about the media? - If you have any job at all as a journalist, number one job that you have is to demand accountability and transparency from people who are seeking political power. And the idea that she's not sitting down for any interviews, it's not just a media strategy. I think we have to remember that Kamala Harris was basically a national joke until there was this explosion of media propaganda on her behalf about 34, five days ago when the Democrats imposed her on the party in the country without having a single vote. And one of the reasons is because every time she spoke off script as vice president, it was a gigantic embarrassment. And in 2019, when she ran for president in the democratic primary, her campaign was such a disaster that she had to drop out before the first vote was cast, even though she had every strategic advantage in the world. They're petrified of letting her speak without a teleprompter, without a script, because they know that she has no mastery of any of these issues and she's proven that over and over. And more so, no soul, no real beliefs, fixed beliefs of any kind. - You'd think the media, after covering for Joe Biden for four years and ruining what little credibility they had left, would feel a little embarrassed about basically pivoting in three weeks and going right back to another kind of corrupt coverup. And they have no qualms about it. - I think the systemic attempt on the part of the media to lie to the country and conceal Joe Biden's true mental state is one of the biggest journalistic scandals in the last several decades. I mean, everybody knew, those of us who were willing to say it, we're all speaking openly about it. It was an open secret in Washington and the media pretended they didn't know and they were so shocked when that debate happened. And you're right, that was a gigantic scandal reflecting, yet again, their desperation, their willingness to do anything to help the Democrats defeat Donald Trump. And you're right, if they cared at all about their credibility, they would be leading the way, demanding that Kamala Harris sit down for an interview. And yet, not only aren't they doing that, they're doing all the propaganda they can for her. - Glenn, what city were you born in? - In New York City. - And where were you raised? - I was raised in South Florida in Summerville, Florida. - Okay, is that that hard? - I remember that. - Okay, that's not that hard. “TRUMP OUTPACES HARRIS ON CAMPAIGN TRAIL”
Joining me now is Laura Trump, co-chair of the Republican National Committee. Alright, Laura, you just heard the president saying this isn't about Democrats against Republicans and we see that now with JFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard's endorsements. How will the former President Trump use that to change the minds of the independents and Democrats? Yeah, well this is really, it's not about Republicans versus Democrats, this is about saving our country, Judge, at this point. And I think everybody feels it, you can feel the weight of this election and I actually don't think you can overstate how monumental it was to receive this RFK Jr. endorsement on Friday for Donald Trump. This is a guy in RFK Jr. whose family name is synonymous with the Democrat Party and yet he himself was so disenfranchised by this party and so dejected as a result of their tactics to keep him out of the race. Remember, he wanted to run as a Democrat. Think about what the voters on the Democrats I would have had, they could have actually voted for somebody instead of been given Kamala Harris. But he was so upset with the things that he saw happen that he said not only am I exiting the race, not only am I going to say I can't be a part of the Democrat Party anymore, but I'm gonna go out and I'm going to endorse Donald Trump. Talk about putting your country before your party. This was absolutely incredible and you look, Judge, at the margins by which some of those states you just mentioned were one in 2016 and 2020 and a lot of those states, it came down to like one or 2%. And you look at the fact that RFK Jr. is polling around 5% and a lot of the swing states. What did he do? He took himself off the ballot in those swing states. Even if Donald Trump is able to get one or 2% of the voters that would have otherwise voted for RFK, that could make this election. You look at Pennsylvania, you look at Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada, this could be huge. It is huge. And here's what CNN said. They worried about RFK endorsing Trump and that that could derail Kamala's vibe train. Take a look. Now, the latest swing state polls show Kennedy with 5% or 6% of the vote. And so when you think about it overall, you may say, well, that's not a big deal. Really, if that is the case in swing states, it is huge. It is everything. It is more than the margin between Harris and Trump in some of those same states. All right, Laura, 10 seconds. How worried should they be? Yeah. All she's got is the vibe train. She has nothing. Look on her website. You'll get nothing. Listen to her speech. You got nothing. Donald Trump wants to deliver this country back to we the people. Fix all that she broke. People know that.
