I'll be going there this evening after this case finishes up, this horrible, unconstitutional case when it finishes up. We have a report that was just put out by House Judiciary on the District Attorney's Office, which was done by Congress. And so I guess it just came out a little while ago, a few moments ago. I haven't seen it yet, and I've read it, but it should be interesting. I think yesterday went very well in this courthouse. It was - it should be over. The case is over. You heard what was said, and the case should be over. But you'll have to make that determination. I think we have a judge that will never allow this case to be over in a positive way. It's highly conflicted, the most highly conflicted judge I've ever seen. And yesterday, I think in the Supreme Court having to do with immunity, I heard the argument who is brilliant. I listened to it last night. I thought it was really great. I thought the judge's question was great, and all presidents have to have immunity. This has nothing to do with me. Absolutely nothing. All presidents have to have immunity. You don't have a president, certainly not a president that the founders wanted. So we have another day of court in a freezing courthouse. It's very cold in there. On purpose, I believe. They don't seem to be able to get the temperature up. It shouldn't be that complicated, but we have a freezing courthouse. And that's fine. What's happening here? Good evening, Rob. Yes, I'm actually a lifelong Democrat since I'm 18 years old. And over the last four years, not only me, but my members and many other construction workers are just fed up. We've had enough. When our tax dollars are going to feed and house and clothe and God knows what else the illegal immigrants are getting from our government, and we're not getting it, the price of gas, the price of food, price of electricity, oil, things are just out of hand. It's got to stop. And I, as a union leader, don't consider myself the boss. I work for my members. My members are the boss. And I think every politician, as I said on another channel earlier, they should all remember who they work for. They work for the American citizens. They don't work for the people coming over the border illegally. They don't work for anybody but American citizens. And now in New York, we have a law that illegal immigrants can vote in the local elections. What's going on? You tell me what's going on because I can't figure it out. Replacing you is what's going on. How many people are in your union? How many guys you got? We have 9,000 members. 9,000. And that shift has been-- take me back 20 years ago, this same union, how did they vote? Basically voted-- well, in my union, we've never-- I'm the first one to ever put out a poll to see what the members wanted to do. You never needed to. I guess we didn't, but I think it should have been good because, like I said, we work for the members. They don't work for us. We work for them. I had a very pleasant experience with him. As a matter of fact, today, I act-- I don't know why I did it. I saved the invitations that he sent us to the opening of the Wallman Rink. Laura, you know, you hit the nail on the head, the media doesn't focus on what, if any, crime there is here. There's salacious details on them and they're very interesting to some people. But you asked how could the case get this far? The answer to that is Judge Murchand. No normal judge would allow this case to go forward, just since the DA's office didn't think it should go forward when Mark Pomerance presented it. The question is, do we ever, do we really believe that for a candidate to want to either pay extortion money or hide some fact that may be unpleasant from the public, that that's really election interference, but the problem is we don't even know what they claim the charge is. We don't necessarily even get to the misdemeanor because that requires an intent to defraud with the way the thing was booked. You can be sure President Trump didn't direct how this was to be booked, but if you got to that, they then have to prove that he did that with the intent to commit some other crime. If the grand jury ever charging what that other crime is, it's impossible to defend. Let's say that through this witness, it's to cover up some salacious fact to help himself in the election. But another witness says, well, it's really a campaign finance violation. Another one says, no, it's really a tax violation. A defendant doesn't have to hit a moving target all of the time. I think today's testimony perfectly highlights what many of the problems are with this case. And by the way, would it be to advance a campaign if someone plagiarized and then covered that up? Or if somebody ruined a server that might have had embarrassing details on it and emails on it to promote a candidacy? Would those be illegal? Were they ever charged against any other candidate? Did you get the sense that they're just kind of almost given up over at the law practice of never Trump LLC? I mean, today really kind of took the cake for me. They never give up, Laura, and they never will give up no matter how many times they're slapped down. There was nothing in today's testimony that changed the underlying legal problems that I think Bragg is going to have or that changes the key facts in the case. And the key problem is it's not illegal, as you pointed out, it's not illegal to pay somebody money to catch and kill a story. It's not illegal to reimburse a publisher who pays that money. To convict Trump under the latest esoteric theory, you have to show that he conspired to promote his own election by unlawful means. But as we have pointed out, apparently the theory is the unlawful means was that they didn't report this or they were trying to stop from reporting this as a federal campaign expenditure. But as we know, that actually is not the federal campaign expenditure law. So I don't see any movement by them at all here. It's a very troubling case. Even if they get a conviction, I think it stands a chance of being reversed on appeal.
