The things that took place at the Manhattan D.A.’s office, in conjunction with people from the DOJ put in charge of “getting TRUMP,” are truly a sight to behold. They illegally withheld thousands of pages of documents. Then you have the really shady “Pomerantz” issue, and wow, people have never seen anything like this one. This will make Fani and her “lover” look like small potatoes!!!

So there's a local sheriff here. He's an amazing guy. He's been a real role model for me and a lot of other people. He's been the sheriff of Martin County since I moved here and far longer than that. His name is William Bill Snyder. He's an amazing guy. He's a law and order guy, but me being more of a libertarian-based conservative, I've always appreciated the fact that he understands the Constitution. Remember when that whole BLM thing was going nuts and going crazy and people were rioting and all? We didn't have any problem down here in Stuart. He was very clear. You guys have this Constitution just like I do. You have something to say, that's your issue, not mine. I'm just here to enforce the law. We just ask one thing. Just don't go into the street, get yourself hurt or someone else's hurt. We had some protests down here. Was there any violence? Was anything crazy down here? I don't even think there were any arrests, no. Doing this sheriff thing isn't hard if you just enforce the law. Unfortunately, we have too many politicians in that position. What does this have to do with my show, Donald Trump? Well, he's retiring. So let's just say a little birdie. Said, you know, Mr. President, we got a guy in Martin County and he's a real America first guy. He loves his country and he's retiring. I got a little voicemail this morning. This is real, by the way. This is not Sean Farish, I promise you. This is 100% authentic. I see my phone, I see Trump calling, and went to voicemail, you'll see why in a second. And this is what was on my phone, check this out. This is your all time favorite president, Donald Trump. And I just wanted to give a shout out to Bill Snyder, the sheriff who is one of the best in the country. He's feared and loved, that's a rare thing, but he's both feared and loved, but he's feared by the criminals, that's for sure. And unfortunately, he's retiring, but going to a lot of other things. And he's a fantastic man. And I wanted to, on Dan's show, just say hello to Bill and congratulations on an incredible career and also John. So his son John is a state rep and doing a fantastic job with tremendous ability. So Bill, happy everything, happy retirement, but don't really retire. To retire is to expire. We can't let you do that, but you just take care of yourself. Congratulations on an incredible career. It's somebody that we can truly say will be missed. Good luck, Bill. - That's the kind of guy he is. That's the kind of guy Bill Snyder is too. Good men are hard to find these days, really hard to find. It's a shame, I wish they were easier to find, but they're not. When you lose them, it's a real shame. So I want to thank President Trump and I want to thank Sheriff Bill Snyder too.

UNDER CROOKED JOE BIDEN…SUGAR📈44%BREAD📈30%BUTTER📈27%CHICKEN📈26%EATING OUT📈21%FOOD AT HOME📈21%RENT📈20%
Video transcript
So we thought, well, let's just look at some of the numbers and figure out where we were and where we are now. Start with your primary residence, whether you're renting your house or owning your home. You're up 20% since Biden took office. That's like a mortgage payment that goes up $700 a month, Ashley. So we're talking real money there. Now you've got any money left over to eat away. Your costs to go eat out are 21%. I took the family out for lunch this weekend. I had to try to figure out which kid ordered caviar, Ashley, because I was like, how did Bill get so high? Food at home is not much better. It's up 21% as well. So whether you're out or at home, you're paying a lot. Now, let's say you want to make yourself a chicken sandwich, Ashley. Your chicken costs are up 21%, actually 26%, sorry, it's even worse than that since Biden took office. If you want some bread, your bread costs are up 30% since Biden took office, and that probably is the kind of food you're eating, Ashley. But for those of us with a sweet tooth, let's talk sugar and butter. Sugar costs up 44%, butter up 27%. I know you're probably cutting down on that, but some of us aren't, and it makes life less fun when you got to pay so much for that. So here's the point, Ashley, you've got a president who can't seem to convince people that things have gotten better, even though he thinks the data's on his side. But when you really look at the data, you get why people say life is just so unaffordable and they don't have confidence in what the president's doing on the economy right now.

President, what is an "border" executive action for me? An executive action on the border. An act on the border action happened by itself, the passing of me. Among my very first actions upon taking office will be, quite simply, to seal the border and stop the invasion of our country.

Karoline Leavitt: “All Americans are realizing that their lives are worse off today than they were under President Trump’s leadership…”
Video transcript
All Americans, Hispanic Americans, African Americans, independent voters, women are realizing that their lives are worse off today than they were under President Trump's leadership. We had a secure border under President Trump. Now we've had a border crisis. Nearly 10 million illegal immigrants have come into this country under Joe Biden's administration. We had peace around this world under President Trump. Now we've seen Russia invade invasion of Ukraine. We've seen Iranian-backed terrorists in the Middle East launching brutal attacks on our friend and nation ally Israel. And President Trump's economy was booming, both pre- and post-pandemic. Now we've had the worst inflation crisis in a generation. All Americans are feeling the consequences of Joe Biden's policies, and that's why he's losing his base. He virtually does not have a base left, and it's why President Trump is in the strongest position to win than he ever has been since 2016.

Under Trump, I love to call them working stiffs, but also it's middle income, but it's also the lower income. Those groups got a pay increase under Trump, but after inflation they've gotten a pay cut under Biden. I'll leave that to you last, give you the last word, because I think, and Mr. Trump talks about that a lot, I think that's going to be major in this election. Sure, look, it's a matter of common sense and reality. People know when they walk in the grocery store it's a lot more expensive, and they have a lot less money than they did under Donald Trump. And I think that's going to be a huge part of this election, and Joe Biden can't give enough hyped up speeches to cover up that reality.

“JUDGE DISMISSES 6 COUNTS IN GEORGIA TRUMP ELECTION CASE”
Video transcript
>> A judge threw out six counts of Trump's election interference indictment in the state of Georgia yesterday. What do you make of the ruling about Fani Willis? Do you think she'll be removed from the Trump case? >> Well, I don't think the judge has any choice here. It's pretty obvious that this is not only improper, but it creates a serious conflict of interest prohibited by the cannons of ethics. So I think in the end, he's gonna have to remove her, but the action yesterday dismissing the six charges, that was the right move. These were always legally unsound because petitioning government officials to take action by itself is not a crime. In fact, it's a protected right under the First Amendment. Trump and others were demanding that Georgia officials re-examine the count, challenge the electors. Well, guess what? That's exactly what Democrats did four years earlier and it was permissible under the electoral count act. It's okay for them to do it, but when Trump does it, it's a crime. >> So you really believe, the judge said, I guess the deadline is Monday. You really believe from what you saw. Logic says that they were flat out lying, they've been contradicted. But you really think there's a very small chance that the judge will rule, even though you believe like most of us believe that they were lying. Do you believe the judge will still try to find a way to keep them on the case? >> Well, he has several options here. He could refer the matter to one of the special commissions in Georgia. He could refer the matter to the Bar Association, but keep them on the case. Or he could decide, you're disqualified because of the appearance of a conflict and impropriety. If that happens under the rules of procedure in Georgia as well as Georgia law, the entire case has to be removed from the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. What happens then? It goes to a prosecutor's committee that then decides, do we hand this off to a different county? And I think if they do that, fresh prosecutorial eyes will take a look at this and they'll say, wait a minute here, this isn't a racketeering case, the evidence doesn't support that. So we'll just have to wait and see, I mean, I think the decision is gonna happen today or tomorrow. >> Wow, that's that fast. Greg, thank you very much for getting up early with us today. >> Thanks, Greg. >> My pleasure.

Gregg Jarrett on the “Classified Documents Case”…
Video transcript
Greg Jarrett. All right, Greg, let's start with the fact that they're trying to, the Trump team is trying to dismiss the Florida documents case. Where's that going to go? Well, as I said on the day of the FBI raid, the retention of documents, Steve, by a former president is not a criminal case. It's a civil matter. It's governed exclusively by the Presidential Records Act. So if the government wants records returned, the proper remedy is a civil court action, not a criminal indictment. That's in fact how it was handled in the Bill Clinton case at the time. The DOJ argued an ex-president can keep whatever he wants and a federal judge agreed with that. But here because it's Trump, Biden's attorney general and the special counsel reversed course. They renounced their longstanding position and they went after Trump criminally, even though he had declassification authority while president, which by the way, Joe Biden didn't have when he removed documents.

“BIDEN’S ‘FIERY’ SOTU DIDN’T SAVE FLAILING CAMPAIGN”
Video transcript
But not only did Biden get no post-State of the Union bump, 538 has a metapathetic 37.4% the lowest point of his entire presidency and the approval column. If only someone could have predicted this. We'll see soon when real polling comes out, but in the long term, I don't think the speech helped him at all. Joining me now, Molly Hemingway, editor-in-chief of "The Federalist" and Byron York, chief political correspondent for "The Washington Examiner," both Fox News contributors. Molly, who ever thought that sending Biden out there to yell would be a good strategy, should be fired, but then again, no one's ever fired in this administration. - Yeah, no one ever is held responsible. But what I'm so glad you showed these people praising that speech. That's what everybody was doing in print and other media. And it didn't take any particular excellent punditry to see that this was an unbelievably bad State of the Union speech. One of the worst that anyone had ever seen. So divisive, so angry, so mean toward people. So if you were gonna have to have him, they did have a difficult job. They did have to have him out there and have him perform for a while. Even if he'd just given an eloquent speech that talked in hopeful ways, that would have helped him more than this bizarre speech he gave. - Yeah, Byron, they want to double down on failure. They refuse to change policies. Molly and I have talked about this so many times. So instead they replace that with anger and divisiveness and a sense of resentment ran through that speech, which I think that just doesn't go over well with people who feel like they've been hammered over the last three years. - You know, there were some Republicans who were in the room that night saying, we wish the White House would have given us just something where we could stand up and agree and it could look like everybody is all bipartisan and everything and Biden didn't give him absolutely anything. But I do think the bigger explanation for his demeanor is they believe that by yelling, he would seem younger. He wouldn't seem quite as old and it didn't work. And what you pointed out is absolutely correct. When a speech like this happens, not that many people watch it in terms of the 330 something million Americans. It takes a week or so for them to read about it, talk to people about it and now you see it didn't do any good.

“PRIMETIME CONFRONTS DEMOCRATS OVER BIDEN’S ‘ILLEGAL’ APOLOGY”
Video transcript
>> Joe Biden apologized this weekend, not to Lake and Riley's family for getting her name wrong, or letting the illegal migrant who killed her into the country, but for calling her murderer an illegal. What other Democrats are apologizing to Lake and Riley's killer? Fox Business reporter Hillary Vaughn found out. >> Do you think it was appropriate for the president to use the term illegal in the State of the Union address, and I'm glad he did. >> Why is it wrong for someone to call someone that entered the country illegally an illegal immigrant? >> Because it's classifying the human being and no human being is illegal. >> Do you think the president should have used the term illegal in his State of the Union address? Do you think it was appropriate for the president to use the term illegal in the State of the Union? >> No, and he addressed that. >> Why not? Why is that term bad? Not accurate to use the term illegal to describe someone who entered the country illegally? >> Is it not accurate to call someone who entered the country illegally an illegal immigrant? >> Have a great day.

“TRUMP DOMINATES IN SWING STATE POLLS AGAINST BIDEN”
Video transcript
But look at the big shift that has happened among nonwhite voters. This poll that you mentioned shows that in 2020, Joe Biden had a 50-point advantage. 50 points. It's now down to 12. Sean, that's the kind of thing that is cataclysmic in political terms. It's just a stunning reversal. Now part of the reason for that is that a lot of people don't understand that some of the hardest-working people in this country are Hispanics. And it's not just that they're hardworking and they're seeing their paychecks dry up because of inflation. And it means that every working family in this country, according to recent numbers, have $11,434 less than they did when Donald Trump was president because of inflation. So that's one hit. The second is they're working hard and they see people who didn't come across the border legally. They came illegally. They're committing crime. They're making it difficult for people to respect them as legal immigrants. And worst of all, they're watching these people get hotel rooms, three meals a day, $10,000 gift cards, and flying all over the country. People are sick of it. And what you said, it's common sense. And there's a whole lot more of common sense in this country than the Democrats think there is. Joe, Joe Conchley, you follow the media as closely as anybody. And it just, no matter what the issue, what the day, the subject always returns to the fact that they hate Trump. They want to believe everything awful about Donald Trump. There's zero objectivity. You know, as I said about fake Jake over fake news, CNN, he claims that he's a journalist. He's full of it. He's not a journalist. He's a liberal talk show host that pretends to be a journalist. That would be the same at all these people that think they're journalists on MSNBC or CNN or ABC, NBC, CBS. Are they really objective journalists? Do they even exist except for our news division? Journalism has morphed into activism at this point, Sean. And it would be better if just the Jake Tappers of the world and the Rachel Maddows and the Jen Psaki of the world just owned it, said, yes, we are rooting for the Democratic Party for Joe Biden. We want him to win. We want Trump to lose. We want a demagogue Republicans who they put together the Lake and Riley Act. And somehow you have Joy Reid on MSNBC talking about how that's a bad thing if we start deporting or arresting people and keeping them behind bars when they commit crimes, whether they're violent crimes, whether there are other kinds of crimes. And all I know is now when you look at the polling, if we go back to that for a second, I'm vexed. I mean, terribly vexed. I mean, I was told by the pompom brigade that we just talked about on other networks and in op-eds and the Washington Times, New York Post that last week's State of the Union address that was supposed to reset the whole ball game, right? Was the beginning of the end for Trump, that Biden was feisty and he showed energy and had the passion of a sophomore on, you know, pixie sticks and jello shots on spring break. And now we're seeing Trump rising in the polls. And since the State of the Union, well, Biden has fallen back even further. So that tells you that, you know, old guy yelling and reading a teleprompter for an hour and doing a divisive speech by all polling shows that this was more divisive than a unity speech. It doesn't resonate well with voters. And it bears repeating again in seven swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Joe Biden trails in all seven, Ohio and Florida, they're gone as far as being bellwether states. They are solid red. And Joe Biden isn't, you know, a Bordeaux. He's not going to get better with age as we get closer to the election, which is 230 something days away. And one has to believe that any time he's outside of a teleprompter, outside anything that's more remarks that are written for him, it's going to be cleaned up on aisle one, 14, 19 and 27. As we've seen in the days since that State of the Union, I don't see how Democrats solve this at this point, because there aren't going to be any more State of the Unions to at least try to prop them up outside. Governor Huckabee, Laura Trump was on the show last night talking about the president trying to campaign in of all places, New York state. Now I would like to see anyone, nobody ever listens to me, governor. So I just, I just throw out my ideas that get kind of, they evaporate in thin air. But I would like to see President Trump go in the state of New Jersey. I'd like to see him go into predominantly African American, Hispanic American communities. I'd like to, I'd like to, for him to remind people that under his leadership, that he set record low unemployment in the African American community, the Hispanic American community, the Asian community, women, African American youth, all of these things that he's done and accomplished. And then ask, how's the Democratic Party's policies, how's, how's law and order in your town or city? How are your schools for your kids doing? I think that that might be an effective idea for him. Sean, I just want to say, gee, I listened to you. I don't care what Joe does, I listened to you. But I do think you're right. I think President Trump should go. Call Donald Trump Mar-a-Lago. Ask him to listen. Go ahead. No, I think it's a great idea. I think he should go, he ought to be the captain Kirk of the 2024 race that he goes where no man has gone before. But he goes to these places where people are hurting, their jobs are not paying them enough to keep up with inflation, where the working class people are taking it on the chin. And the very people that sat and listened to Joe Biden's speech, quite frankly, when I was listening to that, having him yell at me so angrily for an hour, I was ready for someone to give me a phone call and try to sell me extended car warranties. And I thought he would be more pleasant than listening to another minute of Joe Biden's divisive speech. I think he's got a great opportunity. I hope he listens to you. You know, I'm beginning to see the Democratic Party has emerged as the party of the coastal and media elite class. And Republicans are becoming the party of working men and women in this country. The people that really do make the country great. Governor Huckabee, thank you. Joe Concha, thank you. As we continue tonight, historically, the biggest factor in every presidential election that involves the economy. Make no mistake. Your economy in this country right now is not good. Get this. Americans now need more than eleven thousand dollars each year just to maintain the same standard of living under Joe Biden. Now think about that. Forty four percent of Americans, they don't have the funds to pay an unexpected one thousand dollar expense. That's living paycheck to paycheck. And by the way, prices, as we saw, CPI numbers, they are still rising just in time for Easter. Guess what? The cost of eggs, that's going up eight point four percent month over month. And the bad news keeps coming. The budget friendly chain that's called Dollar Tree. Well, they're expected to close around a thousand family dollar stores in twenty twenty four alone.

Sean Hannity on the Georgia Case — and WITHHELD January 6th Committee Evidence!
Video transcript
All right. Breaking news tonight out of the Trump Georgia case today. Now, the Fulton County judge down there, Scott McAfee, dismissed six charges against Trump and his co-defendant saying that the state failed to allege sufficient detail for six counts of solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. And last week, the judge confirmed he is now on track to issue a ruling this week on whether to remove the Fulton County DA, Fonny Willis, from the case following a hearing on her alleged prosecutorial misconduct. Meanwhile, a new bombshell report alleges that the January 6th committee, you know, the one I kept telling you had a predetermined outcome, that they withheld crucial evidence. Get this, including testimony from Trump's driver that refutes Cassidy Hutchinson's claim that Donald Trump tried to lunge for the steering wheel and commandeer his, uh, presidential SUV back to the Capitol. The report also concluded that Trump did in fact instruct his staff ahead of January 6th to offer 10,000 national guard troops to the Capitol for extra security, something he and his officials have all said publicly. Four of the five people in the room said it to me on the record. They had this information. Watch. Calling up the guard and then it became as the chain of command went to Nancy Pelosi and to the mayor of D. C. Muriel Bowser. Did you, as required by law, authorize that 100% and attested to by many people and they turned it down. Nancy Pelosi turned it down. Mayor Bowser's written refusal, the communications between the leader of the Capitol police and their chain of command to the D O D refusing our request to allow national guards, men and women to stage on January four and five before January six. Did you both ask for the national guard to be called up without a doubt? Sean, we've made that very clear, not just once, but on numerous occasions, we wanted to make sure that there was plenty of national guard on the ready in case there was some kind of violence. I had a meeting with president Trump on the third of January concerning some international threats. And at the very end, he asked if there were any requests for national guard support. What was the president's response to you with regard to the request made by mayor Bowser? Fill it and do whatever was necessary to protect the demonstrators. And he said the same to me in an interview I had with him. Now tonight, Congressman Barry, Barry Loudermilk, who chairs the subcommittee, issuing the report is telling just the news.com's John Solomon that he may make criminal referrals for obstruction and house ethics violations.

Turley on Withheld J6 Evidence: “The committee didn’t call in anyone with opposing accounts, a single narrative was pushed, troubling that passwords were withheld and documents missing, committee knew the driver refuted Cassidy’s claims..”
Video transcript
Here with reaction all of this, George Washington University law professor, Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley. So they had evidence and direct testimony from the secret service driver saying, no, he never tried to commandeer the vehicle or reached over to take over the steering wheel. And they allowed that they did not make that public. Then we have the issue of apparently they lost a lot of information and interviews that would have been exculpatory. Then we have on record four out of five people. The other one was General Milley in the room, confirming to me in interviews that in fact Donald Trump days before January 6th wanted to bring up the guard, but the people that would need to ask for it said in writing in the case of Muriel Bowser, no. And Nancy Pelosi said no. Why was that narrative never told to the American people during their prime time Hollywood production hearings professor? Well, as you know, Sean, there was no alternative narrative presenter. There were no alternative witnesses presented. The committee didn't call in people with opposing accounts. They didn't explore other explanations. It was this drum beat on a single narrative and it was produced by this ABC producer they brought in to create this package. And the committee could have been so much more. But it's putting aside the fact that the committee really just refused to consider alternatives to its conclusions. You have this troubling argument that our allegation that passwords have been withheld, documents are missing. If you remember with this lunging story, the media ran with it. It was on every single network as Trump was portrayed as this truly crazy person lunging at his Secret Service driver, trying to take control over the beast or the presidential limo. That played over and over again. And the committee members knew when people were reporting this that the driver denied it. This is a law enforcement officer who said it just didn't happen. And yet they allowed that false narrative to be played out there, including former representative Cheney. At no point does she come forward and say, you know what, let's be honest here, the person that would be most directly involved, the driver denies it. So we didn't hear that. But it's really consistent with what we did not hear throughout the January 6 hearings, which is any alternative narrative. All right, let me ask you this because there were others that were ignored. Also, even Lester Holt over at NBC News and a credit to him reported that, in fact, they had actionable intelligence, that there were people that were plotting and planning and scheming January 6th. What happened that day that they had actionable intelligence, but they failed to act. Now the Capitol police chief initially said, I don't think we'll need the guard. But in the final days leading up to January 6th, and he wrote about this in his book and he said it to me in an interview that I've had here and on my radio show that, in fact, once he saw new intelligence, he was begging for the National Guard and nobody would give it to him. And is it one of the worst things that we can conclude out of this, this sham Hollywood production hearing of Liz Cheney and company, the fact that they never dealt with the question of how do we ever prevent something like this from happening again? They never came up with any solutions, professor. Right. I remember when all of us were doing the coverage on that day, one of my first responses before the riot began is I'd never seen the Capitol so thinly protected for a major event like this. It was that obvious. We were showing pictures of just a few bicycle cops behind temporary fences. And it was glaring because just the previous summer you had a violent riot that caused the president to be removed to a safe room. Very large number of officers were injured. There was arson, there was property damage, and they had to call out the National Guard and put up fencing. So this was an obvious move that was being suggested by the White House. They had literally just gone through this. And the reporting later said that Pelosi felt that the optics were not going to be good. But that's part of what we want to get some answers to as the House works through what was not disclosed during these proceedings. Yeah, great point. You remember Ray Donovan and the Reagan years, you know, after a long investigation, he's vindicated. Where do I go to get my good name back? Is Donald Trump? Will the country ever hear all of this? Probably not. I doubt any major network or fake news CNN or MSDNC will ever report any of this. That's pretty sad.

Jonathan Turley: “This case (Fani Willis) is dissembling in front of our eyes…”
Video transcript
What do you think will happen in this case as it relates to her and what should happen in your view? Well, this case is disassembling in front of our eyes. This was a very basic error. This is a major case, but these prosecutors didn't put together the most basic narrative or facts that have to support these counts. The question is, what did the grand jury know? If it wasn't in the indictment, how did they vote out these crimes? What were they told as the basis? Because the judge just said, "You're not even telling the defendant what he needs to know to defend himself. I don't know what facts you're alleging here." Now, they could go back to the grand jury and get a superseding indictment, but that's going to take time. It's going to take time off the clock, and they might have a problem doing what is obviously their overriding purpose here, which is to try Donald Trump before the election. They could just go without these counts. The judge said, "I'll let you refer to the underlying conduct. I just won't let you use them as standalone crimes for these particular counts unless you go back to the grand jury."
