Legal Catastrophe Triggers Day-Long Narcissistic Crisis: Willis Mockery Gives Way to Engoron Rage Spiral

Trump spent the day ricocheting between two legal crises — Fani Willis's Georgia testimony and Judge Engoron's massive fraud penalty — while conspicuously ignoring the death of Alexei Navalny. The night began with gleeful mockery of Willis, including juvenile puns on her name, but the mood darkened sharply in the afternoon when he launched a six-part written assault on the Engoron ruling, denying its legitimacy in increasingly furious terms. Sandwiched between the legal rants were aide-posted immigration crime stories, a messianic pitch to the Teamsters, and a bizarre detour to defend his physical appearance against what he called an AI-faked photo. The day's 32 posts were dominated almost entirely by legal grievance, with over half directed at the judges and prosecutors he called corrupt, racist, and crooked.

ELECTION INTERFERENCE!

Video transcript 5:17

-The amount, but this is a very dishonest man. This is a man that's been overturned already on this case four times. But a crooked New York state judge just ruled that I have to pay a fine of $355 million for having built the perfect company. Great cash, great buildings, great everything. It affects New York. It's mostly talking about New York, where we have a totally corrupt attorney general. She campaigned on the fact that I will get Trump. I will get Trump. Everybody's seen it -- LaDisha James. They've all seen it. Well, will be appealing, but more important than that. This is Russia. This is China. This is the same game. All comes out of the DOJ. It all comes out of Biden. It's a witch hunt against his political opponent, the likes of which our country has never seen before. You see it in third-world countries. Banana republics, but you don't see it here. So, I just want to say this. You build a great company. There was no fraud. The banks all got their money, 100 percent. They love Trump. They testified that Trump is great. Great customer, one of our best customers. They testified beautifully. And the judge knows that. He's just a corrupt person. And we knew that from the beginning. We knew it right from the beginning, because he wouldn't give it to the commercial division. This judge thought Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million, and it's worth anywhere from 50 to 100 times that amount. So, we realized that. He ruled against me before he even got the case. He ruled against me. He said, "I was guilty." He didn't know what I was guilty of before he even got the case. And Letitia James, that's another case altogether. She's a horribly corrupt attorney general, and it's all having to do with election interference. There were no victims because the banks made a lot of money. They made $100 million. And by the way, I paid approximately $300 million in taxes as the migrants come in and they take over New York. I paid, over this period of years, over $300 million in taxes, and they want me out. Oh, let's see if we can get them out. These are radical left Democrats. They're lunatics, and it's election interfering. So, I just want to thank you for being here. We'll appeal. We'll be successful, I think because, frankly, if we're not successful, New York State is gone. People are moving out of New York State. And because of this, they're going to move out at a much faster rate. They used a statute. It's a consumer fraud statute that's never been used for a thing like this before. They used it on me because I'm running for president. I'm beating Biden by a lot. We're beating not only the Republicans, we're beating Biden by a lot. The poll came out today. We're up 20 points on Biden. If I weren't running, none of this stuff would have ever happened. None of these lawsuits would have ever happened. Nothing would -- I would have had a nice life. But I enjoy this life for a different reason. We're going to make America great again. These are corrupt people. These are people that shouldn't be allowed to do the things they do. And they're using this as weaponization against a political opponent who's up a lot in the polls and always will be because I'm competing with a man who can't put two sentences together, who doesn't know what he's doing. And we're heading into a third world war because of this guy. We have to win this election. They're doing everything possible to step in a way, but we're not going to stand for it. So, thank you very much. We will get back to work. It's a ridiculous award. This is a fine of $355 million for doing a perfect job for having paid back a loan with no defaults, with no problems. The banks were totally -- you know, at the trial, they testified. We had an expert witness from the Stern School at NYU that made a statement. And I was very honored by his statement. He's one of the most respected people anywhere in the country for doing this kind of thing. Expert wisdom. He said, "This is one of the greatest financial statements I have ever witnessed before." And he talked about even the detail. So, my numbers actually were extremely conservative. They saw this, so what the judge did is he brought down certain values like Mar-a-Lago, made it ridiculous. But the expert, after having all of this, testified it's one of the best financial statements he's ever seen. And I was honored by that. But I also knew we have a corrupt judge. He's not a respected man. And again, I said before, he's been overturned on this case by the appellate division four times already. It's a record. Nobody's ever been overturned on one case four times. And I think, very importantly -- and I think, ultimately, the most important -- we've employed tens of thousands of people in New York, and we've paid taxes like few other people have ever paid in New York, and they don't care about that. They -- it's a state that's going bust. It's a state that's going bust because everybody's leaving, and it's all headed up by Biden who's destroying our country. So, this is Russia. This is China. This is what you've been reading about all your lives, and it's happening right here in our country. Thank you very much. We will stop it. We will make America great again. You have my word. Thank you very much.

The president of the United States has complained that I'm engaging in some sort of political witch hunt. That I've got some personal vendetta against him. That I campaigned against him. That is not true. This illegitimate president who sits in the White House. That president, because he's not my president, he's an illegitimate president. His days are numbered. His days are numbered. We've got to get ready to mobilize and we've got to get ready to agitate and irritate until victory is won, but more importantly, until Trump is defeated. We will all rise up and resist this man. And ultimately, we'll bring him down. This illegitimate president, I'm going to give you the same level of respect that you gave to President Obama. And that is absolutely no respect at all. Donald Trump has got to go, hey, hey! Donald Trump has got to go, hey, hey! Donald Trump has got to go, hey, hey! Donald Trump has got to go, hey, hey! That is not true.

This Election Interference and tyrannical Abuse of Power by a Crooked Judge and Crooked Attorney General cannot be tolerated. My case was already won in the Appellate Division, and more than 80% of the frivolous claims were wiped out. Yet, as I suspected, and in order to hurt me and the Republican Party politically, Crooked and Corrupt Judge Arthur Engoron ignored his loss at the Appellate Division, and came up with an outrageous $355 Million Dollar fine against me. Using a statute that has never been applied like this before, the Corrupt Judge conspired with the Crooked Attorney General, Letitia James, and punished a liquid and beautiful Corporate Empire that started in New York, and has been successful all around the world…..

Page 2: There were no victims, and not one person testified there was any fraud. The actual witnesses established my Net Worth exceeded that reported in my Financial Statements as those Statements never included my most valuable Asset - the TRUMP Brand. The Highly Respected Expert Witness said my Financial Statements were among the best he has ever seen. I paid over $300 Million Dollars in taxes to New York City and State, and they want me gone. They are Crazed Lunatics who are destroying everything in their way. It all starts with Biden’s attacks on his Political Opponent!

Page 3: The actual bankers who were involved in the loan transactions testified I was a highly sought-after “whale” of a client with “one of the strongest personal balance sheets” they had ever seen, and I was overqualified for the loans. Those banks earned more than $100 Million Dollars in profits doing business with me and my companies. But to justify his crazed attack on me and my family, this biased, Trump Hating Judge, ignored all this, and even said Michael Cohen told the truth, although Cohen admitted to lying hundreds of times, and lied right in front of the Judge during the trial. This shocking and corrupt Interference in the Free Markets for political gain places every New York business transaction at risk. We must make sure Corrupt Politicians and Judges cannot continue to abuse the power of their office, and violate the public trust. We have already won, and will continue the fight on appeal!

The Justice System in New York State, and America as a whole, is under assault by partisan, deluded, biased Judges and Prosecutors. Racist, Corrupt A.G. Tish James has been obsessed with “Getting Trump” for years, and used Crooked New York State Judge Engoron to get an illegal, unAmerican judgment against me, my family, and my tremendous business. I helped New York City during its worst of times, and now, while it is overrun with Violent Biden Migrant Crime, the Radicals are doing all they can to kick me out…..

Only satisfied Banks and Insurance Companies (which made a ton of money), GREAT Financial Statements, that didn’t even include the most valuable Asset - The TRUMP Brand, IRONCLAD Disclaimers (Buyer Beware, and Do your Own Due Diligence), and amazing Properties all over the World. All the other side had was a ridiculous $18 million valuation of magnificent Mar-a-Lago, an unConstitutional Gag Order, a Consumer Fraud Statute never before used for this purpose, No Jury allowed, and a refusal to send this disgusting charade to the Commercial Division, where it would have been put to a deserving end…

The Democrat Club-controlled Judge Engoron has already been reversed four times on this case, a shameful record, and he will be reversed again. We cannot let injustice stand, and will fight Crooked Joe Biden’s weaponized persecution at every step. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

It was such a great honor to be with the people of East Palestine immediately after the tragic event took place. I got to know so many of the people, in particular the wonderful Mayor, Trent Conaway. Biden should have gone there a long time ago—for him to go now is an insult to those who live and work in East Palestine, and the Great State of Ohio, itself. I can’t believe anyone wants him there? I know he doesn’t want to be there, and even he knows he is making a mistake, because he is pandering to people who are smart, politically savvy and, unfortunately, badly hurt by Biden’s in-actions and lack of caring. It will be so interesting to see how they meet and greet this FRAUD, and the THUGS that surround him!

Video transcript 0:45

President Biden has so far been a no-show at the train derailment site. Some are asking why the current president still has yet to visit. Neither the president nor the transportation secretary have visited, but Trump is going to be there handing out supplies to people in need. The president saying that he hasn't had the occasion to go to East Palestine. That tells you what kind of guy he is. He was in the Ukraine giving billions of dollars away to people over there and not to us. He also had a political event in Pennsylvania and made personal travel to New York and Delaware. You've already shown us, you know, how little you think of us. I mean, now it's add to the consult. I, uh, um, anyway.

In just three and a half years under Crooked Joe Biden, the World has experienced Misery, Destruction, and Death. America is no longer respected because we have an incompetent president who is weak and doesn’t understand what the World is thinking. I am the only one who can bring Peace, Prosperity, and Stability like I did during my first term. America will be respected and feared (if necessary!) again.

Does anybody really believe that Fani Willis paid cash to her “lover” whenever they took expensive ”trips” together. Really? Where did she get the CASH? Pretty weak questioning yesterday!!! I guess they don’t want to insult her. No way she can explain any of this corruption away!!!

They’re talking about the Georgia “Fani Scandal” all over the World. In fact, by far, it is trending #1. I can’t believe the Georgia State Judiciary, or the Governor, can be happy about this humiliating embarrassment. It was a FAKE CASE from the start, and now everybody sees it for what it is, a MAJOR LEAGUE SCANDAL! The legal pundits, experts, and scholars are all screaming that this Witch Hunt, which has hurt so many fine people and patriots, should be immediately terminated and permanently erased from everyone’s memory. The stench of what has happened should shame Georgia no longer. It should get back to GREATNESS, and FAST!!!

“FANI FALLS APART”

Video transcript 13:41

Welcome to Jesse Waters prime time tonight. - I'm not on trial, no matter how hard you try to put me on trial. - It is a lie, it is a lie. - Fanny and the lover boy in the hot seat, the Trump Georgia case falls apart. - They spider my campaign, they spider my campaign list. - There's no real evidence of that. - Of course there is, it's all over the place. - Obama and the CIA caught cooking the books, brand new bombshells. (dramatic music) - Whites are psychopaths. There's no discussion about the delusion and the perversion of whiteness. - Happy DEI Thursday. - Plus. - Happy Valentine's Day. (upbeat music) - Merry Christmas. - I know it's February, happy Black History Month. But today we were given a gift. A gift we didn't expect, but a gift we deserved. The woman responsible for Donald Trump's mugshot appeared in a Georgia courtroom today for a hearing about whether she should be disqualified. Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis, who's charging Trump with election interference, hired her lover to prosecute the case, paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars, which he used to take her on romantic vacations for an end domestic, and didn't disclose the relationship to anyone, and didn't report any of the gifts he gave her at all. When Fanny and her lover, Nathan Wade, were caught, they both lied to the court about when the relationship started, saying they started sleeping together after she hired him, and also claimed Fanny paid Wade back for all of the trips. But right as the hearing began, their entire defense blew up. When an eyewitness, Fanny's longtime friend and employee, testified under oath that she saw Fanny and Wade going at it. - Did you observe them do things that are common among people having a romantic relationship? - Yes. - Such as, can you give us an example? - Hugging, kissing, with affection. - All before November 1st of 2021, correct? - Yes. - That alone is grounds for Fanny's disqualification, and destroys the Trump Georgia case for at least two years. So Fanny and Wade's lie didn't even last until lunch. But as the hearing went on, we witnessed a hilarious display of some of the most preposterous lies and behavior that have ever been displayed in Fulton County. Fanny's lover boy took the stand and immediately got Alzheimer's. - Did you go to a cabin with Miss Willis, ever? - Ever. - Ever. - No. - You never go on a cabin with this. - No. - So lover boy got off to a slow start. And then he admitted he was going over to Fanny's condo all the time before she hired him, but not for sex, for documents. - Isn't it true that you would go to Miss Willis's house in South Fulton County? Occasionally. - I've never gone to her house in South Fulton County. - You've never gone to her house in South Fulton County. - I've never seen her house. - You've never gone to a condo in either the East Point or Hateful area with Miss Willis. - Wait, that's different. I have gone to a condo in Hateful. - You would have been there, as you indicated, for many reasons, right? - Yes. Miss Urdy resided there, went to visit her, maybe went to talk about a document that I received. - You would go to the condo to talk about a document that you received? - Absolutely. - Were any of the other attorneys visiting Fanny's condo, reviewing documents? No, just Wade. After Fanny paid 700 grand to prosecute Trump, Fanny and Wade traveled the world together. How did they pay for these romantic trips together? Wade put it on his corporate card. But don't worry, Fanny paid him back. They say, in more ways than one, their story is Fanny reimbursed her lover with cash. - You said in the affidavit that you roughly shared travel though, correct? - Yes, ma'am. - Okay. So this roughly sharing travel, you're saying she reimbursed you? - She did. - And where did you deposit the money she reimbursed you? - It was cash. She didn't give me any checks. - And so all of the vacations that she took, she paid you cash for? - Yes, ma'am. - And you purchased all of these vacations on your business credit card, correct? - Yes, ma'am. - Cash, how convenient. Now, I've met a lot of businessmen over the course of my career, and I've never encountered anybody who puts all of their romantic vacations on their corporate card, and has their boss, who they're sleeping with, pay them back in cash, and then deduct it as a business expense on their taxes. But Wade is a different breed. Wade says his law practice is mostly a cash business. - She was very emphatic and adamant about this independent, strong woman thing, so she demanded that she pay her own way. - Do you know the source of the cash? - Just that, out of her pocketbook, yes. - You don't know where she obtained the cash? - I didn't ask her. - And the whole time that she was paying you in cash, you never said, hey, why do you have this amount of cash? - Well, Mr. Seydow, in my practice, people come into my law firm all the time with cash. I never questioned where they got it. - So the lawyer who's allegedly saving democracy by prosecuting a former president, an unprecedented case in the history of the United States, is a personal injury attorney who runs a law practice where clients regularly walk into his office with briefcases of cash, and he doesn't ask any questions. - Did you go to the ATM with it? - No, sir, she didn't go to the ATM, she carried the cash. - Oh, and so she would give you the cash, and do you have a little place in your house where you just stack up all this cash that you apparently got to repay you for these benefits that you bestowed on her? - Mr. Gill, and if I answered that, I'm putting myself in jeopardy, that if I tell the world that I have cash someplace in my home, don't you think that that could be problematic? - All right, sir, who in the world would tell the world that they have cash at their house? More on that later. Now, after Wade had been totally discredited, Fanny's attorneys tried to prevent Fanny from being called as a witness. When out of nowhere, Fanny rumbles into the courtroom in hot pink and demands to take the stand. - And then suddenly, he's changing. She files, her file, Fanny introductory regulations. - Did you meet with Mr. Wade and talk to him about the motion that I filed to disqualify you? - On January, this first January motion? - Yes. - I don't know if you could say talked about. I probably had some choice words about some of the things that you said that were dishonest within this motion. So I don't know that it was a conversation. - As you know, Mr. Wade is a Southern gentleman. I mean, not so much. - For the next two hours, Fanny was a hot mess. Flailing and filibustering. - I'm not on trial. No matter how hard you try to put me on trial. I'm not a hospital witness. I very much want to be-- - Not so much that you're a hostel, Ms. Willis. It'd be an adverse witness. Your interests are opposed to Ms. Martians. - Thank you. - Martians are contrary to democracy, Your Honor. Not to money. - Has he ever visited you at the place you laid your head? - Well, let's be clear, 'cause you've lied in this. Just let me tell you which one you lied in, right here. I think you lied right here. No, no, no, no, no. This is the truth, Judge. And it is a lie. It is a lie. - Now, after the judge admonished everybody, Fanny admitted she and Wade had been dining out together for years before she hired him. - Maybe I went to his office once or twice, but maybe once. - And the purpose for going to his office would have been what? - Maybe we would've went to mellow mushrooms for pizza, or maybe he would've come for lunch. I'm sure we went by each other's office, though. But not often, not a lot. We both grinded. - Oh, grinding. But they went to more than just mellow mushrooms. They went to Latin America, the Caribbean. And this was the part of the testimony where Fanny was able to exhibit her intellectual credentials. Credentials that you'd expect the DA prosecuting the former President to have. - You also said that he was a world traveler and had been on many of the continents. - I've been to six. - Have you been on any of those continents with him? Besides this one. - Where's Belize? What continent is that? I'm not being funny, I don't know. - Let's say with the extension of-- - I've been to Belize with him. I've been to the Bahamas with him. I've been with Aruba with him. Don't embarrass me. I'm not sure what continents those are on. Whatever continents those are, that's where I've been. - Okay, Aruba's in South America. Belize is in North America. She sounds like she's on the streets getting quizzed by Johnny. They also went to Napa together. All of these trips going on Wade's business card. So what's Fanny paying for? - I paid for a bunch of stuff. I think we did two different wine tours that you do, which are pretty expensive. I think I bought him, he likes wine. I don't really like wine to be honest with you. I like gray goose. I bought him a bottle of wine while we were there and the sippings that you do, they would pair champagne, chocolate, and campaign chocolate and caviar. It was a three and it was like three different things. Sweden, Russia, someplace else, I'll make that up. But that was the most expensive thing. That trip did not cost me a lot of money. I might've took like $750 in cash on me 'cause we weren't gone very long. - The Fulton County DA is eating caviar in Napa while she's prosecuting President Trump. And her boyfriend paid for the flights with taxpayer money. Where'd Fanny get all the cash from anyway? - I always have cash at the house. That has been, I don't know, all my life. If you're a woman and you go on a date with a man, you better have $200 in your pocket. So if that man acts up, you can go where you wanna go. Where did that cash originally come from? - It came out of the bank. Cash is fungible. I've had cash for years in my house. - The money that you paid Mr. Wade, the cash, in October of 2022, you do not know where that money came from. - I do know where it came from. It came from my sweat and tears. - So the top law enforcement officer in Fulton County, Georgia just announced to the world that she keeps stacks of cash at her house. And she carries wads of cash with her to Belize, wherever that is. So Fanny proves she's not street smart or book smart and can't show any ATM withdrawals to prove where she got the cash to pay back Wade. Wade testified that he went to Fanny's condo to look at documents. Is that true? What else happened? - Yeah, I'm sure he came to visit. He came to visit. I can remember us going, I think the restaurants lickety split. I can remember him picking me up, want to lickety split and ordering some food and coming and sitting at my table and eating. So I remember times that he visited me at that condo. - Yes, lickety split. Gotta love that place. From Raisin, Rainbow Sprinkles, the best. Now at this point, the media had seen enough. - This is getting ugly and it's getting messy. And my guess is it's not gonna get better. - It's about lying to the court. It's about potential financial gain on the part of Fanny Willis. The issue is that her credibility is shot. It's a horrible, horrible look for her. I think this case is dead in the water. Fanny Willis lied to the court. It's game over for her. She will be disqualified. - Probably a bad idea to have two sleazy lying lovers waste taxpayer money on romantic vacations while prosecuting the president and then concoct the most unbelievable coverup in Georgia history. But what do you expect when the jury forewoman was a giggly wicken? - What would your reaction be if the DA decides against bringing any charges after what you've seen? - I will be sad if nothing happens. I will be frustrated if nothing happens. - And if it was just a perjury charge? - I will be happy as long as something happens. - These cartoon characters don't have the pedigree to be in the same courtroom as the former president. But remember, this isn't a Fanny and Loverboy scandal. It's a Biden scandal. The Loverboy, Fanny, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith's team, and New York Attorney General Letitia James have all been meeting with Biden's White House counsel, Biden's Justice Department, or with Kamala Harris. The Biden White House is overseeing the prosecution of his political rival, but just like everything Biden oversees, it's falling apart.

“LATEST ON TRUMP’S LEGAL BATTLES”

Video transcript 5:33

I hear now with more legal spokeswoman for the former president, Alina Haber is with us. All right, Alina, I've said this from the beginning. There's not a single, there's not a chance, frankly, in hell that I see that Donald Trump's going to get any fair trial in New York. Now they're going to start a trial about Stormy Daniels. We were talking about Stormy Daniels in 2016. That is eight years ago and they're just, they're only now in an election year, oh, they found it at a convenient time after the previous D.A. passed on any charges. Let's bring it up in an election year by the guy that allowed Nobel for five guys on tape, illegal immigrants beating the hell out of two New York City cops. They got to go to the sanctuary state of California after they walked out of prison. Nobel gave the world the double finger and headed out to the West Coast. Wow, what a great state that is. Yeah, yeah, it's really unbelievable, Sean. You know, I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't the one sitting in these trials myself, I'll be honest with you, where they're trying to put civil attorneys in jail for objecting to evidence. This is the state of New York. This is where we are. And watching this trial today, watching what was happening at that hearing, they're all the same. I have to be honest with you. I've seen it time and time again. And now I've had the pleasure of working for the president for for the past few years. And I can tell you, this is all corrupt, it is all absolutely election interference. There is no way, as you point out, that the Stormy case would come about now in the middle of an election, in the middle against the leading candidate. And you know who that was brought from, Michael Cohen, real reliable source we have there. So the desperation is real, the Trump derangement syndrome is real, and it is pathetic and obvious. And now we're seeing money laundering and money font milling coming through. You can't make it up. They're going to the Biden administration. They're taking visits to the White House. They're coordinating with other DAs and AGs. Do not get it twisted. He has done absolutely nothing wrong. But in the great state of New York, don't worry, they'll bring and put their nose in a private company and try and disgorge you for doing what? Having a statement of financial condition that was undervalued. But a judge will say, oh, Mar-a-Lago's worth $18 million. They definitely overvalued their statements of financial condition. Well, yeah, if you're using ridiculous numbers like that, Sean, it is crazy. It's like the January 6th committee. They have a predetermined outcome. The maximum penalty is going to be given to Donald Trump maybe as early as tomorrow, from what I understand, okay? So Judge Angora is going to say, okay, Mar-a-Lago, this is a valuation case. He's still sticking to his valuation of $18 million for Mar-a-Lago. That is far worse of evaluation than anything they're accusing Donald Trump of. Number one. Number two, they're going to cancel the whole Trump family. They'll put a conservorship in place. You won't have control of his properties. Cancel the whole family, the whole organization. What? To fulfill a campaign promise from a pretty ambitious attorney general in that state? 'Cause that seems to be what the reality is on top of going back eight years now for Stormy Daniels. Wow. All in an election year. How convenient. It's a hundred percent what it is. And I could, I got to tell you what I saw today was a lot like Ms. James in New York. It's a similar fact pattern. It's the similar arrogance that you're seeing come out of it because they know they have these judges in their pockets and they have Soros backing or whoever it is that Reed Hoffman's of the Democratic Party backing this. This is not what the courts are supposed to be used for, Sean. And it's disgusting. It's disgraceful. I really want to say to any of the judges that are out there listening that have anything left in terms of looking at the cases, looking at facts, looking at law, make our profession proud. Because what I'm seeing is complete politicization of our legal system. It's not right. It's an election year. It's election interference. You shouldn't be tying up a candidate. And now we got Stormy Daniels. I mean, who her lawyer went to jail, Michael Cohen, just perjured himself, admitted to it on the stand. How much lower can we go? Read Pomerantz's book if you have any questions about it. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And it has to stop, Sean. Honestly, the only way we're going to stop is it's ridiculous that it has to stop that. I don't think the president can get a fair hearing in New York. I don't certainly don't believe I think he got 5% of the vote in DC. I don't think he can get a fair trial there at all. He certainly was never going to get one out of Fulton County, Georgia, maybe Florida. He has a fair shot. But that case never should have happened, especially in light of what we learned from the Robert Herr report about Joe Biden and his classified documents scandal, especially what we know about Hillary Clinton. No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. Wow. If that's not a dual justice system, I don't know what is. We'll give you the final word. Yeah, it's 100% right. Don't forget we went after Hillary Clinton for something that we know is true. And the Russia hoax. And we got fined a million dollars and sanctioned and the case got thrown out without me ever even meeting the judge. I never met the judge one time. Never spoke to him. Never walked into court. That is the state of our country right now, everybody. We need to wake up and step up. That's the truth. And don't worry, the compliant media that lied about the Russia hoax for three long years and never made a correction, no apologies. They peddled conspiracy theories, no consequences. Nobody seems to care. Right.

“FANI’S FOLLY ON FULL DISPLAY”

Video transcript 4:49

Joining me now, Caroline Levitt, who's the national press secretary for the Trump campaign. Caroline, what are the president's thoughts today about this hearing? Well, President Trump has long said that this Fannie Willis case is a sham. It has no legal basis, and it should be dismissed. And today, the entire world got to see that President Trump is 100% right. Even MSDNC, the legal analysts over there on Joe Biden's own propaganda network, admitted that Fannie Willis had a very bad day. But more importantly, Laura, Joe Biden had a very bad day because it's Joe Biden and his White House who are relying on these sham cases from Fulton County, Georgia to New York City to Washington, D.C., led by these far left Democrat district attorneys and prosecutors to take down his leading political opposition, and that is President Trump. If you look at all of these cases, they all have a few similarities. They're brought forth by far left district attorneys and prosecutors, but the timing is not coincidental. All of these people, Jack Smith, Fannie Willis, Alvin Bragg, have had years to prosecute President Trump if they really felt like he was truly a criminal. But guess what? They know that's not true. They are doing it to protect Joe Biden and remove President Trump's name off the ballot ahead of the next election because they know that Joe Biden did not beat him here in square of the ballot box. Did the president watch some of this today, Caroline? Did he watch any of this hearing? Our whole team watched this today along with the rest of the world. Yes, the president did share some of the most gasping moments on his Truth Social page. We'll continue to watch it. We'll continue to fight it. And we'll continue to make the case to the American people that this is a two tier system of justice. This is your tax dollars going towards prosecuting the former president who made your life better, secured our border, restored peace around this world, rebuilt the economy. But the thing is, Laura, the American people already know that. That's why when you saw President Trump's motorcade rolling through urban Atlantic to get his mug shot just a few months ago, you had Americans in minority, urban, impoverished communities on the streets yelling "free Trump" because they see this for what it is, the weaponization of our justice system. Caroline, there was a moment, yeah, there was a moment. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Yeah, I got you. Hold on, hold on. There weren't all cheerleaders on the other networks, and this is kind of predictable, but I'll get your reaction on the other side. Watch. This is explosive. Fani Willis is defiant. She is confrontational. And frankly, she is persuasive this afternoon. She is a very irritated liver. The fact that she herself feels as though she is being called to task and on trial. Well, that's Laura Coates over at CNN. And that was after Fani Willis kind of played the victim at one point saying, you know, I'm not the one who's, I'm not the one who's really on trial. Let's watch that. Don't let the legal ears fool you. This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think Fani Willis lied to the court, it's game over for her. She will be disqualified if they had a relationship prior to when they represented to the court. It's a huge deal. Like I can't overstate it. Yeah, that's the MSNBC one you were talking about. But she was actually, you know, trying to play the victim at one point. And we'll play that a little bit later on. But do you think that works? And in this case, what if they disqualify her and, of course, her friend, Nathan Wade, off the scene, but they disqualify maybe her office and then try to restart this investigation? What is your what is President Trump's view of this in light of calls for the governor's office to step in and essentially start their own criminal investigation or special investigation of this office? Well, as President Trump has long said, this case should be dismissed, not just because of these allegations of misconduct that if proven true, if the court of law proves them true, and they certainly appear to be that should be dismissed on the merits of that, but also on the basis of the law. This case has no legal grounding. Our legal team has been fighting that since the very beginning. Legal experts on both sides of the aisle absolutely agree the president did nothing wrong. He abided by the United States Constitution. And if we can't question elections in this country, then we don't have a question. We don't have a country at all. And so we agree wholeheartedly as we have since the beginning that this case should be dismissed no matter who is prosecuting it. But Fannie Willis certainly isn't qualified to be doing that.

“FANI LINES BLURRED”

Video transcript 9:56

-I'm Laura Ingraham, and this is the Ingraham Angle tonight. As always, thank you for joining us. Fanny lines blurred. That's the focus of tonight's angle. Today, over several hours in an Atlanta courtroom, we saw why allowing a county DA to bring charges against a former U.S. president is absurd and destructive. Now, Fanny Willis is a leftist who thought that this case would catapult her to political fame, maybe even the Senate or Governor's mansion, because it would be Fanny, the Trump slayer. She was so full of herself, she thought no one would notice when she hired her married boyfriend as her lead Trump investigator. Now, just to refresh everyone on the timeline here, on New Year's Day 2021, Ms. Willis started as Fulton County DA, and then the next month, about 40 days later or so, February 10th, she opens the criminal investigation into the Trump election interference claim. And then, months later, by November 1st, she hires her friend, Nathan Wade, as a very special prosecutor. And then the next day, he files for divorce from his wife. Now, of course, Willis and Wade didn't expect that his divorce proceeding would become an issue in the Trump case. But at today's hearing, Judge Scott McAfee was considering whether the affair between the two created a conflict of interest that should knock them both off the case. Today, Nathan Wade took the stand on the question of who paid for their pleasure trips. -Did you take a trip with Ms. Willis in 2023 to Belize? -I did. -Did you take a trip to California with Ms. Willis in 2023? -I did. -Did you pay for those trips on that credit card? -I used the credit card to book the travel, but understand -- -She paid your back cash. -Well, let me say this. Let's take the Belize trip, for example, since you started there. That was a birthday gift to me, so I paid nothing for that trip -- zero. -Okay. So the charges that are on your card, she gave you cash for? -She did. -Okay. -Cash. Now, we're supposed to believe that Fannie Willis was carrying around those large amounts of cash. Of course, cash is not traceable. Now, when the DA unexpectedly appeared on the stand today, she did address this, or tried to. -I know he initially paid for it. Did you pay him back? -For the cruise and for Aruba. Yeah, I gave him his money before we ever went on that trip. -You gave him cash before you ever went on the trip? -Mm-hmm. -Later in the afternoon, Trump attorney Steve Sadow revisited the cash question. -I'm asking you whether or not those payments would be reflected on credit card bills of yours. -So, there was about $500 that I think is reflected on a debit card. My recollection is I took about $400 in cash with me today. -$400 or $4,000? -$4,000. -$400 or $4,000? And she answered $4,000. Now, who carries around that kind of cash? Well, Fannie does. Again, very convenient because you need a paper trail, right, to show that Willis did repay Mr. Wade and that she wasn't getting a financial benefit from the lawyer that she hired to investigate Trump. -Did you keep track of this cash that you paid him at all? -What do you talk -- I don't understand. -Did you keep track? Did you keep a ledger? Did you keep track of it? -So, I've only given him cash, as I mentioned, three or four times. There's no ledger. This is friends handing money off to each other. Of course, just friends handing money off to each other. This is ridiculous, just like the idea that Ms. Willis didn't know her ethical obligations as the county DA. -Did you disclose your relationship to anybody at Fulton County? -No, I don't think so. -Are you aware that Fulton County requires you to disclose any relationship with someone that you're doing business with? -I'm not aware. To me, that was stunning. Again, she's going after Trump for election interference. She doesn't even know her own ethical obligations. Now, but that was on top of many other stunning moments today where both witnesses appeared evasive and, at times, very argumentative, even belligerent, with glaring memory lapses about events that most people wouldn't easily forget. -How many times Mr. Wade visited you at the condo between the time you moved in and prior to November 1 of 2020? -I don't think often, but I don't want to speculate. -Can we say more than 5, more than 10? -Let's say more than 10, but I'm not sure that that's even accurate. -What about any other prosecutor that's involved in the prosecution of this case? -I don't think any of them have. -Yeah, because a personal residence is not a typical venue for official meetings between government lawyers. -I'm asking you whether or not prior to November 1 of 2021, there was a romantic relationship with Mr. Wade. That's very simple. It's either a yes or no. -I don't consider my relationship with him to be romantic before that. I'm not a handholder. -You didn't see the need, if I understand, to tell any of the people on the prosecution team when you had established a romantic relationship with Mr. Wade, that the lead prosecutor, that is the man that was basically giving orders to others, was dating or having a romantic relationship with you. -From at least 2020, me and Mr. Wade were friends. We were friends. We hung out. In November of 2021, I hired him. I do not consider our relationship to have become romantic until early of 2022. -The romantic relationship ended before the indictment was returned, yes or no? -To a man, yes. -To a man, yes. To you, no? -To a man, yes. What? Now, women across America are laughing because every woman I've ever met remembers vividly when a relationship starts. She said, "Well, it started between February and sometime in April." Bizarre. Now, of course, this all flies in the face of earlier testimony of a friend of Ms. Willis who was questioned about when this Willis-Wade relationship began. -Okay. So, you know that their relationship, their personal relationship, began shortly after this municipal court conference? -Yes. -And do you understand it, that their relationship began in 2019 and continued until the last time you spoke with her? -Yes. -What motive would her friend have to lie about Ms. Willis's relationship with the prosecutor? The prosecutor, of course, that she hired to go after Trump. It's unclear what motive she would have. But what is clear is that when Fanny gets in trouble, Fanny plays the victim. She stayed away, for the most part, from the race card today, except for a few moments like this. -Did you have contacts with Mr. Wade in 2020? -Very limited contact because Mr. Wade had a form of cancer that makes your allegations somewhat ridiculous. I'm not going to emasculate a black man. Did you understand that? -What? -Again, her first instinct is to deflect and then try to engender some type of, in this case, racial sympathy. There were lots of "poor me" moments. -So, let's be clear because you've lied in this. Let me tell you which one you lied in right here. I think you lied right here. No, no, no, no, no. This is the truth, Judge. It is a lie. It is a lie. Turned 50 in 2021. That's probably one of the worst birthdays I've ever had. -I ask you who knew? Answer and then explain this to us. -I am very private. It's like a woman doesn't have the right to keep her private life private. I don't need anybody to foot my bills. The only man who's ever foot my bills completely is my daddy. -Look, as wild as today's testimony was, and I was riveted by it long before we knew even who Nathan Wade was, it was obvious that the election interference case brought by this Fulton County DA was tainted. By charging Trump and 17 associates under a state racketeering statute, Willis showed us who she really was, a rogue prosecutor on a political mission to disqualify the GOP's leading candidate from the 2024 campaign. Now, even never-Trump legal experts have thrown water on Willis's case, questioning Trump's judgment. Okay, that's one thing, but portraying him with this state RICO statute as some type of mafia crime boss whose enterprise was subverting democracy, that is quite another. The Willis investigation was a political vendetta, and it was a travesty from the get-go. There are plenty of low-life radicals across the country who want Trump off the political scene, but they shouldn't have the power to prosecute and be paid by state taxpayers or have any power to interfere with the 2024 presidential election because that's election interference, and that's the angle.

WOW—A MUST WATCH!

Video transcript 10:24

Welcome to Hannity. And today was an unmitigated disaster for Fulton County, D.A. Fawnee Willis. Now in case you weren't able to watch the hours long hearing, what a disaster. Well, we have all the highlights you need to see, but first let's set up how we got here. Fawnee and the special prosecutor on the Trump case in Georgia, Nathan Wade, her boyfriend, they're accused of having an improper relationship and benefiting from Fulton County taxpayer dollars. Now Fawnee Willis allegedly hired a former boyfriend, Wade, paid him over $650,000 in the case. And then they use the money to go on a series of luxurious vacations together, cruises in the Bahamas, along with trips to Aruba, Belize, Napa Valley. And that's not all. Wade lacked the qualifications for the job of special prosecutor in the first place. Listen to this. In fact, according to a court filing, there is no evidence that Nathan Wade has ever, ever handled a felony case. So how did Wade end up being appointed to lead one of the most high profile cases in U.S. history? And by the way, a RICO case, which was ridiculous from the beginning to boot, it is an ex, it is an exorbitant salary on top of everything else. Now that is one of the big questions at the center of today's hearing. Now Willis appointed Wade to lead this case in November of 2021. And in a sworn statement, he previously claimed their romantic relationship began in 2022. Hmm, little problem. According to one of Fawnee Willis's former friends and coworkers, the relationship actually started years before that. And matter of fact, one of her close friends said, or former close friends as she said later, used to be a friend in 2019. Hmm. Who's telling the truth? You decide. There is no doubt in your mind that from 2019 until 2022, um, miss Willis and Mr. Wade were in a romantic relationship. What's the question? Um, you have no doubt that their romantic relationship was in effect from 2019 until the last time you spoke with her. No doubt. Uh huh. Now both Wade and Willis later denied their relationship began in 2019. But if true, that alone would throw the entire case into question on top of a lot of other issues because that would mean she lied to the court. Now things only got worse when Nathan Wade took the stand when asked if he had visited any cabins with Willis, the cabin, you know, to go on vacation. He paused for over 20 seconds before answering. Watch this. I'm asking if you remember paying for a cabin six months ago in Tennessee. No. You remember booking a cabin. I booked lots of cabins. Did you go to a cabin with miss Willis ever, ever, ever. No. You've never gone to a cabin with this. No. Wow. And when confronted about the trips that he booked for the two of them, Wade said that funny Willis always repaid him in cash, which isn't traceable. Well, that's pretty convenient, isn't it? Take a look. You used your business credit card for these trips, correct? I use my business credit card for everything. Okay. I, yes. Um, you use it for your kids tuition. Yes, ma'am. Use it for personal travel with miss Willis. Yes, ma'am. You said in the affidavit that you roughly shared travel though, correct? Yes, ma'am. Okay. So this roughly sharing travel, you're saying she reimbursed you. She did. And where did you deposit the money she reimbursed you? Oh, it's cash. She didn't, she didn't give me any checks. Now throughout his entire testimony, Nathan Wade seemed very uncomfortable. He was often seen wiping sweat off his face while taking questions and funny Willis took the stand after Nathan Wade and was pressed on these payments. Here's what she had to say. Take a look. Where did that cash originally come from? If it didn't came out of the bank, cash is a fungible. We've had cash for years in my house. So for me to tell you the source of when it comes from, when you go to publics and you buy something, you get $50, you throw it in there. When it's been my whole life, when I took out a large amount of money on my first campaign, I kept some of the cash of that. Like to tell you, I just have cash in my house. I don't have as much today as I would normally have. Now Willis faced a number of questions about the timeline of her relationship with Wade and in one very tense exchange, and there were many of those accused him of making this incredibly sexist comment. Wait until you see this. Take a look. The romantic relationship ended before the indictment was returned. Yes or no? To a man, yes. To a man, yes. Do you know? She's explained this, right? She's explained this. And did the forthcoming indictment have anything to do with that? Or was it just a coincidence? Mr., let's go on and have a conversation. I'm just asking you whether or not it was a coincidence? Had absolutely nothing to do with this. It's interesting that we're here about this money. Mr. Wade is used to women that, as he told me one time, the only thing a woman can do for him is make him a sandwich. What does that mean to a man? Yes. Now what we have shown you so far, it's only the tip of the iceberg from today's bombshell hearing. Let's take a look at some of the other highlights. Watch. I probably had some choice words about some of the things that you said that were dishonest within this motion. So I don't know that it was a conversation. As you know, Mr. Wade is a Southern gentleman. I mean, not so much. I very much want to be here, so I'm not a hostile witness. I very much want to be here. Not so much that you're hostile, Ms. Willis, would be an adverse witness. Your interests are opposed to Ms. Martians. Thank you. Martians are contrary to democracy, Your Honor, not to mine. He tells me how much it is, and I give him the money back. I don't, just like you're asking me about the money with Robin, I don't do my friends like that. So if you tell me it's a G, then you're going to get $1,000. I think we did two different wine tours that you do, which are pretty expensive. I think I bought him, he likes wine. I don't really like wine, to be honest with you. I like Grey Goose. That was the most expensive thing that I think that we did while we were there. So they would pair champagne, chocolate, and campaign, chocolate, and caviar. It was a three and it was like three different things. Sweden, Russia, someplace else, I'll make that up. So let's be clear because you've lied in this. Let me tell you which one you lied in right here. I think you lied right here. No, no, no, no, no. This is the truth, judge. It is a lie. It is a lie. I don't need anybody to foot my bills. The only man who's ever put my bills completely is my daddy. He's got so out of control that at one point the judge actually warned Willis. The judge in this case, by the way, I thought was very patient over her conduct on the stand. Watch for yourself. 2020, did Mr. Wade ever visit you at a place that you had never been to my home in South Fulton? 2020 was before I knew that a phone call was going to be made and I was going to have to abandon my home. As a result thereof, he never visited, lived that, came to or has seen South Fulton. You qualify that with your home in South Fulton. That's where I lived in 2020. 2020, did he ever visit you at a place that you resided? Okay, I don't understand. You're about to give me that. In 2020, I lived in South Fulton. That's the only place I lived in South Fulton. That's before I had to abandon my home, judge. All right. And at my home in South Fulton, he never came there, okay? So if you don't come someplace, you can't live there. That's going to be my first time out to caution that we have to listen to the questions as asked. And if this happens again and again, I'm going to have no choice but to strike your testimony. Wow. Even the media mob, they were forced to admit that today was a complete disaster for Willis and her case against Donald Trump. Take a look. Don't let the legal ears fool you. This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, uh, Fonnie Willis lied to the court, it's game over for her. She will be disqualified. It's a mess for the office, to be clear, regardless of what the legality is, it is a mess for the office and something they're going to have to deal with. They have to put in front of a jury that is seeing all this playing out. It might be appropriate for Ms. Willis to consider removing herself from this case now and turning the reins over to a senior official in the district attorney's office and let him or her handle it because this is getting ugly and it's getting messy. And my guess is it's not going to get better. Now we kind of saved the best part for last. This is Fonnie Willis as a candidate talking about this very issue and how Fulton County, Georgia residents deserves a DA that won't be hooking up with their employees. Take a look because you're sitting with someone today that actually wants to make a difference because they deserve a DA that won't have sex with his employees because they deserve a DA that won't put money in their own pocket. I certainly will not be choosing people to date that work under me. Let me just say that now earlier tonight, former president Trump, he did weigh in on the drama from today telling Fox news that Fonnie Willis well, quote, badly tainted is badly tainted and her case against him is a scam.

“ONE OF THE BIGGEST BOMBSHELLS…”

Video transcript 6:11

Welcome into Rob Schmidt. Tonight I'm Rob Finnerty in for Rob on this Thursday evening and what a day it was in the state of Georgia. Not a good day for law fair against Donald Trump in New York, but particularly in the Georgia election case. Today we heard bombshell testimony that could disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis and her very special prosecutor Nathan Wade from the case. The testimony taking up the entire day in Fulton County and there are now clear questions about whether the case itself can move forward after what we heard today. Wade testified first for just about three hours starting in the morning and then along came Fannie. A very combative, agitated Fannie Willis. She took the stand to testify under oath that there was no conflict of interest in her decision to hire her boyfriend Nathan Wade to work as special prosecutor in a RICO case against former President Donald Trump even though he has zero criminal experience. Wade also claimed that he often accepted cash payments from other clients at his office. And these are the people that are prosecuting a former president. And all of this stems from a motion by Trump's co-defendant who wants both Wade and Willis taken off the case and the case dismissed. But take a listen to Fannie. So your office objected to us getting Delta records for flights that you may have taken with Mr. Wade. Well, no, no, no, I object to you getting records. You've been intrusive into people's personal lives. You're confused. You think I'm on trial. These people are on trial for trying to steal an election in 2020. I'm not on trial no matter how hard you try to put me on trial. You have no proof of any reimbursement for any of these things because it was all cash, right? The testimony of one witness is enough to prove a fact. So my question was, you have any proof? Are you telling me that I'm lying to you? Is that what you're intimating right here? I'm asking if you have any proof that you paid him any of the files. I mean, the proof is what I just told you. Has he ever visited you at the place you laid your head? So let's be clear because you've lied and this, this, let me tell you which one you lied in right here. I think you lied right here. No, no, no, no, this is the truth, Judge. It is a lie. It is a lie. Well, there's Fannie Willis. And one of the biggest bombshells today was related directly to the timeline. That's what this is all about, where Fannie and Nathan weighed together when she hired him because it's not illegal to have an affair or to run around with somebody in the office. It's frowned upon for sure, but it is a conflict of interest if you're a lawyer and you hire your inexperienced, unqualified boyfriend as special prosecutor and then pay him more than anyone else and take at least five vacations together over a seven month period on the taxpayer's dime. I don't know when these two found time to work, but Willis's close friend contradicted Wade Swarn's special statement that his relationship with Willis started in 2022 after he was hired. She claimed it started two years before that back in 2019 and that she saw them kissing and holding hands. But there was no special relationship, right? Take a listen. So, you know that their relationship, their personal relationship began shortly after this municipal court conference. Yes. When I ask you personal, do you take that to mean romantic? Yes. Do you understand it that their relationship began in 2019 and continued until the last time you spoke with her? Yes. Okay. So again, all of this is under oath. And today Nathan Wade admitted under oath that he paid for all of the vacations he took with Willis on his business credit card and was then reimbursed by Willis's office in cash. We're talking about thousands of dollars, which sounds normal, right? Hmm. And again, these are the people prosecuting the former president. So she paid you cash for her share of all these vacations. Mr. Shaffer, you'll step out if you do that again. Yes, ma'am. Okay. And so all of the vacations that she took, she paid you cash for. Yes, ma'am. And you purchased all of these vacations on your business credit card, correct? Yes, ma'am. So here's what it sounds like. It sounds like Fannie paid Willis over $600,000 and with that money, Fannie and Mr. Willis went on multiple fairy tale vacations between 2022 and 2023. Wade and Willis went on five trips that we know about, hotels, cruises in May 2023. It was wine country in Napa Valley, although Fannie is apparently a vodka drinker. He likes wine. I don't really like wine, to be honest with you. I like Grey Goose. I bought him a bottle of wine while we were there. In March of 2023, it was a trip to Belize for Mr. Wade's birthday, and let's not forget about the Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas and the New Year's trip to Aruba. I don't know how Fannie survived though, because when I think Caribbean, I think rum, not vodka. And we all know this because all of the receipts are right there for everyone to see in the court filings. The question now, how do they stay on the case? The last time I checked, if you lie on the stand, if you shoot from the hip, if you play fast and loose with the truth, that's perjury, and they were juggling fireballs at best today in Georgia. At worst, they perjured themselves. And if they had a financial interest in keeping the Trump gravy train case running, they're both in a whole lot of trouble, disbarment territory. So today was a good day in the Trump legal world, maybe the best we've seen yet. Even the MSNBC legal analysts seem to agree. Don't let the legal ears fool you. This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think Fannie Willis lied to the court, it's a game over for her. She will be disqualified. It might be appropriate for Ms. Willis to consider removing herself from this case now and turning the reins over to a senior official in the district attorney's office and let him or her handle it, because this is getting ugly and it's getting messy. And my guess is it's not going to get better. So what comes next? It's hard to say, but these are the people, again, that are prosecuting a former president. And four Trump cases could become three Trump cases sooner than expected.
