This was an amazing Day of Trial. We learned that E. Jean Carroll is no “baby.” She admitted on the stand to deleting massive amounts of evidence, under subpoena, which is a crime. Based on that alone, both this trial and the first trial should be immediately dismissed! Additionally, she first admitted to having a gun without a license, but then admitted to buying bullets for a rifle, not a handgun, which perhaps makes no sense. Her lawyers went crazy—and so did the Judge trying to protect her and this Complete and Total Election Interfering Witch Hunt!

Day AnalysisThe Judge in the Trial that I am attending today is a totally biased and hostile person—The same Judge that we had in the first trial, which my lawyer asked me not to attend because of the fact he thought the case was so ridiculous and demeaning (and easy to win!) to a former President. In retrospect, I should have been there to watch how unfair and partisan this “Judge” was. The whole New York System is RIGGED against me because of the fact that I’m not only a Former Republican President, but also am the leading Republican Candidate, and beating Crooked Joe Biden, BY A LOT. This case is another example of Election Interference at a level never seen before. Even E. Jean Carroll’s Lawyer is a Democrat Political Operative, and this whole Hoax was funded and conceived of by Reid Hoffman, George Conway, and many others in the Democrat System of Thugs (Perhaps at conflict with Carroll’s testimony this morning).
Page Two: At the first trial, Judge Kaplan should have recused himself, as requested, from both trials for his obvious bias and hatred of me. One of Carroll’s main lawyers was one of the Judge’s favorite law clerks—A HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST! The Judge suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome as anyone can see from his last outburst against me in the Court. I did nothing wrong, except defend myself from false, malicious, and defamatory accusations by somebody writing a book, and deciding to put this fake nonsense into it, probably for the publicity she would get. She was not damaged, I am the one who was damaged. It is impossible for me to get a fair trial in front of this Judge. He is allowing everything they want to be put into the case, things that should never be allowed, but I hear he is not allowing the CNN Anderson Cooper Video of E. Jean Carroll into the case—which, when viewed, totally exonerates me.
Page Three: Additionally, he’s not allowing the “Monica Lewinsky-style” dress into the case. E. Jean Carroll said she had a dress, and when we said, “OK, use it,” she didn’t want to produce it, and the Judge wouldn’t allow the information to be brought in, because there was no information, other than it would show my innocence! This Judge should be sanctioned for his abuse of power—No wonder our Country is going to Hell! The second trial is a totally separate case from the first one, so the Jury should decide on guilt, which does not exist, instead of a reward, which I should get, not her. This Judge is not allowing that, he is not allowing me to properly defend myself from false accusations, he’s taking the unfair decision in the first trial, which we are appealing, and sticking selected parts of it into this trial. As to guilt or innocence, he is wrongfully forcing guilty, which is unAmerican. We have a very bad and hostile Judge, but we’re fighting all the way. MAGA!
I feel an obligation to be at every moment of this ridiculous trial because we have a seething and hostile Clinton-appointed Judge, Lewis Kaplan, who suffers from a major case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. In the first trial, with the same Judge, where I was asked not to go by my lawyers because it was “beneath me as a former President of the United States,” he was reported to have been extraordinarily hostile to our side. But I should have gone, if for no other reason than to witness and speak up against the abuse carried out by this Judge. There was no way that case should have been lost! I was accused of something that I didn’t do. Now, because I want to be at this Witch Hunt 100% of the time and watch what is going on, my attorneys asked the Judge for a one day delay so that I can attend the funeral of my beloved mother-in-law, with my wife and entire family, tomorrow in Palm Beach, Florida.…
…PAGE 2: The Judge, angrily, and somewhat surprisingly, said NO, you can go to the trial, or you can go to the funeral, but not both. He is abusive, rude, and obviously not impartial but, that’s the way this crooked system works!

All right, and now I have to say this is a perfect follow-on given Vivek's endorsement. This is my advice to the last three, and that's the focus of tonight's angle. All right, after what we witnessed in Iowa last night, it's time for everyone to start living in the real world. Now, Donald Trump won the caucuses by historic margins. Sorry, Joe Scarborough. Now, despite being far outspent in advertising, despite the media onslaught against him, despite being indicted four times and having to split time between courtrooms and the campaign trail, he did it. And at 77 years old, he's the energizer candidate. So last night, after giving his victory speech, he left Des Moines around 11 p.m. Central Time. He flew back to New York and then was in court again today. And then he flew to New Hampshire to do the event that you just saw. Now, look, unless something unthinkable happens, Donald Trump is going to be the nominee of the Republican Party. And the party is more unified now, but behind him and his policies, than at any time since the Reagan years or maybe, maybe right after 9/11. Now, this is not spin, it's the truth. If beating Joe Biden is really their goal, then it's time for some serious soul-searching by Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis. Now, let's start with DeSantis. He outperformed last night. He beat Nikki Haley's war chest, so he has a lot to be proud of. As a candidate on the trail, he worked his butt off. And people forget how young he is. So with what, three more years as Florida's governor? He can build an even greater track record of success in that very important state. So a future in the Republican Party for him could be really bright. But he's simply not going to be president this time around. I know it's hard to hear. He worked really hard for it. It's not happening. Trump is simply too powerful and is endured too much. Voters aren't going to turn their backs on him at this point. And every day that Ron DeSantis stays on the campaign trail criticizing Trump is a day that hurts Ron DeSantis's political future. He doesn't gain anything from it, that's for sure. And Trump, he's not hurt by it at all. So it's time to step aside and endorse Trump. Waiting for South Carolina, it's a colossal waste of time. It's a waste of money. And frankly, it's a waste of your future political capital. And as for Nikki Haley, well, my advice is this. Stop listening to your high price campaign consultants who are telling you what they think you want to hear. Now I know these people, and I'm telling you, they fly around on their private planes, on the money that they make from these candidates, and they tell their clients to repeat silly lines when she said this one, it was a silly line. I can safely say tonight, Iowa made this Republican primary a two person race. Now the numbers showed Haley getting about 19% of the caucus votes. But what I wanted to say last night when I was on with Brett and Martha, and I've forgotten the excitement of the moment, was the real percentage of Republican support she received is even lower. Because at the three precinct caucuses that I attended, Democrats turned out in huge numbers to support her. One of the caucus temporary chairs told me that it was about a half of the people in the caucuses where I was were actually Democrats. So these people hate Trump, they want to stop him by any means necessary. And they know that Nikki Haley, to them at least, is the most similar to Biden in the Republican field on issues from DEI to trade and the border. Let's keep in mind these people that are wanting to come here, they want to come for a better life too. They have kids too. They have a heart too. Now I'm not sure why Nikki Haley thought that getting endorsements from people like Chris Sinuunu or Larry Hogan was going to help. Both are never Trumpers, and neither are respected by grassroots Republicans, period, end of story. So if she wants a future in the Republican Party, Haley needs to tune out the never Trumpers, not embrace them. And then she needs to go to her donors, and this will be a toughie, and say to them this, "Look, the party has moved on. It's not 2003 anymore, and we have to move on with it." The only alternative, for her at least, is to simply retreat from politics altogether. Because long after Trump retires, this is going to remain a conservative populist party. We're not going back. Look at the voter analysis survey that Fox did before the caucuses. It was amazing. Immigration remains the top issue, even here in Iowa. And on Ukraine, only 42 percent thought we should keep funding the war effort there. On foreign policy, and general respondents were leaning far more toward the MAGA agenda than the old guard interventionist agenda. That was clear. So every day Nikki Haley spends on the campaign trail beating the old establishment horse or criticizing Trump, she's just further destroying her chances of being an influential voice in Republican politics in the future. So if she dropped out today, if she came to terms with the fact that GOP is a populist party, if she started vigorously campaigning for Trump, she could perhaps rebuild some of the trust that she's lost among the GOP base. I'm not saying this is going to be easy. Maybe it won't even be possible, and it would take time. Could maybe take years, but it's the only way. Now if all she wants to do for her future is to be invited to sit on corporate boards or be a panelist at Davos every year, she can go the Liz Cheney, Adam Kinziger route. Both are useful idiots for the left, and they're hated by the right. Again, nothing personal, but Haley is going to be humiliated in her home state of South Carolina. Best to avoid that. Just ask Jeb Bush. And finally, for President Trump, my advice is simple. You've run a very smart campaign, you never back down. But now the focus should almost exclusively shift to the general election. To beat Biden, you're going to need 270 electoral votes. So I think a strategy of no state left behind should be your sole focus now. The numbers coming out of Georgia today were stunning. Very encouraging. A new Atlanta Journal Constitution poll has Trump up eight points on Biden. That is amazing. But look, we also know the Democrats are going to stop at nothing. They see this train coming down the track, and they want to derail it. And if they can, they're going to game the system, or yeah, maybe even cheat. After all, they say Trump is Hitler. So they have to stop him. They have to. So does the RNC or do outside groups have a Republican mail-in ballot strategy? Do they have a get out the vote strategy that's going to be able to compete with the Biden turnout machine? Because I can tell you this, the Jeffrey Katzenberg Zuckerberg crew, they're going to be spending huge money again in urban and suburban areas to levitate the cadaverous Biden campaign to victory. This is the real challenge Donald Trump faces, along with the constant lawfare attacks to take him off the ballot. His Republican competition will be dropping out soon enough. Now we were in the audience, some of the anglers at Trump's victory speech last night, and I couldn't help but notice, first of all, the fake media was in a bad mood behind us. We were howling, laughing. It was so funny. But he was pretty gracious about wanting to work with Democrats to clean up our great cities. We're going to rebuild our cities and we'll work with the Democrats to do it. I'd be glad to work with the people in New York. We're going to work with the people in Chicago and LA. We're going to rebuild our cities and we're going to make them safe. One way to give our police officers immunity. That's what people want to hear. Suburban women like hearing those kinds of things. So do the young people. Keep it up. In Hispanics and working class African American voters, they don't support what's happening to this country. Few people really do. So keep making overtures to those groups. It's working. Campaigns are bubbles where fantasy stories of possible success are told to candidates like Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie neither ever had a chance, a snowball's chance in hell of winning. The consultants and the political hacks, they've made enough money over the years to give bad advice. It's time to follow the people. Their advice is a lot better. And most of the Republican voters are saying one word, Trump. And that's the angle.

A win for voters, a loss for lawyers. That's the headline from Iowa. Democracy isn't decided in the courtroom, it's decided by you, the voter. For the first time in years, the will of the people was crystal clear. Americans delivered a message without interference from partisan judges and prosecutors. We wrestled democracy away from the courts and put it back in the hands of we the people. In a historic shellacking, Donald Trump went home the unequivocal winner. 98 out of 99 counties, beating DeSantis and Haley combined. A 30-point blowout and cracking 50%, doubling his 2016 performance. Turning out new voters and making major inroads with evangelicals and college grads. Here was Donald Trump after his big win, watch. And I really think this is time now for everybody, our country, to come together. We want to come together, whether it's Republican or Democrat or liberal or conservative. It would be so nice if we could come together and straighten out the world and straighten out the problems and straighten out all of the death and destruction that we're witnessing. That's practically never been like this. It's just so important. We're gonna rebuild our cities and we'll work with the Democrats to do it. I want to congratulate Ron and Nikki for having a good time together. That's the racist insurrectionist who's gonna seal Team Six's enemies? I don't think so. The Republican Party's nominating Donald Trump and these are the reasons why. The top issue at stake in Iowa, illegal immigration and the economy. Both issues, the border hawk businessman, dominates against Republicans and against Biden. Biden's delivered a hot, heaping plate of chaos. One-third of Republican voters want to complete and total upheaval in Washington. You want Donald Trump to return to Washington and finish the job. The job, you believe he was unfairly prevented from finishing. Did Biden legitimately win in 2020? Yeah, so yes, 30% here, no 66%. Can we just pause for a second? I want to say something about that. Two-thirds of Iowa Republican caucus goers believe that the president of the United States right now is a fake. Not fake, he was sworn in. But MSNBC needs to come to grips with the fact that they got caught. Last election, the spooks lied about the lab leak, the laptop and the letter. This changed votes. Plus a harvesting epidemic with the wanders of the world. And this year, it'll be lawyers interfering. But so far, the indictments have backfired on the Democrats because they never understood you, the voter. They actually don't want to understand you. They want to hate you from a warm Manhattan studio for threatening their power. These are white Christians. This is a state that is overrepresented by white Christians. What do they get out of supporting Donald Trump? Because he keeps losing, they see themselves as the rightful inheritors of this country. And Trump has promised to give it back to them. All the things that we think about, about electability, about what are people gaming out or none of that matters. When you believe that God has given you this country, that it is yours and that everyone who is not a white conservative Christian is a fraudulent American. - Iowa feeds Joy Reed three square meals a day. And she called them racist white Christians? Joy should read history. Iowa was admitted to the union as a free state and was the first state in the union to desegregate their schools. They're Christian in Iowa, just like you are Joy. And they don't like illegal immigration because it drives down wages and drives up government spending. It doesn't make them racist, it makes them good at math. Remember how Trump joked about caucusing before you die? Well, the media found another hoax, watch. - He voted for a guy who said, come, risk your lives for the grand wizard. Come in the snow and the sleet because I am more important than your life. - Iowa hit a nerve with the press because this morning, they woke up knowing Biden's not capable of debating Trump. And the media is calling him the grand wizard, attacking you and moving the gold posts. Mass censorship's next. Last night, CNN dumped out of Trump's victory speech when he mentioned the border, watch. - Donald Trump declaring victory with a historically strong showing in the Iowa caucuses if these numbers hold the biggest victory for a non-incomitant president in the modern era for this contest. A relatively subdued speech as these things go so far, although here he is right now under my voice, you hear him repeating his anti-immigrant rhetoric. - Immigration was the top issue in Iowa, but CNN doesn't think you should hear from the man who won campaigning on the top issue. If Trump's language is so offensive, air it and it'll turn voters off. That's what CNN wants, right? No, the real reason CNN censoring Trump is because they know he'll win votes campaigning against illegal immigration. MSNBC didn't even take the speech at all. They preemptively censored. - There is a reason that we and other news organizations have generally stopped giving an unfiltered live platform to remarks by former President Trump. It is not out of spite. It is not a decision that we relish, but there is a cost to us as a news organization of knowingly broadcasting untrue things. - Matt, since Trump's rated R and if, you know, you're not old enough, you can't watch. Now you and I have kids, we know that doesn't work. Matt is pretending like she's protecting the network when she broadcasts more hoaxes than Scooby-Doo. And what kind of business model is a news channel that doesn't take live news? Drag queens twerking in front of kids' faces is fine, but MSNBC needs to protect you from hearing Trump say build the wall. Is the media gonna censor Trump's convention speech? Are they gonna dump out of his inaugural address? You can't save democracy by censoring it. And the censorship campaign's only one leg of the stool. The deep state disinformation campaign's begun. British intelligence says Trump's a national security threat. - But I think it's important, but I'm not a politician. You have to add a political threat, which I'm worried about, which is Trump's re-election, which I think for the UK's national security is problematic. - MI6, the same crew who crooked paid to launch the collusion lie is interfering with another election. See, the Democrats like when British intel interferes in our election, it's just not Russian intel. Third leg of the stool, Obama's gonna make it rain. - We need your help to ensure Joe's leadership continues to guide us forward. We know the other side won't rest, so we can't either. Your donation will help give Joe and Kamala's campaign the resources it needs. - Let's make history again, chip in now. Let's secure a brighter future together. - Biden doesn't even remember making that video, but it doesn't matter. They just need to drag him across the finish line so he can hand Kamala the keys to the White House next year. And the only one who can stop them is you.

You had to bet $150,000 on who's going to win in November. Who'd you bet on? I never dreamed that I would say this, but I would bet on Trump. I never-- I thought it was done. I thought it was over. You don't come back from an impeachment. You don't come back from January 6th. You don't come back from any of this, but he's come back. The guy's a survivor, and his opponent is having so much trouble that I would, at this point, give the edge to Trump.

>> No matter which way you split it, or splice it, or cut it, or dice it, President Trump is the dominant force in the Republican Party. He is the leader of the Republican Party. He vanquished all his opponents beautifully last evening. And there's no way that they could spin this, they could point to whatever exit poll, whatever stupid factoid, whatever dumb little piece of data they want. They spent $40 million to come in a distant second place. They visited 99 counties not to win a single county. This is an embarrassment, this is a massive electoral loss for Ron DeSantis and his entire grifting consultant-driven, Beltway-approved campaign. It's a disaster. Now, going forward, the only saving grace for the likes of Nikki Haley, you alluded to in places like New Hampshire, is the fact that open primaries are states that have very easy, party registration rules, same-day party registration rules could potentially help them. But with Vivek dropping out, again, it was brilliant that Trump took a punch at Vivek, burst his hand, he bowed out. This is called playing politics smart. Now all those votes will now be rallying behind President Trump going into New Hampshire. That's still going to be a win for him. It's usually a strange state normally, so it won't really make a big difference. South Carolina, she's going to get embarrassed, she's going to lose on her home state that she served as the governor of. Nevada is going to be Trump, you know, territory times 10. And then you go into Super Tuesday and the rest of the states and everyone's going to continue to get embarrassed. So let them get embarrassed, let them make fools of themselves. It's only going to be better for MAGA, it's only going to serve as more momentum, more morale boosting. And I'm here for it. If they want to destroy their careers and reputations, let them, let all these people destroy their careers and reputations and go down with the disinking ship, as we can call it, because Trump is not going anywhere, he's going to be our nominee. And honestly, Jack, I think he's going to be our next president, and I say that with a certain degree of confidence that we haven't seen in many years coming out of, you know, the electoral prognosis online and elsewhere.

Donald Trump won 51% of the vote. Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida got 21%. Nikki Haley got 19%. In other words, Donald Trump won decisively. At this point, it's hard to see how he's not the Republican nominee because he didn't just win last night. He triumphed overwhelmingly by a historic margin. Trump won the Iowa caucuses by about 30 points. That's more than double the previous record. That was set in 1988 by Bob Dole. So last night was not close. It was a shocking blowout. Trump did to Iowa what the Vikings once did to the Irish coast. Only smoldering huts remain. Chris Wallace looked like he was going to be sick.

- CNN projects that Donald Trump will win the Iowa caucuses. CNN can make this projection based on his overwhelming lead in our entrance poll of Iowa caucus goers and some initial votes that are coming in, the former president pulling off a huge early victory in his bid to return to the White House. Trump easily defeating his top opponents, Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, who are now in a high stakes fight for second place. Let's go to Aaron Burnett at the panel. Aaron, not a surprise, But still, this is the earliest I can remember ever calling such a thing.

Well, Sean, it's great to be with you. Listen, last night was decisive. It was a dominating victory for Donald Trump. I got to say there's no place like the Iowa caucuses. I know it intimately. The men and women of Iowa, they take their responsibility incredibly seriously. They scrutinize the candidates. It's an amazing process. And I'm a big believer in letting democracy play out. Well, last night it played out. And I got to say Trump's victory was across the board. He won 51% of the vote. He won 98 of the counties. Congratulations to president Trump on that dominating victory. And at this point, I believe this race is over. So, so I am proud to endorse Donald Trump for president of the United States. I look forward to supporting him enthusiastically because I think it's time for the Republican party to unite for us to come together. We've got to beat Joe Biden. We've got to beat this disastrous cultural Marxist agenda in the white house. We've got to retake the United States Senate. We've got to hold the house. We got to come together and win. And with the results last night, the people have spoken. It's time to move onward to victory in November.

Anyone listening to Nikki “Nimrada” Haley’s wacked out speech last night, would think that she won the Iowa Primary. She didn’t, and she couldn’t even beat a very flawed Ron DeSanctimonious, who’s out of money, and out of hope. Nikki came in a distant THIRD! She said she would never run against me, “he was a great President,” and she should have followed her own advice. Now she’s stuck with WEAK POLICIES, and a VERY STRONG MAGA BASE, and there’s just nothing she can do!

You have a group of people coming in that are not Republicans, and it's artificially boosting her numbers here, although we're still leading her by a lot. You know, as you know, I watched your speech last night, I thought it was inappropriate. But because it's bad for unity, it's bad for the party, what she said, but you'd almost think she won. It's between the permanent state and the everyday citizen, between those of us who love the United States of America and a fringe minority who hates this country and what we stand for. And right now we need a commander in chief who will lead us to victory in this war. That's what we need in this country. You got to know you're in a war to win one. You can't win one if you're sleeping the switch, have your head stuck in the sand, like most Republicans. And I think that's going to require somebody who isn't bought and paid for, a businessman, not a politician. Anybody heard of that? And that's why I was in this race, but I'll tell you, the people of Iowa spoke loud and clear last night, and I'm a big believer that we the people create a government that is accountable to us, not the other way around. That we the people choose who leads this country. And so we heard we the people last night, and that is why last evening I met my friend here. We met in person and I told him that I would endorse Donald J. Trump for president of the United States and do everything in my power to lead us to victory in this war. It is a 1776 moment right now.

Iowa Victory Glow Extinguished by Carroll Trial — Triumph to Victimhood in a Single Day
Trump's day split cleanly in two: a celebratory victory lap after his dominant Iowa caucus win, followed by an afternoon consumed by the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial in Manhattan. The morning was all gratitude and endorsement-sharing — Cruz, Ramaswamy, friendly media links — with no enemies in sight. But by afternoon, the mood had flipped entirely: six consecutive posts attacked the judge, the plaintiff, and the legal system as corrupt and rigged against him. The shift from triumph to grievance was stark, and the trial clearly got under his skin far more than any remaining primary rival.
