>> President Trump's endorsement of DeSantis helped him win the Republican primary and DeSantis has positioned himself as a close ally of the president. >> Do you think that the president is a good role model for Florida's children? >> Well, look, what he did, and he's done it in a number of different ways, is he made promises to people when he was running for office. And most politicians forget those promises as soon as they take office. And I think even his worst critic would say, he's been somebody that has been determined to keep the promises he made, and the Israel promise is something that I brought up because other presidents for 25 years have been making that same promise. And so, what I would tell my kids is, you know, if you promise someone you're going to do something, keep your word. Now, we all have our faults and whatnot, but I think that that was something, keeping your word is something that I think is a good thing to do.
