A form endorsement with one personal line written into it

This is the sixth Texas House endorsement posted on October 30, four days before the November 3 midterm. Tom Sell (TX-19), Pete Sessions (TX-17), Monica De La Cruz (TX-15), Randy Weber (TX-14) and Mark Teixeira (TX-21) got the same treatment. The posts share whole phrases: "fighting tirelessly to … Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., Champion American Energy DOMINANCE," "Support our Brave Military/Veterans," and "Complete and Total Endorsement." Jackson's version uses the slate's policy paragraph almost word for word. What sets it apart is a short biographical section ("as my personal Physician," "one of my Senior Advisors") and one exclamation the other five lack: "HE IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES!"

Who wrote it

The post went up at 22:58 UTC, which is 6:58 PM Eastern (daylight time ran until November 1). He was based on Eastern time that week whether he was at the White House or Mar-a-Lago, so this is the end of the business day. The text is built from parts: the slate's shared policy paragraph, a third-person sign-off ("President DONALD J. TRUMP"), and a campaign turnout URL. The grammar is clean. The odd capitalization ("Medical Doctors," "Wisdom and Courage") is house style that runs through the whole slate, so it is not an organic error. Staff almost certainly drafted the body. "ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES!" could be his own addition or a staffer copying his register, and the text can't settle which. The capitalized close ("GET OUT AND VOTE FOR RONNY — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!") is also a stock ending for these posts.

What the post shows about him

The psychology on display is a patron handing out status, and he does it by idealizing the candidate. Jackson is "one of the most talented Medical Doctors and Politicians in our Country," "a respected Admiral," "a fighter and WINNER." The praise is total, with no qualifier anywhere, the same all-good valuation he gives loyalists in every endorsement. "100% MAGA" and "a good friend" make personal loyalty the qualification. This fits the agency-and-power motive across his endorsement posts: being endorsed by him counts as a credential, and the post lists his own credentials beside the candidate's.

One layer is specific to this candidate. Jackson is the physician who said in 2018 that Trump had "incredible genes" and might live to 200. When an 80-year-old president calls his former doctor "one of the most talented Medical Doctors … in our Country," he is also vouching for the man who vouched for his health. That reading is low-confidence because nothing in the text points to it. Still, it is the one place where the praise loops back to him.

Nothing in the post signals a narcissistic injury. No critic is answered, no opponent is named, and no grievance is aired beyond the boilerplate "always under siege Second Amendment." The phrase does carry a little paranoid framing: an unnamed attacker is assumed, and it is an attacker of a cause, not of him. It is the post's only line about an enemy, and it was clearly pasted in. The state is grandiose and calm. The trigger is campaign maintenance: an early-voting push in a safe Republican seat.

Rhetoric and archetype

The devices are superlatives ("most talented," "ALL TIME FAVORITES"), slogan chaining ("PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH," "MADE IN THE U.S.A.," "Energy DOMINANCE"), and a promise standing in for a record ("HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"). The archetype is the King conferring favor. The trickster and warrior registers of his grievance posts are absent. On the order/chaos axis the post restores order: it raises an insider and keeps the in-group's hierarchy intact.

What the credential list leaves out

"A respected Admiral" covers a contested record. A 2021 Defense Department inspector general report found Jackson had belittled subordinates, drunk alcohol on duty, and made sexual comments. In July 2022 the Navy cut his retired grade to captain on the strength of that report. Navy Secretary John Phelan restored the rear admiral (lower half) grade in June 2025. The rank claim is therefore accurate as of the post date, and "respected" is the part the record disputes. The rest of the biography holds up: White House physician to Trump until 2018, then Assistant to the President and Chief Medical Advisor in 2019, and in Congress for TX-13 since 2021.

The language is fluent, and the six posts show no drift between them. They contain no lexical errors either, which says little about cognition because the text is assembled.
