The post has no words of his own. It is a screenshot of an X post by Eric Daugherty, a pro-administration influencer. The post says Secretary of War Pete Hegseth "FIRED Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia after he reportedly FAILED three polygraphs about leaking classified information to the press," says the case "has been referred to the DOJ," and closes with "GOOD RIDDANCE TO ALL LEAKERS!" and "Hegseth made the right move for our country!" Below the text is a 9-second clip labeled "Animated with Grok." It sets a uniformed officer with a "SYLVIA" nameplate beside a saluting man in a suit. The description is too literal to say who the second figure is meant to be, and nothing here depends on it.

What he did was pick this item and publish it with no comment. A screenshot from someone else's account works as an outside witness: the verdict ("GOOD RIDDANCE") comes in another man's voice but carries the President's endorsement. Posting it without a caption does one specific thing. The source hedges its own facts ("reportedly," "purportedly"), and a bare repost hands those claims to his audience as settled, while he never vouches for the polygraph claims himself.

The leak theme and who it serves

The material fits a schema that recurs across his record: disloyalty inside the government, punished from the top. The officer is accused of leaking about "the Iran war, the Russia-Ukraine war and more" and of getting around the Pentagon's escort rules "by meeting journalists outside the building." Both details cast the press as the channel for betrayal. That matches the paranoid features of the Kernberg cluster: suspicion of insiders, attention to disclosure, and approval of quick punishment. The splitting is plain. Hegseth "made the right move for our country," while the officer is reduced to a leaker being waved off ("👋🏻"). Publishing a wave goodbye to a ruined career shows mild satisfaction in an opponent's fall. It is a small sadistic note, and the words are Daugherty's.

There is a shadow reading, held at low confidence. The subject was himself prosecuted over retention of classified documents, and he now amplifies a leak case against a subordinate in a punitive register. The order dynamic is order-restorer: military hierarchy is reasserted and a senior officer is removed from it. The firing is a state action already taken through institutional channels (a dismissal and a DOJ referral), and the post calls for nothing further from followers.
