A news/press photograph taken from behind two men in dark suits standing on an outdoor stage at dusk, silhouetted against a bright spotlight/stage light at the top of an arched truss structure that creates a starburst lens-flare effect. The stage arch is outlined with blue LED lighting and hung with rows of stage lights and small red/blue indicator lights. In the background, beyond the stage, the Washington Monument obelisk is visible against a dusky blue sky with some clouds. A crowd is faintly visible below in the foreground, and a video screen in the lower right corner shows a man speaking at a podium with an American flag beside him. One of the two silhouetted men on stage appears to be raising a hand near his ear/head.
