A political meme comparing "Biden" and "Trump" using a side-by-side split image. The left side, labeled "Biden," shows a neglected, dry, algae-covered concrete water feature/canal with overgrown weeds, cracked stonework, stagnant puddles, and surrounding untrimmed trees — implying decay or abandonment. The right side, labeled "Trump," shows what appears to be the same or a similar stepped water channel, but well-maintained: clear flowing blue water, trimmed hedges, manicured landscaping, and pedestrians walking along and photographing the scene, with modern high-rise buildings in the background. The image is presented as a before/after or comparison meme implying one presidency resulted in decline and the other in restoration/improvement of public infrastructure.
