right then you and I know it was always real if you've been watching this show and reading the New York Post you knew it was real in October of 2020 they said it was fake the FBI was running interference for the Biden family they really were they had that damn thing in their possession they knew it was real and they lied they lied about it it's incredible what happened and it didn't make much of an impact in the 2020 election it should have if people had heard about it knew about it knew the contents were real poll after poll indicates that that election would have gone the other way even more the other way because a lot of us still have our concerns about the accuracy and fairness of that election the FBI Wow so today the United States Attorney in Washington DC announced the arrests of two former FBI agents senior FBI agents and they have been charged with lying to Congress one of them is this person Nikki Flores who at one point said she was running a shadow government and Bradley Ben Avedi's is that his name they were very aware according to documents and all the evidence we have seen of the Biden laptop and they misled Congress that's the allegation then especially the the first one that woman now we know this that according to the documents she was trying to shut down any and all concern about the 2020 election and Chinese interference although we into 2024 yeah it doesn't look like they've pushed out of her vision yet for f's sake keep going please this is a lot of internal communication the director has the original in his book this a.m. fun never end seriously we're pushing out a note today to all fo's whatever they are that all election related II RR's must come through the FITF task force headquarters right I'm basically running a shadow government across the FBI at this point if you look at those documents it really does come across at some of these FBI people think they're more important than our elected officials that Donald Trump was a threat to democracy did not deserve to be president it just comes through the arrogance it's also interesting the way they talk with their acronyms and abbreviations it's like a special language that only they understand it confuses investigators it certainly confuses members of Congress and the general public as to what's really going on but when it comes to the laptop there is evidence that shows that these two individuals definitely knew about it were involved with it and potentially misled Congress now I already know the FBI misled the American people including Mark Zuckerberg he's an American person the head of Facebook you may remember he went on the Joe Rogan show and told them this is when he kind of woke up Mark Zuckerberg he was a lefty and he was woke and then he realized wow the government lied to me the government manipulated me how about that one and not only me tens of millions even billions of Facebook users watch this there was a lot of attention on Twitter during the election because of the hunter Biden laptop story then yeah we were so yeah so you guys censored that as well so we took a different path than Twitter I mean basically the background here is the FBI I think basically came to us some folks on our team it was like hey just so you know like you should be on high alert there was the we thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election we have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump of that's similar to that so just be vigilant just be vigilant the FBI acting like friends of Biden incorporated it's absolutely incredible and that this is not a bigger matter the FBI must be disbanded it really it's it's horrific what they have done now the most recent and it gets technical and it may not be the most sensational thing to read possibly on purpose but it is damning this individual Flores the one who said she was running a shadow government the question was when the information was relayed to you following the Twitter call that the first agent had said the laptop was real just to clarify you knew prior to that conversation that the laptop was real is that correct yes I did I did yes next place but you don't recall when approximately you learned I don't sorry what else here sitting here today do you know when the FBI first determined that the laptop was real I don't I know that there is some public information in the public record regarding when the FBI acquired the laptop but I don't sitting here remember that date what else here do you know who else at the task force knew that the laptop was real I don't actually I would assume both my yes I would certainly say that Brad Benitez was aware look again it gets a little bit technical and it goes on and on and on but these people I believe and I think the evidence suggests were deceiving Congress and therefore deceiving the American people they knew what they were dealing with they wanted to shut down the election of President Trump because they don't like them they don't like him now we'll see these are allegations and they'll be able to step forward and possibly say hey we have evidence that shows this is all nonsense I'd like to see it but finally now you see it's like a very small story what is that quote again falsehood flies and the truth comes limping after it here we are five six years later right it's just and it looks like these two FBI guys not only did they do damage in the 2020 election but they were doing damage all through 2024 you remember when President Trump was on the debate stage one of the talk about the hunter Biden laptop he was shut down they try to shut him down that was totally unfair but the media the deep state they were all in on it there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plant they have said that this is has all the care for five former heads of the CIA both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage nobody believes it except them his and his good friend Rudy Gianni you mean the laptop is now another Russia Russia Russia hoax this is where he's going I want to And overnight, the U.S. military unleashed powerful strikes against the Iranian regime. CENTCOM says Iranian military surveillance capabilities, along with air defense systems and communications sites, were hit. Speaking from the Situation Room, President Trump told Fox News 49 Tomahawk missiles hit locations as close as 40 miles from the capital of Tehran. Positions were also targeted along the southwestern part of Iran. The president described the strikes as violent and vicious. Also, President Trump says top Iranian officials called him directly, asking him to stop the bombing. Secretary of War Pete Hegcess spoke before the strikes began. Instead, they're going to have tap, tap, tap bombs dropping on key facilities in Iran from the United States of America. And that's not because we want to restart anything, we don't have to restart. It's because we are -- the War Department is prepared to set the terms to ensure that we get the kind of deal President Trump expects. In response to these strikes, the Iranians launched ballistic missiles and drones toward Gulf countries, including Kuwait and Bahrain. Also, the Jordanians say they shot down at least 20 Iranian ballistic missiles. Guys? So, Trey, you know what's interesting in the response? They don't go after Qatar, they don't go after Saudi Arabia, they don't go after the UAE. Is that intentional? Is there something to be reading to that? The reality is, the radar systems and air defense systems were taken out over the past 48 hours. And these were systems they tried to rebuild, President Trump told me, during the ceasefire. And so, the United States once again controls the skies of Iran. And so, the Iranians have very limited options in terms of actually responding to these U.S. strikes. And according to reports, no damage was caused to U.S. military facilities in response to the strikes with this Iranian ballistic missile fire. The Iranians today are once again saying the Strait of Hormuz is closed. We have heard this rhetoric before from the Iranian regime, and then President Trump announced yesterday that the United States was actually secretly moving millions of barrels of oil out of the Persian Gulf. And it gives you an indication of Iranian propaganda versus reality on the ground. And so, again, Iran has very limited leverage right now, not only at the negotiating table, but also on the battlefield. But Trey, can I just follow up what Brian was alluding to? After the first series of strikes, there were some statements from the Iranians alluding to uniting the Arab world again, the Gulf states. Is there any fracture between our coalition with the Gulf states, or this -- this is just Iranians being delusional? Yeah, the Iranians aren't quite clear with what's actually happening in the region. There is a united front against their regime right now because they're launching missiles and drones, not only toward military targets, but also civilian targets in the Gulf. An 11-year-old girl was injured in Bahrain due to this attack overnight. When we step back here, the president is now negotiating with bombs. He told me overnight that if they are unwilling to sign an agreement, we'll bomb the S out of them tonight. And so, this is really expected to be ongoing if the Iranians are unwilling to make that good-faith deal. But the sense that I got speaking with President Trump, who was inside the situation room during our call, and he was alongside Vice President J.D. Vance and Special Envoy Kushner and Wyckoff is that the United States understands who they're dealing with. Vice President Vance, who is leading the negotiations, really laid out exactly who the Iranians are, and he has a firm grasp on the games that they're trying to play at the negotiating table. And President Trump is fed up with that, and he said the Iranians have been tapping the U.S. along, and he's not going to stand for it. And that is why he launched these strikes overnight to put new pressure on the Iranian regime. And these were much more extensive than what we saw before. 49 Tomahawk missiles soaring through the sky and ultimately slamming into these targets within inches of the location they were expected to hit. The president was getting real-time updates in the situation room, ordering these strikes overnight. And again, we do expect more strikes to continue if the Iranians do not sign on the dotted line. Trey, the president mentioned yesterday that while this conflict has been ongoing, he was secretively removing oil through the Straits of Hormuz in the middle of the night until Iran found out -- now he said it was really hard for him to keep this quiet. But he wanted to tell the American people, where did that oil go? Did that help with our gas prices, help drop it a little bit? It's a great question, and that's actually part of the reason that oil prices have stabilized, because there was this secret operation going on behind the scenes. And we understand, according to President Trump, around 150 vessels with oil on board were able to make it out of the Persian Gulf. These are likely vessels coming from Gulf countries, not from Iranian territory. But it's an indication that the president found a way to actually keep escorting these vessels despite the fact, again, that the Iranians said they were in control. And that's why it's so interesting today. You have top Iranian officials releasing statements this morning saying in response to U.S. strikes, the Strait of Hormuz is closed. Well, they said that before, and the United States was moving millions of barrels of oil out of the Persian Gulf. And so, again, this is a lot of rhetoric from the Iranian regime. And while this is happening, the president is playing 40 chess against the Iranians. He's not only stabilizing the oil markets, but he's now bombing the Iranian regime again to take out their air defense systems and their radar sites. A message to those in Tehran that if you want to play this game any longer, these strikes will continue. And once again, U.S. forces control the skies of your country. And just a real quick question, Trey, are we bombing right now? No, we're not bombing right now. According to U.S. Central Command, these strikes ended overnight. They were quite extensive, not just targeting those positions outside the Iranian capital of Tehran, but along that southwestern coast next to the Persian Gulf. At this moment, there's no exchange of fire taking place. And as you could imagine, there are some regional diplomats that have reached out to us this morning to say that talks are ongoing. The reality is things are in a different place than they were 48 hours ago. The president drew a red line, the Iranians crossed it, and ultimately he is responding with force.

We have a Fox News alert. James Brennan and James Comey are likely regretting going all in on the Russia hoax now because DOJ sources are telling Fox Digital that the FBI indeed has launched a criminal investigation into the former CIA director and former FBI director for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump-Russia probe and all the alleged false statements made to Congress. The full scope of the investigation is unclear right now, but two sources describe the FBI's view of the duo's interactions as, quote, "a conspiracy." Here to break it down, Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law prof and Fox News contributor. Jonathan, we've been hearing for some time about Brennan's alleged perjury over his role in the Steele dossier and the advancement of that and perhaps understanding that that was not credible. Your reaction tonight to this stunning development. Well, it's obviously a major development. These are two of the top people in the American intelligence system. And there have been these long unanswered questions about what they told Congress. At points, they both seem to adopt the surgeon Schultz approach of I knew nothing. If only I knew I would have done something that didn't strike many as being very credible. Both of these tend to be somewhat of micromanagers. They take pride in the fact that they followed the details of their departments. And it all comes down, particularly to a period in 2017, an intelligence community assessment at ICA that went out and viewed the Steele dossier, that infamous dossier funded by the Clinton campaign as credible. And that in fact, Steele was credible. They knew that was not true. The CIA had already said that it had great misgivings about the Steele dossier. Even though the Clinton campaign was denying to reporters that it funded the dossier, it was in fact funded through the law firm of the Clinton campaign that the Clinton campaign used. And so there's a lot of questions here as to why particularly Comey, for example, signed off on these FISA warrants, these secret court warrants to conduct this surveillance. The other thing, by the way, they knew very early on was that Carter Page, who was such a significant figure in the Steele dossier and the whole Russian hoax, was not only not a Russian spy, but was actually a CIA asset. And so the CIA told the FBI, "You're on the wrong road here. You're going after someone who is assisting us." All of that somehow got buried. And what came to the surface was the Steele dossier, which was not only not verified, it had been really shredded by many people in the intelligence committee. Yeah. And Comey claimed that it was Papadopoulos, that poor, poor, hapless kid. That Papadopoulos, his interactions with the Russians started the whole thing. And it was long before the dossier. But this was Comey testifying back in 2020 about this. Watch. It was done by the book. It was appropriate and it was essential that it be done. Okay. So you're proud of it? Overall, I'm proud of the work. There's no indication, and the inspector general would say it if he found it, that people were doing bad things on purpose, but that doesn't make it any less concerning. This was an investigation that was appropriately predicated and opened, that had to be opened. Jonathan, it had to be opened. Supercilious doesn't begin to describe him. So dismissive. Now, I remember listening to a testimony and just almost falling out of my chair. I mean, virtually everything he said was untrue. In fact, the IG reports shredded the FBI and said that they didn't follow protocol, that they ignored counterintelligence, that they pushed the Steele dossier forward. And these were two of the key individuals who did that. So the question is, does any of this trick the wire to perjury? And both of these are sophisticated players. You'll notice that they're very careful in how they word this. Comey is very careful to say that there wasn't basically malicious intent, not that there weren't mistakes. And time and time again, Comey portrayed himself as ignorant of all of these countervailing sources. Now, and again, the Brennan perjury questions have been swirling about for years and years. This is like one big flashback for both of us, Jonathan. Thank you very much.

I know there are great patriots in this state that are actually going and pulling the tallies for every single machine and all 136 towns that use them. I look forward to seeing the report that they've been working so hard to put together, and we're going to bring that to the national level to get to the bottom of what happened in 2020 so we can ensure that it doesn't in 2022 and 2024.
